Could not have been happier with my experience with Donna Beth Creations. Not only is everyone so nice but they did an AMAZING job with my alterations. When you hand off your wedding dress, you are putting a lot of trust in that person/company. I had no doubts that my wedding dress was in good hands. They helped with figuring out how to tape the girls, undergarment options, the appointments were quick and easy, they were knowledgeable and every change that was made to the dress was perfect. I was so comfortable yet every inch of the dress fit me perfectly. Definitely worth the investment to know the work is going to be done right. As a point of reference, Davids bridal was going to charge me just shy of what I paid for DBC, and I feel like I would have had to lose sleep just to save a few bucks. Paying a tiny bit more is 1000% worth the peace of mind.

The team at Donna Beth is absolutely top notch and I cannot recommend them enough! My dress came out amazingly and I could not have been happier. Dress aside, the ladies at Donna Beth always made me feel comfortable and welcome. I went to the majority of my fittings alone because my entire family is in New York, but I never actually felt alone when I was there. A++ for Donna Beth Creations.

I had my dress altered here in July 2020 for our microwedding. I was not happy with my fit, so I had to get my dress re-altered at another studio for the reception July 2021. In fairness, I leave my pros and cons below.PROS:-The hem was absolutely beautiful. I know that took a lot of work and craftsmanship.-The bustle was also gorgeous. I love how they do bustles at Donna Beth, compared to others Ive seen.-Easy to communicate with, and gorgeous fitting areaCONS:-A hole appeared in the side seam after only 2 hours of wear.-The seamstress is not the person who pins you up at most appointments-Fabric around the waist area was very bunched up. I did not notice in the studio lighting (also I was excited and overwhelmed by being a bride), but it became very apparent outdoors and in photos. I had another seamstress in Iowa fix this problem for me, as well as let out the bust a bit, since I look very smashed in the chest (did not gain weight).-Hem was actually too long on just one layer. I didnt notice this until I almost tripped at our microwedding. I also got this fixed by another seamstress.-Price - very expensive, although it may be about equal to others in the metro area. Still, too expensive to have a $3k dress that doesnt fit perfectly.

Donna Beth Alterations were fantastic to work with! They stored my gown and made the alterations necessary for my wedding dress. They listened to my feedback and what I wanted. In addition, the staff was professional, polite and efficient. I never had to wait when I was at the shop. My wedding was scheduled for Oct 2020 but moved to May 2021 due to COVID. I had my first fitting in April 2020 and my final fitting in April 2021. They stored my gown the entire time. I recommend Donna Beth Alterations to any bride looking for a superb experience.

Donna Beth and her team did such an amazing job on alterations for my wedding dress! After having to call and cancel my appointments because we postponed our wedding, i was so afraid theyd be booked up for our new date. They accommodated me so nicely and professionally and I was able to use their services just in time for my wedding. My dress looked so beautiful and the bustle was done so nicely! I received so many compliments and I felt so beautiful the whole night! I couldnt recommend them enough!

Donna Beth is the absolute best in Denver! I’ve had a bridal and bridesmaid dress done by her and both were fantastic. The whole staff is so friendly and wonderful. They make alterations an ease for any bride.

What a magical place this is! And Donna is absolutely fastidious[ in her attention to detail. She took a dress that was beautiful and made it even more so. Then paired it with a veil that made everything perfect. Plus the studio is gorgeous....spacious, clean, well-appointed, private dressing rooms and a huge open floor-plan waiting area. We loved it!

Donna Beth Completely SAVED my Veil!I bought a really beautiful and intricate cathedral length veil from a bridal boutique. When I purchased it, I asked them to customize it into a drop veil. When i picked up the veil a few months later, it was not at all what I envisioned and was completely ruined. I already had a terrible experience with my wedding dress and had to buy an entirely new dress, at a different boutique, off the rack. When I purchased my new and beautiful dress, the boutique told me to go see Donna Beth. When I walked into their studio two months from my wedding with a completely botched veil and a dress that was three sizes too large, I was completely dejected and totally overwhelmed with stress. They immediately calmed me down and started discussing solutions to my predicament. While they were pinning me in my dress, they took my veil and analyzed it. They brought various tulle options for me and showed me exactly when my veil would look like when finished. They assured me they would be able to removed all of the appliqué and apply it to the new tulle!They worked so well with me getting my dress a week earlier than planned and fit me in for extra alterations when things were not fitting me exactly as I thought they should!When I picked up my veil and wedding dress two months later, everything was PERFECT! The dress and veil were exactly as I imagined them! The dress fit me like it had been made for me and my veil was an absolute dream! I cannot even compare it to what I had originally brought them!Donna Beth Saved my veil and my dress! I had my wedding dress altered here and from the very start everyone that I spoke to was kind and helpful. The first call we scheduled all 3 of my appointments and I received reminders for those appointments moving forward. The salon is beautiful, expectations are clear and everyone is very welcoming. The only drawback in my experience is during the actual pinning and adjusting, I don’t think I had the same person twice and I don’t actually know if they were the seamstress (it didn’t appear that was the case). Between those two things I was concerned that my dress wouldn’t fit correctly in the bust area after expressing the concern multiple times, to multiple people. All the worrying was for not because at my final fitting it all came together and it looked perfect! I got married in Mexico on August 6th to the man of my dreams in my perfect dress! Oh I also bought my veil from them which was beautiful and high quality ❤️

Working with Donna Beth was a joy! I was so excited each time I went to try on my wedding dress during the alteration process. The women who helped me were so kind and knowledgeable and their studio is precious and perfect for trying on your dress. Not to mention the alterations they did were exactly what I hoped for and more! They took a dress I liked a lot and turned it into one I loved and was so comfortable and myself in.

While my initial experience with Donna Beth Creations left me feeling stressed and disappointed, Anna and their master tailor Steven went above and beyond to make my dress perfect. When I took my dress home the first time, my dress was far from perfect. Less than two weeks to the big day, I felt I had no option but to make it work with fabric tape as they suggested, and just settling for a less than perfect fit. However, after realizing I couldnt justify that after spending so much at Donna Beth, Anna got me in right away to address all my concerns with the dress. She was always friendly, polite, and accommodating despite dealing with a very stressed bride. Steven, the master tailor is so talented, a true miracle worker. My dress is more beautiful than I couldve imagined. A massive thank you to the studios unsung heroes.

I went to Donna Beth Creations in Cherry Creek after I was referred to her by LWD Bridal. I didn’t feel like looking around and her location was a very central one in between my job downtown and where I live in Aurora. I went for my first fitting in April, pandemic and all. I did not get to meet Donna then but was fitted by another employee who was very friendly and we chatted the whole time. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. When I walked in, she greeted me by my name but I never got hers. For my second fitting I did get to meet Donna. She was very friendly and very sweet and explained my dress bustle to my friend who was with me.I went in 4 times (April, May, June, July) and then one last time to pick up my dress which I wanted to take my mom to as a surprise. They didn’t have to let me use a room since technically I was just supposed to pick it up but I called to ask and they let us go in and try the dress on one last time in the boutique. I’m super grateful because I got to give my mom that moment that I know she was missing living out of state. After my wedding, I let Donna know that my dress got a 1-inch rip from all the fun on the dance floor! she told me I could bring it in anytime that week to have her fix it before I took it to get cleaned and preserved. I am so happy with the service I received and delighted to leave this review.It was a bit pricier than I initially anticipated to spend on alterations. But given the email I received when I booked my first appointment, I didn’t question the cost and wasn’t super surprised. My dress needed to be taken in, it needed hemmed at the bottom and the bustle too. The email said “Alterations can range from $250-$900 with an average of $350-$650 total.” It was worth the cost for how beautiful my dress turned out and how happy I was with all of the communication and kindness I received from Donna and her staff. Amazing experience, COVID and all!

I cant recommend Donna Beth enough! I originally bought my dress for $300 online, and although it was the general aesthetic I was shooting for, it didnt fit quite yet. Donna Beth did an amazing job of tailoring my dress to me, and her customer service was incredible. There was a bit of a mishap around the lace at the bottom of my dress (its ivory and the rest of the dress is more of a creamy taupe), and she immediately jumped in and gave me a belt that tied the lace, my earrings, and my hair combs together to create a cohesive look. Shes fabulous, and if you need a bridal tailor in Denver, shes absolutely the person you want to talk to.

Donna Beth did all the alterations for my dress. They were exceptionally professional and talented. We had to reschedule our wedding because of COVID and they held on to my dress for a year. They also gave me an extra appointment to try on my dress after gaining quarantine weight and helped alter the dress so I still felt gorgeous. My dress had very delicate tull and I was worried about taking it in, but they did an OUTSTANDING job. Couldnt recommend Donna Beths team more!

Donna’s employees are very professional. Her scheduler and Donna herself, however, were disrespectful at the slightest hint of dissatisfaction. They did not care to allay my concerns, spoke over me multiple times, and ultimately did not provide an enjoyable experience. I left feeling worse about my body and my dress after I was repeatedly told “that’s how it should be”. I will say the work they did complete on time was well done, but if you want a pleasant, stress-free experience, look elsewhere.

I have nothing but good things to say about Donna Beth! I postponed my wedding a year and needed pretty significant alterations to my dress by the time my 2nd wedding day came around. They were incredibly helpful and made my dress look AMAZING. Highly recommend!

I bought my wedding dress from BHLDN and was referred by them to Donna Beth Creations. Im so glad I got this referral. Donna Beths team expertly sewed in cups and created the most beautiful French bustle. The bustle highlighted and preserved the delicate lace edging on the hem of my dress, and it was super easy for my maid of honor to do. The team is also easy to work with and clearly communicates dates and reminders for fittings. I felt confident that I was in expert hands. I think this company is worth the money!

I cannot say enough amazing thing about Donna Beth Creations! Donna is a wonderful, kind soul that is amazing at what she does! My dress had a ton of super detailed hand drawn, cut out lace that I didnt want to have disappear when the dress was taken in and altered. She saved every inch and took the hem in from the waist rather than destroying the beautiful lace at the bottom. She also made sure to make the dress EXACTLY how I wanted it to fit my needs even though that meant three appointments where I made didnt minor changes at each. Her entire team there is so accommodating and skilled. Plus, it was extremely reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommended!!

It’s a cute shop and everyone is super nice. But you can go somewhere else and get the same quality of work for much cheaper. I spent $800 just in alterations here and my dress was far from perfect. The day of the wedding we used A LOT of adhesive tape to hold the chest down flat because it was super gappy. And we had to pin the straps because they were way too big and slipping down my shoulders. Also, the waist was brought in too much and during pictures one of my clasps broke off because the dress was too tight. I went in for 4 dress fittings before picking up my dress so there was plenty of measuring done. They had my dress for 8 months. It should have been right. I chose this place for alterations because I wanted my dress to be absolutely perfect. But instead I ended up learning a lesson that in dress alterations you don’t always get what you pay for. More expensive isn’t always better.

I was referred to Donna by another friend who went to her a few years ago and the entire experience was great! I had a vision in my mind (combining my moms wedding dress and the dress my grandma wore to my parents wedding) and she made it happen! I am SO happy with the outcome and I LOVE the dress! I had my wedding dress fitted here and they did a wonderful job. They made sure I was happy and everything fit perfectly.

I brought in my mothers wedding dress from 1984 to make a few alterations. She had lace and satin sleeves (see original photo). Donna Beth was able to get me an appointment in less than a week to look at the dress. I had a small idea of what I wanted. Donna Beth and her team made suggestions and brought this idea to reality. We ended up adding the straps to the original bodice. In addition, she added a couple layers of tulle and a bustle. It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much for making this dream come true!!

Donna Beth added side panels to my dress and lied about it. She told me my cycle had made me bloated during my previous appt and that is why my dress dramatically changed from being too tight to being too lose. She promised she didn’t alter it at all, but the fabric on the side panels didn’t match the dress and their sizes didn’t even match each other. She chose to body shame me instead of being honest and talking things through. I do not trust this company and do not recommend them.

I was referred to Donna Beth Creations from my bridal shop and so glad I went there! First of all her space is huge and gorgeous. Each appointment I felt more and more beautiful in my gown, it looked incredible! I also had to postpone my wedding due to covid and they were so sweet and accommodating - held on to my dress for 5 extra months. This dress fit me like a glove and definitely looked like a made for me dress! Just gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Choosing Donna Beth to alter my wedding gown was the best decision I couldve made! I had purchased my dress from a sample sale, and while I absolutely LOVED the dress, it was 10 sizes too large. She made me feel so confident in my dress and made all the perfect adjustments. I needed a quick turn around, as we changed our plans to elope due to COVID and she set up the two follow up appointments immediately, so I knew exactly the timeline for everything. The second and third fittings were at her stunning alternations shop and had wonderful experiences there too. My wedding dress shop in Ann Arbor, Michigan reached out to their wedding dress network to find an alterations shop in Denver for me. They recommended Donna Beth. Donna Beth Creations was so great. I ended up having to get alterations very last minute because my dress was delayed. I was able to schedule an appointment exactly when I needed it (within a couple of days after I reached out) and they made sure to have all of the alterations done just a couple of days after that so that I could leave town for our wedding. The location is also really accessible and I liked their big fitting areas. I would definitely recommend them!

Due to Covid, and everything shutting down I was forced to wait to go dress shopping. Therefore, my dress came in just about 5 weeks before my wedding. So I was very stressed about getting alterations in on time before my wedding. Luckily, Donna Beth was able to get me in very quick for fittings. When I walked in I loved how clean it was, and how everything looked. When I got into my fitting room, a lady came in and just started working on my alterations, she didn’t greet me or even tell me her name, so I was taken back a bit, once the fitting was over, they just told me the price of things, but never showed me an invoice or a break down of why it was that price. I was a little bit in shock. Since I was scrambling to get my dress altered, I decided to just continue with Donna Beth. I paid for the alterations, but felt a little uneasy about it since I didn’t see why I was paying that much. After alterations everything seemed to go great. Except for on my wedding day, an hour before I was going to walk down the aisle I noticed a huge rip in the armpit of my dress that I spent thousands of dollars on. I had maybe had my dress on for 15 min. I normally do not leave these types of reviews but I am very sad with the results of using this company.

If I could give zero stars I would, I went there with last minute alterations, paid 740$ and received dress that has been done nothing to, she even left two safety pins in the dress which I didnt find until I tried to sit down and they stuck in my skin, I wrote her and received no answer, her service is absolutely horrible, she has ruined my wedding dress and my wedding day. She used me to get paid for a job not done, knowing very well I was running out of time. Absolutely horrible experience, will have consequences.

Couldnt recommend more! My wedding dress was 6 sizes too big and made of crepe which can be difficult, but they fit it perfectly after the first fitting. Only had to finalize the length in the second fitting. They are incredibly sweet and easy to work with, did flawless work, and made me feel very comfortable and safe even during COVID.

Donna Beth completed the alterations for my wedding dress. Everyone in the shop was so attentive and willing to make all my wedding dress dreams come true! They did a great job of timing out each appointment to ensure I had enough time to make the fit was just right before traveling to my wedding destination. Seriously the most amazing alterations shop I have ever dealt with. They handled my crazy schedule and having to rearrange last minute appointments amazingly. Also came in two weeks before my wedding panicking that I needed sleeves. Boom it was done that next day. Amazing company and great people

I thought this space was nice, and the process was efficient; however, a few things left me feeling unsatisfied for the cost - especially when it was cash up front. First of all - cash up front? This felt like another wedding label extortion. And there was so little eye contact during the exchange of money that it just felt very impersonal and insignificant, even though $750 was leaving my hands. Secondly, here was a significant discordance between effort and value for the alterations I had done. In reselling my dress, I cannot point to the craftsmanship of the alterations because it doesnt really exist - the tulle literally looks like a child hacked it off at the level needed without any planning and the alteration on the side where it was taken in came apart. At my first appointment, I pointed out that I would need alterations to ensure the deep V didnt just blaze open all night and was assured that it was no problem. After my money was out of my wallet, and I came back in for second fitting, it was like, well you are gonna have to use some tape, deal with it. I think the location and the fact that people enjoy their wedding is what perpetuates her success, not the skill of the craft. I loved every second of my wedding, and I loved my dress, but the alterations were not worth $750.

Donna and her staff were amazing! I live across the country, but purchased my dress in Denver, my hometown. From the minute I called to schedule my fittings I knew I was in good hands. She was very accommodating and was able to schedule my fittings around the times I would be home for showers/wedding vendor meeting. Additionally, I lost a significant amount of weight since I purchased my dress and was really nervous that it would not fit correctly. She was very patient with me and let me fuss with it until it was perfect. She also just made me feel really good about the dress (and shoes!) I picked. I had my finally fitting this morning and the dress is perfect. I cant wait to wear it in two weeks. Thank you for making the process so painless. xoxo

Donna beth made my wedding dress for me beautifully

The bustle was beautiful but when I had concerns about fit in the waist I was told to just pull up the waist higher, with no adjustments to the fit. On my wedding day I had to keep tugging on my dress all night. I also had to do my final fitting 2 weeks before my wedding because they were closing, and the fit wasn’t perfect as a result. Sometimes you can’t control changes in your body in the two weeks leading to a wedding. Overall, $900 dollars was too much to pay for a dress that didn’t fit with bra inserts that left a huge gap in the center of my dress.

Donna is INCREDIBLE. From start to finish she made sure I was completely satisfied. My gown is a couture gown and I was definitely wanting to make sure I picked a tailor that would be just as precise and careful with attention to detail as the designer itself. Donna went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is she kind and thoughtful, but she and her team are masters in their craft. I would highly recommend Donna Beth Creations!

Absolutely stellar experience with Donna Beth. I went down two pants sizes between when I first brought in my dress and my wedding day, and they altered my dress perfectly to fit me. I mean absolutely perfectly. All of the staff made me feel so at ease about my dress and never ever made me feel like the alterations were a problem. The atmosphere in the boutique is so serene and beautiful. I cannot thank Donna Beth enough.

I purchased my dress from Brilliant Bridal and they recommended Donna Beth for alterations. The suite is gorgeous and her fee was on the pricier side. I had several appointments and each time I felt like I wasnt being heard. I cried in my last two appointments and it wasnt a good cry. The top of my dress was gaping and they offered no solutions other than tape. I tried tape and it didnt hold. They still offered no other solutions. I would have paid more if they had ideas on how to make it work. They made it tighter in the wrong places, hoping that would hold it up and not be gaping, but all that did was tear into my skin the day of the wedding. My back was red and I had scabs. Everyone told me it looked good and no one would notice, but I noticed and I didnt feel comfortable.

Having a bridal gown altered can be scary. At Donna Beth Creations, we feel like we are being well taken care of. Excellent customer service seems like a dry phrase for Donna Beth. She is professional while being warm, she will guide you without being overbearing, and you will leave confident in your decisions because she has guided and supported you towards your goals so effortlessly with her expertise and understanding of you and your needs.

Donna Beth did an excellent job with my dress. She altered it until it fit perfectly. She also made me feel like a bride while in her presence. Unfortunately, I had a very hard time communicating with her via phone and email. She over charged me and took over a month to recognize my concerns and even longer to actually reimburse me. She is a good seamstress, but not the best with customer service.

Donna and her amazing team altered my wedding dress perfectly! I love their approach to altering - I paid one fee for 4 fittings so they could get the dress just right (which they did!). I had my last fitting the day I picked up the dress. During each fitting, Donna was right there....measuring, on the floor pinning, etc. Donna and all her staff are complete sweethearts - full of compliments, questions about your big day, and very welcoming. The shop in Cherry Creek North is adorable - I loved the big changing/fitting rooms - all my girlfriends could be in the room with me and enjoy sitting on a comfortable couch while Donna and her ladies did their thing. I never felt rushed through the fittings - they let me keep my dress on for however long I wanted. I looked forward to each fitting - they made it such a fun experience! I paid for the alterations up front and then had complete confidence that they would do everything to make it perfect! Absolutely LOVED working with Donna Beth Creations to alter my wedding dress. My gown was heavily beaded and they took the time and care to make it fit my figure perfectly without messing up the beading on the bodice. I was very impressed.We had four fittings in total and they listened to all of my needs and made my dress absolutely perfect. I absolutely loved working with Donna at Donna Beth Creations. Rarely do you actually get the opportunity to work with the head seamstress in any bridal alterations shop so the fact that she was in every appointment was above and beyond! The gals at the front check in desk were always nice and worked to make small talk when they were setting up me up in a dress room. I have gotten two bridesmaids dresses altered here, and they have both turned out perfectly. My most recent visit came after taking my dress to another tailor, which was closer to where I just moved. The seamstress completely screwed up the dress and somehow managed to turn the back of the dress into the side of the dress. With only a week left before the wedding, I ran my dress over to Donna Beth and begged them to help me. They were as sweet and helpful as they could have been and salvaged my dress. I cant thank them enough - I will certainly be back the next time I need a dress altered!

I have seen my friends experience absolutely the worst with their wedding dress alterations. I had an absolute dream of an experience with Donna Beth. I had two ceremonies, one in Greece and one in Colorado, so I had two dresses. She was delightful and made my dress fit me to a T. I highly recommend Donna and her team.

I went to Donna Beth because she is known for vintage redesign. I purchased a 70’s blush prairie dress for my outdoor wedding for $80, so I had the money to splurge on alterations. The original dress was a size too big, had long sleeves, a high neckline and high back. It took months, but after all the alterations, it was beautiful. We did a v-neck, sleeveless and v-back. It was the wedding dress of my dreams and i owe it all to Donna Beth and her team. Thank you!

Donna Beth was exactly what I needed in the process of finding the right wedding dress. Her and her staff made sure everything was perfect. Buying a dress second hand to save a ton of money meant I could spend a little more on alterations and Im so glad I did it that way. 100% satisfaction!

I don’t know why this place has such a high rating. I got my wedding dress altered here, all bridesmaids dresses bought and altered here, AND had a friend use this place for her wedding dress as well. All experiences terrible, bridesmaids dresses fell apart by the end of the night, over priced altering services, wedding dress wasn’t fitted well (friends either), and staff made me feel awful when I spoke up about how unhappy I was with my dress. Every time I have a newly engaged friend or family member, the first thing I tell them is to NOT use Donna Beth.

Donna saved my wedding dress!!! I purchased my dress from a local bridal store, but halfway through my alterations they decided to close their in-house store (without telling me). Donna came to the rescue! She fixed everything that needed fixing and made it perfect. I wouldnt go anywhere else - she is patient, kind, understanding and a rockstar at what she does. She is amazing.

I was very disappointed in the service. I don’t think they did any of the alterations requested at the first fitting. I am the mother of the bride and a seamstress, but live out of town so I did not see the final fitting. I honestly don’t know what we paid for. Thank God, my daughter carried it off beautifully. It was sad she asked at the end of the evening if maybe she picked the wrong dress. No, it was the fitting.

My wedding is still not for a week and a half but I really had to leave a review of Donna Beth. The place I had purchased my dress from and was having the alterations done switched ladies on me twice and then basically gave me the boot over to Donna Beth because of their turnover. I was so nervous switching up in between fittings but I could not be happier with the turnout and am so glad things happened the way they did. Donna Beth made it SO easy. The appointments went so quick and she really is an artist when it comes what she does. My dress fits beautifully. Her storefront and staff are also so amazing and kind. I could not recommend this place enough!

If I could give zero stars I would. I highly discourage anyone to get dress alterations here. Donna herself doesn’t do the alternations anymore and the staff she has hired to do them is horrible. Numerous times I voiced my concerns about multiple problems with my dress and Donna herself checked on me one time during my 3 appts. The fact that she knew what the issues were regarding my dress and still continued to let me walk out the door like that is HORRIBLE! My dress bodice was completely changed and they got rid of my dropped waist WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR! That was one of the main features I fell in love with. I’ve also attached pictures of the “seams” that someone sewed underneath the bodice that cause bunching around my waist as well. My 10 year old little sister could’ve done a better job. After voicing all of these concerns 3 days before my wedding Donna offered a full refund for the $560 cost of alterations. I asked for her to pay for the cost of my dress which was $500 and she refused stating she wanted the dress in hand before she would give me the money 3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!! What was i supposed to wear to my wedding?? BAD BAD BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The fact that they were less then empathic about the situation added so much stress 3 days before my wedding. I will not refer anyone here.

I can’t say enough about Donna and her beautiful team at Donna Beth Creations. From the first fitting all the way through the final fitting I felt like a princess and I knew I was in amazing hands. Most alteration boutiques are in someone’s private home, or in a smaller venue, Donna Beth Creations you are in the most beautiful space you will ever see. The entire boutique is full of bridesmaids gowns, Veil‘s, and accessories that you can purchase while you get your alterations done. The staff is warm and friendly and every single fitting was perfect, including the steaming of the gown which was FREE! This is a very classy alterations shop, best in town for sure! All the high end bridal salons send their brides here! Now I know why!

My dress came out beautiful! We added some soft and remove tulle sleeves and took in a lot from the waist and length to fit my petit frame. You can see the gorgeous French bustle in the attached photo. Donna and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had excellent service and felt right at home here. I got excellent advice on how best to customize my wedding dress. Everything was explained to me really well!

Took me 4 fitting and none of them were successful as the people who were doing my dress absolutely didnt know how to actually make it. All I asked is to add volume to my skirt which takes a simple tulle addition, but it was always not done properly when I was coming to see it. The last fitting ended up me seeing that they cut off my 3 feet long train which I paid extra money for. When I showed a picture of my dress from the store with that train and it was obvious that the train is gone I was asked:do you want the train? Hell yeah I sure did thats why I ordered the dress with it. Then they told me they cut it to add length to the front side since they lifted the waist. Did they ever tell me they were actually going to do that? Nope. Further better. I picked up the dress and it was on the case all time until the very wedding day. When I was in the dress and my bridesmaids tried to hook it on the back it appeared the hook was gone which made the whole look ruined, since my dress was supposed to be tight. After spending 40 min trying fixing it and losing precious time that was supposed to be spent for our first look photos we called Dona. The answer was fabulous: the hook must have fallen off! Great, and what am I supposed to do when I am getting married in 30 min and Im not even ready to go ( aaaand the plans to have all pictures done before the ceremony are screwed). We decided to keep it as it is since there was no time to do anything. Obviously the mood was already ruined. Further, as I was walking down the aisle the pieces of tulle were literally falling off of my dress! We lost few pieces in the bridal suite which was certainly not pleasant but to have these issues during the most important moment??!! And so was for the first dance, the tulle was all over the floor! Its horrible! I had so MUCH anxiety the whole time on my wedding day because I was worried about the dress falling off of me or falling apart. Very very very disappointed. Not to mention that the alterations cost me more than the actual dress. I paid for this awful work $1500)
