I dont often write reviews, especially when the service is provided as offered but this is a local company and deserves the support and comment.I had a great experience settling my needs with Matt (no selling pressure) and Colin did a great job during the installation (timely and professional).The system is very easy to use and so far we didnt have any problem. After checking many other companies we are very happy with our choice!!!

From my first telephone contact with Matt to the install with Vincent, my experience with Reliable Home Security has been outstanding! Matt was extremely knowledgeable about home security systems and he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. There was no pressure to buy anything and they simply matched my needs to an affordable security system. I did a lot of research into alarm systems and Reliable Home Security exceeded my expectations over the reviews I read. My installer Vincent was a true gentleman! He was polite and patient at all times, despite my relentless questions. I dont often write reviews except when my expectations are exceeded. I called Reliable Home Security on a Tuesday after my previous monitoring company of 16 years let me down. The sales process was very low key and straightforward and they were only interested in selling me what I needed. By Friday I had a new system installed that is better than the top of the line Pulse system and a cheaper monthly payment. Both the salesman and the installer were very proficient and took however long was needed to answer questions and perform their work 100%. I feel very fortunate to have found a company that is local, provides high value and provides a high level of customer service.

The installation of the Reliable system was very organized. Andrew was extremely efficient and very polite. He took time to explain the options available. He was careful to make sure that we understood the workings of the Touchscreen, the phone and the computer website. He did a good job making sure we understood our contract. Very thorough!

Excellent Security System!!! Andrew came out and installed our new security system. He was very knowledgable about the system and walked us through it after the installation was complete. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. We have had the system for three months and we have had no issues at all. We love being able to monitor the system remotely and we love the different features available for lights and locks.We strongly recommend this security system!! You wont be sorry!!

Andrew came out to our house today and was extremely friendly. His knowledge and expertise was second to none and the quality of his work was extremely professional. He hooked up our home within about an hour and a half and we have a 3000 sf house. The touch screen pad that he installed is easy to use and dump-proof. I am completely satisfied with the work that Reliable Home Security performed at our home today and would recommend them to anyone.

After reading a number of posts on NextDoor about break-ins in our area, my husband and I decided itd be a good idea to get a security system. I did a ton of research on home security services and Reliable Home Security offers a top of the line service at the most affordable price, and theyre located in Denver. Colin installed our equipment, was exactly on time and was super helpful. The system is super easy to use. I couldnt be happier with this service and company.

Better than we thought it would be. The installers were great. Finished in one day with the whole system and it is very user friendly. The hardest part is remembering to set it and disarm when we come home. It is a great secure feeling!

So Im so glad my experience matched what the reviews said. The sales rep Matt was very informative, answered all my questions (I had a lot), and there was no pressure to buy. Andrew was very personable and understood what I wanted. I just got the system a few days ago, and hope I shouldnt have to need it, but so far so good. :-)

I cant get a hold of anyone for new service for our new home. Ive done the webform and called and spoke to 3 people who took my name down. Ive called 2 more times with no answer or call back.. I heard the service it great but if I cant even get them to answer for my business, I cant imagine once Im a customer....

We have the most expensive dog detector in Denver. After several service calls we can still not avoid false alarms. The only way we have discovered to avoid the dog detector is to not use the system. Sadly we were stupid enough to sign a 3 year contract that is impossible to get out of. I now am stuck paying for a service that is utterly useless to me. If you have an animal I would never use this company.

They dont offer anything for renters that is affordable. 1 year renter would have to pay everything up front and no contract less than 1 year. And they will not even consider anything else!!! Not at all flexible or of use to most residence of Denver, Aurora.

It has been a great pleasure to have this team make my home smarter including installation of Security and Monitoring systems, and the multimedia entertainment hook ups. Jim Brennan, the sale director was never pushy or salesy. Was able to get great prices on the TV and Jamo Speakers. Also a shout out to Vincent Green, the Lead AV Tech, who was very meticulous in installing everything, including showing the apps and features behind the technology. Great Job, guys.

Professional, courteous. Careful installation. Considerate explanations. The panel is user-friendly for someone who is not savvy with such items.

Months ago we changed internet service and now our cameras no longer work. The app was updated and we dont remember out log in, because it it was one THEY made up, and it was auto-saved. I was told month ago that it would be $50 for someone to come out. I called today, and now I am being told its $95 per hour, and it takes 1-3 hours to port forward and re-set the log in. Make sure to tattoo your UN/PW on your arm, they expect you to remember something you only use once to set up the app.

Terrible customer service when it comes to transferring service from myself to the new home owner. I have been pursuing this for three months to no satisfaction. I am going on the second month of paying the bill for someone else to have a security system. Whenever I call and complain, they say they will take care of it and call me back and no was ever does. New homeowner works out of her home so I see no reason this should not have been resolved to my satisfaction a long time ago.

After looking at several different alarm system options, everything from the large national brands to DIY solutions, I chose Reliable Home Security. They provide a great system: 2GIG Control Panel w/ AlarmDotCom and a national monitoring company, they were able to tie into my existing wired sensors and have been extremely responsive even after the sale. To top it all off their price was one of the best I found and they are even based out of Denver.Highly recommend Jake and the team at Reliable Home Security.

We did our research and read the Google reviews and are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I am jealous of all these people who wrote these fabulous reviews...maybe its friends and family who wrote them. First off, they didnt show up for our first appointment. Left a message and no one returned it. Once it was installed they werent even able to finish everything, now two months later, we had to remind them that they didnt finish the job. Its a shame.

After my neighbor had his front door kicked in mid day, I decided to look into security systems. After doing some research it came down to two companies; Reliable Home Security and Vivint. I called RHS first and spoke to Matt. Awesome guy, took the time over a few late nights to answer all my question and concerns. Walked me through pricing, instillation and overall product expectations. I then called Vivint because my neighbor chose them. When I called I spoke to a young individual who in my opinion was going off a script and didnt know the product. I also felt at the end that he was using a pressure tactic to close the sale (I know I work in sales). Kept saying only today instillation free. The next day I get 6 texts and 4 phone calls from Vivint saying TODAY ONLY! FREE INSTALL!. At the end of the day I chose Reliable Home Security because they were local, good reputation and Matt took the time to understand me. Vince is the instillation guy who showed up and he was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain EVERYTHING before he left. Glad we chose this company and I would do it again. A+

The HOA of the condominium where I live put me in charge of seeking out security camera system installers in the Denver area for our building. I had four outfits come by and give me ideas and bids on the project. I could have stopped at the first one, Reliable Home Security, whom we went with, and with whom I and the HOA are very pleased. Because I found RHS largely through Yelp! and Google recommendations, I am very happy to add this one of my own! From the beginning to the end, Jim Brennan, who was the companys rep, was ON TIME, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable of the industrys products. With his extensive experience, he came up with great ideas on the types of cameras and placement that would best suit our needs, and he was extremely patient with the hundreds of questions he was asked throughout the project. On installation day, it was Jim, himself who filled in for one of the normal installers, and he did a terrific job. Its great when you finally fire up the system and it works as advertised! The bid was fair and the work was done in a professional manner. I highly recommend Reliable Home Security for your security camera needs!

First, I have to start by saying that I picked RHS b/c they keep their monitoring in Colorado, so if you know what hits the fan, Im not dealing with an operator on the east coast or India. Second, the two installers: Andrew and Adam, were two of the nicest and most thorough that Ive worked with. These two guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They were patient, and didnt make me feel bad about my lack of tech understanding. They walked me through the whole process and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. I feel safer with RHS installed and better knowing that there are men out there like Andrew and Adam who take such pride in their customer service and career. Bravo RHS.

They require a social security card number which is unacceptable. Also, they charge extra if you do not want to allow them to remove the monthly bill charges automatically from your bank account. So, if you want to set up a reoccurring payment from your bank yourself, you are charged more and if you want to use a credit card, you are charged more.
