I told myself I wasn’t going to write a review, but then I read of another lady experiencing a similar situation so I thought I probably should. I went into this store last week (the Wednesday before Christmas). I was in there because my husband was taking a driving test across the street at the drive school, and we had our boys with us and it was FREEZING outside. We were just going in to browse for some last minute gifts. I was already on edge because we were somewhere unfamiliar (we don’t live in the area), and I had my boys alone without my husband. As we walked in a nice gentleman held the door for us so we picked up our pace to get into the store because he was so kind to hold the door from across the lot. My 5 year old had his mask on. I had my mask in my pocket. Right as I walked in we took two steps inside a lady comes charging up the front aisle at us. Screaming “MA’AM PUT A MASK ON.” I immediately said I was sorry and grabbed it out of my pocket and put it on as quickly as I could. She didn’t even stop to talk to me about it. Just screamed at me to put it on walked swiftly past me and kept yelling as she walked past “CANT YOU READ THE SIGN ON THE DOOR?!” I burst into tears immediately. I was just shocked that she talked to me that way. I am in no way an anti mask wearer and like I said before my son had one on I had just forgotten. I then took my kids to the toy aisle to try and distract them from my distraught reaction. As I am with them I hear her talking smack to another employee about me! Like I had done that on purpose. I quickly inserted myself into the conversation and explained that I had just forgotten and was so sorry. The lady she was talking smack to immediately saw how upset I was and was very kind. The rude girl rolled her eyes and brought me a tissue. But like come on don’t come at people like that. Especially before Christmas and to a young woman with two young children. I asked another associate for the manager and they said “Unfortunately that is our manager.” So, I hope this review and the other from another store shopper prompts this store to find a new manager. She was terribly rude and it was very upsetting. To me and my kids. Shame on you. My next step is to contact corporate. She should be replaced.

Went in today to buy Christmas cards and a new mask. My mask broke while in the store and I had it off for a minute. A female worker hollered at me across the store to put my mask on very rudely in front of everyone. I told her she could be nicer about it and she proceeded to tell me I could leave (again from across the store). I understand needing to ensure everyone is wearing their mask but she could have come up to me as a professional decent human and talk to me face to face. I am a professional middle aged adult and it really has bothered me all day that I came is as a customer who this store needs to keep it open and this lady employed. I already had a bad day and kindness was not found in this store. Ill be posting this bad review everyday until this lady apologizes. Shes Hispanic, thin, with long dark hair. Ask the other employees....They all heard her yell. So uncalled for.

The cashiers were friendly and pleasant. Usually dont get that at this store.

The employees there are so awesome every time I go in there they greet us with a hello and a smile if I need to find something they our very helpful

They always have what i need as long as your courteous they are as well and dont try to get no five finger discounts cuz their security is under cover, not only that but it would prob be the most embarrassing charge JS

The employee refused me to doing my job which was replacing Netspend Visa. And as I was leaving the store, she called me a Crack Head.

This would be a great store if the aisles were anywhere near as clear as the photos show. Usually the aisles are so crowded it is like an obstacle course. On the other hand the female personnel are extremely friendly and helpful.

The folks that work there are great, and its been a pretty regular crew for a while which is great.

I really enjoy this place because it is one of the bigger family dollar stores. It has lots of merchandise to choose from and the merchandise is always fully stocked. My biggest complaint is the workers allowed a customer to bring in her Chihuahua dog which was not on a leash. The customer and staff allowed the dog to run around the store jumping on me and other customers with no concern or respect. I informed the staff at the front desk that the dog had pissed in one of the back aisles by the frozen foods and they refused to even acknowledge I was speaking, let alone realize they needed to clean it up and it could be a health violation.

Employees are very ride

After shopping a few minutes in this location today after working a nine hour shift I felt the need to use the restroom if they quickly informed me that not one but both of the bathrooms were out of order obviously they just dont want the public to use the restrooms forever reason theyre either absolutely disgustingly filthy or they are actually an order and the store has such a high theft problem that they dont allow the actual paying hard-working customers that come in there to use their facilities which is a joke theres a have a family dollar less than a half a mile go there they let me pee finally. Thanks

Its close by and can get everything you need here but it costs a little more than going to Walmart and the staff are friendly here

Terrible ...

Pretty good staff there. Sometimes it is really messy but they try. Poor people keep having people stealing from the store here.

Great customer service always

Crowded isles which makes it hard to push a wheel chair through much less one of the shopping carts. But staff is friendly and its affordable.
