The card readers for their machines never work at my office (once in awhile they might, no idea why) which is probably good because they’d make a lot more money off me and my co-workers if they actually worked lol who carries cash anymore?

The card readers rarely work. The machines are usually either empty or broken. They have most of the machines on the Auraria Campus and most of the past year theyve been broken. They dont answer the phone and their app to report a problem doesnt work. GREAT COMPANY.

Canteen Vending is obnoxiously slow. Have to wait absurd amounts of time on loading screens when paying. Be better.

Ive submitted multiple requests regarding a machine that NEVER works and nothing is ever done. Horrendous customer service...Im not exactly sure how these people are actually still in business.

I do not recommend doing business with canteen vending machine services. I called to let the company know that their products were expired and a pregnant women ate them not knowing. The representative didnt apologize not once or offer any type of reimbersment for the misshap. Very dissapointed. The only reason why i gave one star is because no star wasnt an option

Dear management, please address safety with your drivers. On Santa Fe northbound tonight, in the rain, your driver cut over into my lane - an occupied lane, nearly clipping my hood. Then he proceeded to throw out his hands and yell at me, I’m assuming, for being in his way. This cannot accurately represent your company. Please address. Our lives are too valuable to be handled so frivolously.

Wonderful to do business with. On the rare occasion problems arise, they are dealt with promptly. Great products, great customer service. Great vending.

There package goods are nearly expired when placed in new machines

The machine that is at my place of employment is not giving the proper change back on anything I have gotten particularly the twizzlers
