Very impressed with these tailors. I brought in a dress that fit all wrong across the chest and under the arms, and they fixed it fast (within a week, and it’s wedding season!), and cheaply ($25 for a formal dress seems fair to me). Very efficient. Will definitely use them again if I have fit problems in the future!

When I brought My dress the sleeves were a bit to big and I was afraid no one can fix it cause how the sleeves were but found this place and they did amazing job!! I can’t wait for the Christmas party to come

Amazing wedding dress alterations! I fell in love with a dress that was a few sizes too big, and she made several adjustments including a bustle. It fit perfectly and she was patient with how particular I am about the fit. Ive also gone to her for years for basic dress and pant hemming and Im always impressed!

Very expensive. Took in some very simple cotton drapes, 3 to be hemmed and charged $54. Much cheaper in Lowry.

Bella was amazing! After a poor experience with a less-than-accommodating-seamstress, just weeks before my wedding, Bella stepped in and not only completed what the previous seamstress had tried to do, but did so beautifully, working with the already existing pattern in the dress. I needed modesty panels put in on the front and back of the dress. She did a fantastic job and even ripped out and redid sections that I thought were not quite right at the fitting. I had asked the former seamstress to add sleeves. I could not lift my arms past three inches with the result. Bella removed the sleeves and added cap sleeves in a petal shape like I asked. She suggested using the leftover material from hemming which worked beautifully and matched the dress. Bella did everything and charged me LESS THAN HALF what I paid the original seamstress. It was s night and day difference. I would bring my business to Bella anytime. She was prompt, accommodating and KIND, which I greatly valued!Thank you Bella for making my wedding day attire a beautiful experience!!!!

Absolutely perfect! My wedding dress needed a LOT of touch-ups, a bustle, new sleeves, and hemming. Bella did it all, at a very affordable price. She worked quickly and had it ready to go when she said itd be ready. Bella taught my MOH how to bustle the dress, too, and helped me figure out how to sit comfortably in the dress lol! Could not recommend more!

Had my wedding dress altered here. Other tailors quoted me twice as much as Bella Tailor. I’m so happy with the results too. I didn’t really know what I needed done, just...fitting, but they knew what to do and went above and beyond what I could even think to ask for, and it looks amazing. Timely, friendly, cost effective. I am so happy about my experience with Bella. I bought my wedding dress off the rack and wanted to make many alterations (e.g., removing sleeves, taking in the waist, shortening the length, adding a bustle, etc.) Also, the dress was made from multiple layers of delicate lace so this was no small feat. The dress ended up fitting me exactly how I imagined! Bella was so easy to work with- she is kind, gave suggestions when needed, and listened to my preferences. She produced high quality work and was willing to make last minute changes. Thank you Bella for making my wedding dress perfect!

Amazingly detailed work. They took me on, no questions asked with 1 month until my wedding. My heavily beaded wedding dress fit like a glove and was done in 3 weeks. The best part for any bride is that she let out my waist, thigh, adjusted bust and sleeves and added a 3 piece bustle, all for less than I was quoted by the big name wedding seamstress to do just the bustle and waist. Highly recommended. Highly professional and detailed. A blessing for any bride!

Great experience & service. Highly recommended! I had my lace wedding dress tailored here (taken in at the seams through the bodice, hemmed, and a bustle installed). She did a fantastic job getting everything to fit right (even raised up the hem a little more for free after the first set of alterations). The lace was very intricate so she went to painstaking lengths to make sure it all matched up right after taking in the seams (my dress was several sizes too big). She even put on a couple extra snaps here and there to make sure everything laid right. She was super friendly, helpful, and has reasonable prices. So glad I went here versus some of the more expensive options -- didnt want to spend more on my alterations than the dress itself!

I have been going here for 6 years with my random tailor needs. From very high end suits to general pants. She does the best work. she is honest and fair and they are normally really good with getting your items back quickly.

I came in to this alteration store to alter my wedding dress, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I have never written a review before so this is a first. But I am compelled to do so, due to the amazing service I received at Bellas Tailor in Denver on Mexico (the actual address is 1685 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222, but it is in the strip mall off of Mexico). It was a holiday weekend and I needed a suit dry cleaned and altered at the very last minute. Bellas Tailor came through for me when no one else could. Ive never had any tailor work so hard to get my needs met on time. No one couldve came through for me like they did. On top of this, I ended up having to come back on the evening before Thanksgiving Day for a special request. Not only did they meet my request, but they did it at a time when every other store in town was closed or was closing. They couldve easily said no and it would have been completely understandable and okay. I am telling you now, if you ever need a tailor, dry cleaning or repair, you must go to Bellas Tailor. The owners are so kind and helpful. Despite being many miles from my home I will be a life long customer and I will refer everyone I know to Bellas. Thank you for the superb service. I will never forget it.

I was in a crunch and had a week to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. I called around to get a quote from a couple of places and Bella was charging HALF of what everyone else was charging. She got it done with a couple of days to spare and the work was incredible. I will now be seeing her for all my alteration needs.

Awesome service - took my wedding dress here and Bella did a great job, including hand stitching, making it lie flat against my skin without being expensive! I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

This place is probably fine for simple fixes, but do not come here for a proper gown alteration. The seamstress is professional and treats her clients well, but her work was very subpar. I was extremely disappointed and ended up not wearing the gown to my event and having to donate it instead. Busted seams at the side, uneven work, loose strings. Very disappointed.

I’ve now used Bella 3 or 4 different times!! From fixing a zipper on pants to changing an entire wedding dress!!! She was very patient and offered great opinions on what would work and what wouldn’t! Bella knows her stuff and will listen and help with any issues! I’ll be keeping this tailor!!

Very expensive. Stitching on the alteration was not done very well, you can tell from the inside of the dress - there are threads hanging. They did not alter the dress how we had talked about and then they started to tell me I was a liar about it. I gave three stars because the dress fits nicely on me. Im still bitter about paying full price for alterations I did not want or approve of but I needed my dress back! They offered to redo it but I didnt have time. I needed to ship it to the bride.Just had someone else take a look at my dress alterations and were astonished at the dress alterations because the dress is noticeably longer in the front and short in the back.
