Jose is great! He did a tune-up on two cargo bikes with electric assists, fixed a flat on one of them, and adjusted the brakes on our daughters scooter. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Bikes are working like new! It is incredibly convenient to have our bikes worked on in our driveway since they are so big and we dont have a truck. Our neighbors were also impressed and plan to send business his way. We highly recommend Jose!

I want to be as fair as possible about my recent experience with Jose since my first experience was so great. I have only contacted him twice. First time was pre-Covid, customer service was fantastic and he really did a good job for both of my bikes. I reached out yesterday and filled out the service request form, explained a couple things I needed to do and requested a phone call back to discuss because I know he can’t just show up to change a single flat. I got a response this morning saying my needs “aren’t worth the trip, thanks for reaching out.” My advice is if you submit a service request, make sure you are very clear that you want to spend a good amount of money and know exactly what you need. The guy does a good job and his time is valuable.

Called Mobile Bike Man to get my sixthreezero EvryJourney assembled. The prices were reasonable. Called for the appointment on Thursday for an appointment a week later. I received the bike on Friday. Over the weekend, I bought a Electra Townie 21D decided to get the bike tuned up. Texted Mobile Bike Man and asked if he could do a tune up during the same appointment, he said yes. So I waited until Thursday for my appointment.On Thursday morning, I received a text stating is ETA. Upon arrival, I brought my sixthreezero down and Mobile bike man started to do the assembly. After he finished assembling my bike, took it out for a test ride, and it was running smooth.Mobile Bike Man then tuned up my Electra Townie, now that bike is clean and the shifting is smooth. Needless to say after an hour and fifteen minutes I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Mobile Bike Man to assemble an online purchased bike and to service my bike.Called Mobile Bike Man for a Tune up for my ebike. The van arrived early. Mobile Bike Man and began working on my ebike. He found some frame damage and noticed my chain and rear cassette was wearing down. Mobilebike man bent the frame back to shape with a special tool, and replaced my chain. Adjusted the brakes and trued both wheels. The bike rides better than it did brand new. Thanks Mobile Bike Man.Ordered a direct to consumer ebike. Mobile Bike Man assembled and tuned the bike to perfection. One of the great things about Mobile Bike Man is that he has parts in stock and can go to your work or residence to service your bike. Mobile Bike Man has reasonable rates.

I cant say enough about Jose and his work. I got a bike online and could not find a shop that would work on it. I only wish I would have found him sooner as I may have had him build one for me. He did a full setup on the new bike and after riding it for a few months we just made some minor adjustments. This monstrous e-bike rides great! He knows what hes doing and got right to work on it. He knows all the components and I really look forward to continuing to work with him.

Just got all four of my Bikes tuned by Jose. Loved the fact he was to come home and do it and I didnt have to drop of my Bike to a shop and leave it there for weeks as they have been asking. On top of that fantastic conversationalist. Is taking all precautions. Will also work with you to add in modifications if needed.

I reached out to see if I could get a quote for service and the owner told me to look at the website. I told him I wasnt sure about everything my bikes needed and he told me to go to another bike shop. This guy doesnt care about getting business apparently! I find that really ridiculous.

Very helpful, honest and fair. They did a complete inspection of my brakes determined they could not fixed without replacing the part. Since they did not have the current part to replace it with they did not charge me until they determined if they had the right part.

Jose went above and beyond getting my Bionx bike to work better than ever. The components on my Jamis conversio, including Shimano 105 derailleurs, were fine, but had always been incompatible with that type of cassette required for the Bionx wheel. To solve the problem Jose replaced the derailleur components, at his own cost, on my bike so they would be compatible, and now the bike is working better than ever. Thanks Jose.
