I dont even know how to return my water dispenser and bottles after cancelling the service because we are moving. When you call the customer service number, you immediately get an answering machine that says Our Customer Service Team is currently unavailable at this time, yet I am calling in the middle of a weekday. Sent them a message online which the answering machine goes on to tell you to do. I am just so confused how you cannot contact anyone. Leaving a review here as a last ditch effort.Edit: In response to the reply to my review. That is describing exactly what I already do. I call, and you cannot even be put on hold. The machine simply says customer service isnt available at this time. I have also sent a message through their email service and have yet to get a response. Eventually my plan is just to show up to this office with the water dispenser and empty bottles as I dont know what else to do.

Due to the fact that1. They keep rescheduling my delivery mid-morning of the day that I am supposed to receive a delivery (after I leave out the empty bottles on my porch and leave for work, increasing the likelihood that they will be stolen),2. Their customer service phone number is no longer taking calls,3. They force you to send them an email in which they say they will respond within 5-7 business days, and4. Theyve raised their price 50% over one year from $7.99 to $11.99 per bottle,I am canceling my service with them effective immediately.

Ive been using the service for a few months now. So far everything is great. My husband and I love the water and the convenience.I live in Aurora and the tap water is nasty. We were spending a lot of time and money on filters, the annoyance with a filter pitcher is that its always empty when you need it and it only contains a small amount of water. The 5 gallon containers are convenient and the dispenser that comes with the plan is nice.Our sales person was also very kind and professional.You definitely need to drink a lot of water in a place as dry as Colorado.

Very disappointed with this service. I just moved and the water at the new place is not safe to drink, so I wanted to look into water delivery. I ordered a water cooler dispenser and 3 jugs of water. The delivery day came and all I got was the 3 jugs… no dispenser stand. This has made me extremely upset just because I have not been able to contact ANYONE. I have tried calling, I’ve tried emailing.. their website has a live chat but with no one available… how can you run a business like this is my question? It’s been 4 days and still I have heard nothing. Immensely disappointed and angry with Ready Refresh. Will be looking elsewhere.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I myself have never had any issues with the delivery of my water. What I do have an issue with is the bait and switch they use to get customers in and then hike up the price to almost double after a year or so.When I first signed on, I was paying $6.99 per bottle plus 1$ to rent the dispenser. Now it’s $11.99 per bottle and $5 a month to rent. FYI these prices are NOT competitive and I will be switching to Costco Water service after I go through these last bottles I have.

Lie lie stay away from this scammershis is the most rip off company, they dont send you bill then they will charge you late charges, we had constriction in our buildings the post office will not deliver mail in constriction site i went to post office there was no bills from them .this company didnt send us bill for 2 months after that we get $40.00 late charges dont dont trust trust this scammers... also the 24 packs of water they charge you $6.00 stay a way from this company the water they send you has been set in sun for long time this is horrible company the funny things is they dont send you bill when i called they said we give you $5.00 coupon for next 6 to 8 weeks so they can rip me off again

I absolutely love the convenience of water straight to my door. If any problems arise they are quickly solved by customer support. I love my experience with this company.

I called and complained because there was a late fee that was charged due to me getting a new card and they completely reimbursed me for the fee and added it to my next water delivery! I like not having to worry about getting water at the store and it being at my front door when I get home.

This company is literally the worst company of all time, we never get our water and then we get late fees for the water that we never received and everyone on the phone is super rude. Do not get water from them.

Ordered 1 time and when they sent a bill I called to pay it that same day. I was told there is a 33% late fee even if this was my 1st bill WOW. Never again will I set up delivery from these people.
