American Roofing Supply did a great job on a large apartment building. On time delivery, accurately shipped, and Safely Loaded. Great to have solid supply team backing us up.

Truck drivers beware! Baracades were put up by neighbors to make backing into the dock much harder. Their own employees park in the driveway next to the dock instead of in marked parking places. Making your job even harder. When I asked the employees nicely if he could move his pickup so I dont have to worry about hitting it & pointed out there was a empty parking space. (actually 4 empty spaces while I looked after getting into the dock). The employee started walking back to his pickup but then decided not to move it after all. Their employees clearly dont appreciate us bringing them their products to sell.

When Im looking for obscure or large quantity orders last minute, when Im working on sunday and no one else is there for the roofers, American RS has always been there to help me.We have had our troubles from time to time but when you need dedicated reliable professionals who know 101 terms for anything, or need the most insane material no one has even joked about in a decade, American is right there with a roll, 7 days a week.They are 2 hours out of my way and STILL I think of them before I even consider my local suppliers.

When you get here, park over at the building across the street and walk in to check in. Was a little difficult to back in from the street because of all the traffic. Appt at 0700, out with paperwork by 0900. Great people,.

Fast friendly affordable

One of the salespeople held onto my check for about 6,000 for 5 weeks and delayed my job. She lied and said it wouldnt clear, upon contacting my bank ZERO attempts were made to cash the check.I wont mention Alyssas name, or how much she despises me... but, she really has it out for me and insulted me in front of my 13 year old daughter as well as her co-workers. What an embarrassment for American Roofing Supply. I hope she finds happiness.Still American is my number one go to place for roofing stuff.

Seems like one of the front desk associates there needs a different role . I will never shop there again. Disappointed in the fact they cant spare an additional 10 secs of their time to help you match a product thats similar to its competitors. Much less show you any samples. To bad they are the only supply house I know thats opened on Saturday.
