I just moved to Austin and didnt know who would be the best painter. My friend suggested, Jason with Capitol Paint Pros. He did a wonderful job with no mess afterwards. Ill definitely recommend and hire them again.

This company does not return emails or phone calls. Extremely unprofessional staff do not handle issues that customers have. I have attempted to change our mailing address with them for the last seven months without success. My representative Chris Erickson is no help at all. When I asked her what else I can do to change our address she said she did put in a request what else am I supposed to do?. No responsibility being taken and a pass the buck approach is what Otis is all about.

Otis treats their customers like garbage. Our elevator (which is serviced by Otis) breaks down at least twice a month- when Otis is sent out, they finish the job on their schedule (we constistly go 2-4 days without an elevator- at an asssitited living home). Two weeks later we are calling them back to come fix the parts they just replaced. On top of that the technicians charge for 8 hours of work when 2 hours was all that was performed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE
