I have always enjoyed visiting and purchasing from this store. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the candies are simply delicious. They have a fine selection of sugar-free offerings that taste almost as good as the real thing (I say this because nothing beats real sugar!), but they are still delicious. Great candied-apple selection as well! Aleah was a very friendly and nice salesperson, very thoughtful, even separating our orders for us before we even asked. A very nice experience. If you like chocolate jelly sticks, this is the place for you. They are huge!

This was hands down the best icecream my friends & I have ever had. It is creamy and a perfect consistency that is literally a dream! The flavors were delicious and the service was awesome. The workers were super friendly and we appreciated their kindness! If you’re reading this, you must go- you won’t regret it :)

Very nice chocolate store! Staff was very nice and informative. I tried the sugar free toffee/milk chocolate, very good. Also tried crunchy and smooth peanut butter cups which were very good too!

When we walked on we were greeted immediately with a friendly hello. The lady working was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. If I didnt live 1400 miles away Id definitely be back!!

Delicious as always. Went in today (7/25/2020) for a small treat after running errands all over downtown and coming into it brought back some memories of when I worked at that location during my undergrad in college. The tiger butter apple is always my all time favorite and it was absolutely delicious!

Ive been going here since I was a kid. It has always been a fantastic chocolate shop and I love how consistent it is at every location over all these years.I only wish I could eat more chocolate, and I hope this wonderful business withstands the tests of time. Keep up the excellent work!

Once you are there, its hard to decide which one to buy. They have a large collection and every single one of them seem tasty. I tried some of them and they were really good.

Love coming here to get candy apples with the kids. Staff is always nice. The only thing I do recommend is that you sell milk. Nothing goes better with a sweet than milk.

Not sure who was working when we went in, but she was making the most amazing candied apples and was super friendly. We were hating the cold and looking to warm up for a few minutes, so we went inside. The lady cheered us up, gave us some good local tips, and sold us on some delicious treats. We all walked out smiling, ready to brave the cold again.

Visited this location during the busy Labor Day holiday (Monday Sep 2nd) and the staff was just delightful. They were helpful in making selections and were patient while we took our time deciding that to get. We were offered a drink and even wet naps upon our checkout.

Second time in this specific location and the girl working was SO SWEET I just wanted to hug her!! Honestly one of the most memorable customer service encounters Ive ever had. She even gave me a great GrubHub coupon just because! Plus the chocolates are always on point.. (the choc covered pretzels are a must!!)

On Valentines Day I discovered the best gift to hive anybody and a treat for myself at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. A huge beautifully wrapped chocolate covered strawberry that looks like it costs a million dollars but can be purchased for less than you would think. No need to elegantly wrap mine because Im going to eat it while I watch the artistry of the staff while they make a gift that is so much more impressive than flowers or a card. Thank you RMCF for making me such a creative and wonderful gift giver...Im doing it mow on a regular basis with no vocation necessary, just to make others feel special on an average day!

Amazing selection of sweets, I love their caramels and their chocolate coins. Their caramels are only $0.50 and their chocolate coins are only $0.35! The caramel apples are slightly pricey, as they range from $5 to $10. Their seasonal decorations are adorable! They also have dog treats for your dog, which is really cute. Awesome place to satisfy your sweet tooth!!

Ive been to rocky mountain chocolate factory in the pavilions before but today I was closer to the one in writers square. (Fantastic chocolate by the way) I came in around opening time and was greeted by an older lady. When she approached all I could smell was marijuana. I get that marijuana is legal in colorado but come on at work?

I love their chocolate I eat it every chance I can I refer this place to a lot of people because there is yes a lot of chocoholics out there and the people are friendly great location they have outdoor seating they sure with the surrounding businesses I think Ill go get some today that sounds like a good idea I think you should too maybe Ill see you there have fun

Not only was the chocolate amazing, but the young lady behind the counter was polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with; although I spent about double what I intended, it was a great experience!

Delicious. I got some walnut fudge Im saving for a late night snack, the truffles were delicious and so was the sponge candy, but it wasnt called sponge candy it was called something else. Really friendly staff too, he was more than happy to talk to us about everything and explain, which I always appreciate.

Very friendly and attentive service. I went there on a last minute whim to buy Christmas gifts for my fellow work associates. Decided on buying caramel apples matching each co-workers personality: tiger butter, cheesecake, salted chocolate, cubbie bear. A lot to choose from and they all smelled wonderful. Hopefully Ill buy one for myself next time!

Walking the 16th mall downtown Denver. The aroma is what drew me in to the shop. The service was excellent. The sugar free candy was delicious! Definantly will be going back.

Ive tried this place a couple of times and always find it to be some of the worst chocolate out there...especially when you factor in their outrageous prices. On my last trip I got a chocolate and caramel covered pretzel and a caramel apple. The pretzel was so bad I only had one bite before throwing it away and my girlfriend actually spit her bite out. The pretzel was stale, the caramel was dry and gritty, and the chocolate was only meh. The caramel apple was a little better, but again, the caramel was gritty. They trick you with samples of fresh treats and then sell you stale, old, poor quality treats. This place needs some serious help. I think they only survive because most of their business is from tourists who dont know any better.

Went in and told them the taste of chocolate I like and they recommend the perfect truffle!

The choclate and hot coco were good but be aware of the importance it is to ask for you receipt !!!!! We were charged for an extra $20 box of choclate !!!!!! And the worker there was rude even though we spend over $100 of choclate !! Way to appreciate customers !!

Good chocolate, but its really expensive. I got 4 truffles and it cost me $14.

Overpriced. I ordered a single peanut butter cup (granted it was large) and a single truffle and it cost me over $8. Its my own fault for not checking prices in advance but the chocolate wasnt as good as Ive had in other chocolate shops, and definitely wasnt worth the price.
