I had a great experience at this store. Amy, James, and Courtney were all very helpful. I had a large poster laminated and I received a couple phone calls asking specific questions to make sure they completed my order perfectly. I really appreciate their customer service and friendliness.

I went in a few days ago to return some equipment to the Google. Two people working the counter and I was helped immediately by Sara. She was super friendly and helpful. Packed my items in the box, taped it up, printed out the label, and got it ready to ship. She gave me the receipt and explained how I could track the package. Fast, friendly, and helpful. A delightful experience.

Whoever with fed ex delivered my package had a hard time finding my house, so instead of calling me or consulting me AT ALL (I provided detailed instructions with my order as well as my phone number) they sent it to an address I haven’t lived at for TWELVE. YEARS. I genuinely do not even know how y’all found that address. It is truly baffling. Thankfully after a 40 minute drive there and back I got my items, but I’m VERY upset at whoever 3415633 at 762 Is because I NEVER said I wanted the package delivered there, however when the seller contacted fed ex about it (and I don’t know HOW, I can’t seem to get a human on the phone all day for the life of me), they said the fed ex rep told them *i* have them that address/approved it. I’m honestly livid at this point. I googled 762 fed ex store and this is what came up. if it’s not this store than for the love of GOD can someone here tell me who it is??? I’m genuinely so frustrated at this situation.

Ive avoided this place for years because of their rotten customer service. They were always too busy to acknowledge someone who walked up to the counter. Made you stand there until they were good and ready to honor you with their service. Walked in today because I was in a time crunch and decided to use this location. I was surprised they actually did acknowledge me fairly quickly, but now they tell you to stand away from the counter on the blue circle. If you approach the counter they move back. If they approach the counter they tell you to go back to the blue circle. Their 6ft bubble is sacred. Just weird and hyper paranoid. Never again. Ill keep going to Office Depot or UPS. Way better customer service and rates are just as good if not better. This location is just plain irritating and the large lady in glasses is simply annoying.

So much easier than shipping from the post office. Gentleman packed everything up for me, got me out the door in 10 minutes. Price was same as USPS, took sooo much less time. Excellent service through and through.

I strongly suggest everybody to avoid FedEx. They have stopped money-back guarantee on the express services, and they do not let you know before using the service. I paid 172 dollar for a package to be shipped and delivered in time. It didnt, and they have have neglected my complain almost on all platforms (FedEx claim page, BBB and others). I even went through BBB to get a refund. It went no where. If you check the reviews and ratings on BBB (FedEx corporation), you will realize it yourself.

I had a return shippment. Amy greeted me right away. I asked for a cart due to large package, Amy got a cart and assisted me to unload package from truck. Amy got my receipt and discount cards and the process was less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure GREAT SERVICE AMY!!

Spoke with the store manager about the swiping VS chip reader on shipping out. Then discussed the price difference between FedEx and UPS being $23.71 difference. She was very apologetic and will speak with that team member. Well see. Normally its always a good experience. But yesterday just really had me riled up when I left.

We’ve tried to go here three separate times, and each time we went was a horrible experience. As soon as we walked in you could tell no one wanted to actually help you with your simple printing needs. They direct you to the self help machines, but you have no idea what to do there and they expect you to know. Victor was super unhelpful twice. It felt as if you were a problem for him and he was really confused. Never going back. Go to the Office Depot! They were so helpful and nice and the simple things we needed were no problem for the lady who helped us.

Worst customer service and refused to ship a product because they want you to buy their boxes. I walk in and there are 2 employees helping other customers. Normally, good customer service would have one of them acknowledge that you entered their store but neither did. Another person walks in and the same thing, its as if me and him do not exist. After waiting about 7 minutes, an employee turns to me and says What can I do for you? No, hello, sorry about the wait, nothing. I give her a box that is wrapped in heavy duty parcel paper and taped with packing tape to prevent tears to the corners. The agent states that they cannot accept the box with the parcel paper because their conveyor belts will tear it open. Thats a first! Ive sent another box from another FedEx location with the same packing paper with no issues, plus Ive never had a problem with UPS or USPS. The label was securely taped on the packing paper and I ask the agent what Im supposed to do since the label is already taped down. Sarcastically, she tells me I can cut it off and put it on the box directly. I then cut the parcel paper off to place the label directly on the box. She then tells me she cannot use the box, now that the parcel paper is off, and that Ill have to buy a box. Ridiculous! I left without shipping the product and will take it to the other FedEx location where I have never had problems. Avoid this location unless you dont care about how you are treated and you want to spend extra by their up-charging techniques.

Watch out for the price they give you. It’s an ESTIMATE, and most likely will go only up. When asked why it went up, they just say it’s a “normal practice”. It’s normal practice for FEDEX, not most other shipping companies in the US. I went out of my way to measure a relatively small package, rounded it up to the next highest pound (according to FedEx guide) and checked it in at this location. However, when the bill came in, it was more than original price...

If you are looking to print something here, dont do it. It took over 2 months to get what we were printing. We paid everything up front because that is what we had to do and never saw a product for way too long. Constant miscommunications and mistakes throughout the whole process. Their customer service was honestly terrible and we will never use again. The reason they are getting one star is because they did refund us a tiny amount on our order, but it shouldve been more.

Every time I go to this location, the employees are always acting flustered. There is never enough people to take care of you. They they cant keep up with the customers coming in...EVER. I hate going to this location! I have never seen such an unorganized Fedex location. I come about once a week. - The Lewisville, TX location is much better at taking care of your needs, they are quick and they always help you no matter what. Plus! They actually greet you when you walk in.

We had a memorial service planned for my aunt on a Saturday morning at 11am.On Saturday morning I went to the FedEx Office in Denton on I-35 in a panic about 8:30 am.We needed 50 remembrance cards printed for the service.Not only did Kendra get them printed for me in record time (calling me at 9.15 to say they were ready to pick up), she repositioned the photos and cleaned up the format for me and they were perfect.She was very nice and very helpful. I had never met her before and do not know her, but she really got me out of a bind and made my aunts memorial just that much more wonderful for everyone.Thanks, Kendra !

The associates were extremely friendly and helpful! I needed graduation photos printed and after I explained how CVS messed my prints up, the gentleman at the counter made sure that the same mistake wouldnt happen. He printed samples out to make sure I was satisfied before continuing with the print. It was overall wonderful service.

Tried to have a piece of artwork made into a print and every aspect of the color was butchered. The team was INCREDIBLY unhelpful in trying to adjust the color to make it even remotely presentable.Will not return nor reccomend.

Package delivery was scheduled, I signed up for text and desktop alerts, I got on to see if it was close, said delivery failed one minute ago, ran out to catch him, he wasnt even on the block and my neighbors never saw anyone. Never got a text alert or any alert. Theyre driving it 50 miles away to bring it back tomorrow instead of letting me pick it up at my local FedEx. Incredibly stupid system that doesnt even work.

The woman we dealt with was amazing. We shipped 2 packages one with a signature to MA and one without to FL. The one to FL made it and the one to MA was signed by someone other than who was listed on the box. No one knows who this person is and this person did not bring the box to my daughter. Thhis is why I paid extra for the signature....i really thought they would ID. Now my daughter does not have Christmas from her parents. Now the woman and guy I with atthis location were AMAZING BUT the person who delivered the irreplaceable package SHOULD HAVE MATCHED THE ID TO THE NAMES ON THE BOX!! I have to call the 800 number tomorrow and pray Fed Ex does the right thing and refund my box so I can at least send that money to our daughter. I promise next year I will not send any packages!!

RIDICULOUS1 star for this location because 0 is not a possibility. The manager in this place is ridiculous. I arrived there when there was no one else. Someone was helping me printing 2 sheets of paper I needed to ship. People started coming in and suddenly he instructed the person helping me to drop what he was doing. I had to wait there for everybody to be helped and when I brought this to his attention he had only one thing to say: youll have to wait some more. Ver rude James, very rude.

Never go in here if youre in a hurry. They are extremely slow, the manager especially. Oftentimes, the prints that I order online are pixelated or have printing errors like white lines. Every time this has happened, they blame it on the file that I uploaded. Yet, every time I ask them to reprint it, it always turns out fine. Its pure laziness. I go to FedEx to get quality prints, but I might as well just start printing my important documents at home.

Shipping out of country? DONT USE FedEx!My wife used FedEx to ship her mothers phone back to her who lives in the Ivory Coast. My wife went in person to their office to get assistance with shipping the phone back. Was told there would be no issues sending it. That was Sep 9th 2018, said it would arrive by the 17th... so it said. On Sep 11th it arrives in France and never leaves. Never get calls telling me why so I start calling myself and I am redirected to their International Trace department, very helpful people (this comment is sarcasm). I am then informed that my package is stopped by security in France and they want proof of the phones purchase. I give them all the info they ask for by email using their instructions givin and they inform me that they have it all and will send it to security so they can have the package moved along... once again this was a lie. The package never moves. I never get informed of reasons why and I make 7 more phone calls and get the exact same answer every time. Each time I call I get the package has been stopped by security, they want additional info I say I already sent you guys the info and the last person I talked to said they have it and sent it in, lol and every time they respond yes I see the email you sent in, I will get it to security in France and have the package moved, we will notify you when it is done and once again, lies. Never get a call for nothing. It is now November 16th of 2018, over two months later and have called and got the same issue about 8 times and recorded every call. I finally told the people that I wanted the package just returned and refunded the money for the shipping and Ill just use someone else. Im then informed that they can send it back but they will have to charge me another shipping fee to bring it home!!! I told them, because they cant do their job and get it to where it needs to be, the phone is either going to just sit in France or I have to pay again to have it sent home? I was done at this point, I told them I wanted the contact info for their legal representative for Texas or someone who can get me the info. They transferred me to their manager and she talked with me and asked about what was goin on with the package. She then asked for me to send her the info I had emailed in... Magically, I have now been notified today the package is now being moved through and will arrive where it was sent to around Nov 20th... Dont use FedEx for out of country shipping, Ever!!!

Though other staff members did seem very helpful, the two people that I dealt with at this location today were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I saw the younger women roll her eyes at multiple customers. She and another man working had negative attitudes and were shockingly unprofessional when talking to customers. I make an effort to approach people with patience and understanding but the complete lack of customer service that I witnessed from these two employees today was simply unacceptable.

I just received the most outstanding customer service at FedEx Denton. Yesterday, Macie helped me with some formatting of a Trifold brochure for my business, gave me a survey for 20% off my order, that I used today when I returned to place the order. James helped me today with fantastic customer service and even gave me tips to make my next printing efforts easier. Highly recommend this location!

Went there for fedex net day delivery with return label. employee has no idea how to do it. the dude kept on going to manager to ask him and manager rather than assisting the problem in person he was just giving the instruction to other dude. one other lady employee which was really helpfull told me to create an account with fede and print labels. but fedex system is eff up. i ended up going to UPS where i didnt had to create account or label by myself the employee did all the work and 5 min later i was out!!!

If you want to mail a package I would go anywhere but here. Employees have been known to cop knock on my door and ding dong ditch Style run. Ive received a broken package this week as well. Maybe they just cant do their jobs due to the holidays but I definitely wont be coming to this FedEx.

They created a wrong label for Fedex Ground service I used for sending a letter to Canada and then sent a bill amount of 100 CAD Dollars to the recipient simply because the idiot behind the stores counter created a wrong label for my package !! I had to open a case and wait for one week to get an answer Never use their service again !! So frustrating!
