We had Kin Furniture stain and finish a fireplace mantle that was raw wood. They did such an excellent job, customer service was without par and the workmanship of such good quality, we gave them our kitchen table to does well! We had a very good, 20yr old solid oak kitchen table that needed help. The completely stripped the finish to the raw wood, restrained it, and honestly, its better than the day we bought it. This is a first class company, dont be stupid and go someplace else.
Amazing. Took a old cherry table that was badly scratched and needed major help. The table I got back was incredible. Much better than I expected. The pricing is very reasonable. Delivery charge was fair and they took such care bringing it into my home. Great family run business, great people. Highly recommend Kin Furniture..
Sam from Kin furniture came to my house to make a repair on a very heavy Moroccan door. Not only was he able to expertly repair this fragile piece of art but he did so for less than the quoted amount. I would highly recommend Kin furniture for both quality and customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
The guys at Kin Woodcraft did an incredible job on the repair of my coffee table. The table is a family heirloom that I would only trust in the hands of great woodworkers. These guys know their stuff. Sam and Jacob are incredibly professional and talented, I will only be taking my furniture to them from now on. Thanks guys!
Kin did amazing work in restoring my lovely, cherished early 19th c. German wardrobe to prime condition. Jake repaired the loose and broken molding to pristine condition. My expectations were exceeded times 10. I cant recommend Kin enough. They are a small company committed to outstanding performance.
Sam and Jacob restored a rare Eames dining table to its glory days and I am over the moon at end result. Now the center piece of my kitchen. These guys are true artisans and experts in their craft.
These guys are the best! Our beautiful old table was cracked and sun damaged from years in our south facing dining room. The table is now a showpiece! They reworked the table, adding the leaf, and bringing back the table’s original beauty and lustre....Thank you!!!
I asked Kin Woodcraft to restore and refinish some nesting tables. When I went to pick up the tables, I was stunned by their restoration. Sam and Jacob take the time to understand the job and the homeowner. I asked them to use a stain color (ebony) which is a little out of the ordinary. The result exceeded my expectations. They played with the color and put down an undertone of gray top coated by black ending in a matte finish. The result was subtle but beautiful. My advice is to collaborate with Sam and Jacob. They have a lot of experience and with encouragement and dialogue can be highly creative.
Sam & Jake Becker do a fabulous job. The first thing I can tell you about them is that they have serious passion with what they do. Their work is phenomenal to top it off, from repairs, restoration and even building pieces. I recommend them to anyone.
Kin Woodcraft was fabulous to work with and did a beautiful job repairing and refinishing my antique tilt top table. They were also great at educating me about my piece and its workmanship and how to take care of it. It is clear they love what they do and take great pride in doing careful and quality work. I wish I had more pieces to send to these guys!
Sam and his brother did a fantastic job refinishing and staining our queen anne dining table and chairs. They even matched the new stain to another piece of furniture. The are kind, responsive, skilled, and professional. We couldnt be more pleased! Thank you Kin Woodcraft.
What a fantastic transformation! My small walnut buffet went from sad to simply wonderful. The buffet and I are both smiling! Great craftsmanship and superb customer service.
Sam and Jacob did an amazing job refinishing and staining cabinets throughout our house! The water damage and scuffs after 13 years of use presented challenges, but they were able to restore the appearance so our cabinets look like new again. They were professional and efficient - we highly recommend them!
Had my Grandmothers Lincoln style rocking chair cleaned and reupholstered for my daughter when she has her baby in August. Turned out wonderful and will be a cherished heirloom for many generations to come.
Jake worked on a table for my record player, turned out great! Awesome to see a family that really cares about their business.
Kin woodcraft refinished two of our coffee tables and a mid-century chair above our expectations. The quality of their work is something to admire. I would recommend Kin Woodcraft to anyone who values a high degree of craftsmanship.
I was very happy with the results of my 35 year old teak table. It was scratched when we had carpet installers replacing our carpet. The brothers were easy to work with and go above and beyond to repair any damage done to your furniture. My table looks brand new!
Incredible craftsman work and phenomenal attention to detail. Kin Woodcraft fixed a door on my great grandmothers beautiful armoire that was dropped during a move. After the repair, I cant see any evidence of the break and the finish still matches the other door and the rest of the armoire perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!
Movers litteraly ripped off a leg from each of two chairs matching a Queen Anne game table. I thought they were beyond repair, however, the work done by these two craftsmen at this shop was absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Amazing experience and phenomenal work! We purchased a sectional sofa for a home we were building in Fort Collins. Toll Brothers did such a terrible job on the finish work of the home we walked away and bought a different house. Ultimately, the $10,000+ down-filled, Nubuck leather sofa was 14 too large for the space in our other new house. I contacted several companies only two would even consider working with me to cut down the frame of the sofa by 14, modify the upholstery accordingly and reduce the size of each of the 6 cushions by 4-1/2. Sam and his father Hank were willing to take on the project and did so for a very reasonable fee. After meeting Sam in person, I elected to go with him based on my gut feeling. I received the sofa back today and you literally could never tell it was reduced in size. This sofa even had nailhead trim so there were hundreds of nails that had to be removed so the work could be performed. The nailheads then had to be replaced after the frame was cut down and upholstery work modified. It was refreshing to find such true craftsmen who took immense pride in their work. Thanks a million Sam and Hank! Your work was beyond impressive! FYI, Im sitting on said sofa as I write this review.
I rescued a piano roll cabinet that was in terrible shape. The guys at Kin Woodcraft transformed it into a beautiful piece of furniture.
