Lupita had been very patient while I was on the phone trying to make sure all necessary information was included on my documents. I thank her for providing me with the different shipping options and ensuring I had the correct address before signing. Great experience all around.

Most of the people who work there are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. For the most part my husband and I had very positive experiences at this location.I, however, stopped using it last year after the manager kept commenting on my mail. How often I get packages and who they are from is really none of her business. And announcing it to the room with a laugh is unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. If this had only happened a few times I could have ignored it. But everytime I came in? Thats just excessive.

We have been customers of this store for many years. We have a box and visit at least once a week. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They help us with anything we need and do it all with a smile. They have become like family over the years. Highly recommend them!

Super high shipping cost. 20 $ to ship something a two hour drive away. The product was in an envelope sized paper flat envelope, and weight of less than 3 ounces! I said no rush, no insurance, just want to Mail the envelope. What a ripoff. Plus the same girl messed up my Amazon return, it cost me 150$!!!! The lady each time on purpose makes the order as complicated as possible. She acts like Im dumb sometimes, I dont work a mailing facility. Im slightly fed up with this one. I hate to be rude to choose him over her but she is stupid, or either vindictive I think.

Most times when I need something faxed or scanned I come to this location. The employees are very welcoming and have excellent customer service skills. Steve, specifically, was very persistent with helping me in scanning a time sensitive document. I appreciated his effort in getting the .pdf to be as straight as possible. Keep up the great work!

The staff at this UPS Store are AWESOME and well deserving of a very high rating! I have only been here a few times but the staff is always courteous, friendly, and quick to help me. Recently, I came it right at 7:00pm when they were closing (which was totally my fault) with an important package I needed to get shipped. Even though they were not remotely obligated to serve me, they helped me out without question and were really nice about the whole thing and super down to earth -- I cant tell you how much I appreciate a simple kind gesture like that! Unfortunately all too rare these days which is a shame, but not here-- these people were super cool. Heck, honestly, I was the one freaking out (out of sheer embarrassment hahah 😂). Nevertheless, the guy working went above and beyond even offering to pack my stuff for me which was totally unnecessary - but much appreciated! This is good service people, the type of service that makes me wanna pay it forward because I didnt deserve it. Simple but important. Be like the guys/gals at this UPS Store and the world will be a better place.

Manager Christine was tactless as she procrastinated to help with a escalation. Very vague and ignorant to company procedures as if she was in a rush to dismiss me as a customer. Store should reconsider new management and or require monthly customer service etiquette courses.

Not good service at all... I went in trying to ship stuff under a different account and she was telling me that they couldn’t bill them for packaging which is not what I had heard at another store! The UPS on the loop offered to package it for me but said it would be very expensive so they even told me the box sizes i would need and were super nice about it. This lady HERE told me that I’d have to do it myself in a VERY condescending voice and when I questioned her because I had been given very conflicting information at this point, she called her manager and made a huge show of how wrong I was and being very loud like “that’s what I told him but he said this” and it was just very unprofessional. I would highly recommend you go to a different UPS so you can at least have a nice person help you instead of tell you how wrong you are.

Parking is limited. Try parking at the end of the building, near the pizza place and then walk to the store. They also need more staff. I guess Amazon returns is taxing their resources.

A belated review as I was helped here in March 2020. There was a young woman who was not very friendly or helpful. I was having phone trouble and couldnt access the return label from Amazon which would enable me to return an item at any UPS store. This girl gave me nothin! Usually here in North Texas people are helpful and we get to expect that. Turns out my phone data had flipped itself to off,something anyone could have reminded me of. Not this girl. Ok, well, maybe she is not that technically proficient, and I was just discombobulated due to the new quarantine stuff, having to wear a mask, etc. Either way, I then asked to use the computer to access my Amazon account and that would give me the return info. She said I had to pay for an hour of usage...I was taken aback. You cant just let me use it for 3 minutes just to get the info? With a slack face this babe just says, no. No explanation, no niceties. And honestly, no respect. She is a young kid, barely out of her teens, and Im a senior citizens. I was actually speechless. Then to the rescue came an adult man, more mature, with a slight accent. He was in the back but came up as we were talking. She can use the computer, he said quietly. Within 2 minutes, they had the info they needed and I was on my way. I wish I had names now, given the feedback I see here which has been worse since my incident, and which seem often to involve a dark-haired woman. This young woman has long dark hair. The owners of this facility need to beware. She will ruin your business if she doesnt learn some basic courtesy. Perhaps she is the owners daughter, which might partially explain her spoiled, nasty attitude, that and maybe mental illness.....

They lost a piece of mail that was handed to their employee for a mailbox in the store. Called and spoke with the owner and he told me they cannot do that and then called me a liar when I told him that his employees have allowed me to do this for the last 7 months. He didnt even try to help me at all.

I went in yesterday to ship a return and wasnt expecting to have such a good experience. I typically dont write reviews, but the woman that helped me provided the best customer service I think Ive ever had! She was super friendly and made my otherwise boring errand fun and easy. This is my go-to shipping place now. I cant remember her name, but based on other reviews Im guessing it was Christina! Shes the best.

The guy who works at the front with the dark hair had an attitude with me the moment I walked in the door. I was just there and before I was even able to approach the counter the guy very sarcastically says “That’s a FedEx label.” and proceeds to argue with me. I walked out and was very dissatisfied with my experience here. I’m a regular customer at this location because it’s close to my apartment, but after today I won’t be returning. If you don’t know how to greet customers then you shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry.

According to the phone call I received at 9:59, everything has been attended to and there are no questions left unanswered.Apart from the several times I had to call to get a hold of someone, my experience has been completely turned around.Thank You Christina for addressing my concerns (Hopefully I didnt spell your name wrong.)After attempting to get in touch with both of the UPS stores this morning (a total of 13x between 9:24 and 9:34) I finally got a hold of someone in the UPS store (on 111 E. University, Denton, TX 76209) and the person who answered was in no way ready to deliver customer service.I explained my situation to her and she responded (with a snide tone) informing me that she would be in at noon.Now, this employee didnt even know who I was referring to. She simply didnt want to be bothered with a customer who was looking for service. I was calling her to inform her of an email that I had sent for a product that I was unable to process last week because of some sort of server issue. She never once asked what the product was. Never did she even attempt to confirm that they had received the email in question.Just, all the way around, Christina provided absolutely poor customer service. Just horrible. Definitely not the customer service that I expected to receive this morning.

Unprofessional and zero service. I had to make my own copies after the staff failed to operate the machine and a few pieces of my papers were crumpled in the machine. The binding service was too pricey. And the staff failed to put the binding back for my original copy. I ended going to Pack-n-mail to get it done. I realized it would cost me less than $20 to make copies of this manual, and I paid $40 to this UPS with terrible service. I called the store for feedback, the staff sarcastically asked me which store I went, and said oh thats very nice, I would tell my customers next time to go there for free service. Anyway, dont hope for any service if you are going there. One of the staffs name is Rachel, and the another one I forgot whats her name. She claimed herself as the manager of the store. My suggestion is not to go to this store, please try Pack-n-mail a few stores next to Kroger nearby. You will thank me!

I went here to do my amazon returns and it was so easy and simple! But one thing that made my experience so pleasant was the girl who was at the front desk who helped me package and ship my stuff, I think she said her name was Braechan (sorry if my spelling is incorrect!) Dropped off a single key to overnight to Houston, three days later and $500 in parking garage fees and towing and still no delivery! They lost the overnight package! Never trust ups to deliver your package.November 9, 2014 update - they found the package with nothing inside of the package which means that this UPS store did not put my Key into the package before they shipped, who has the key to my car? Oh, and I still have not been reimbursed for this transaction which means that you still pay for overnight shipping of an item that they lose!

I tried to send a fax. The document was double sided and had multiple pages. The young lady took it apart to make single side copies. She said she tried to send it but the line was busy. The gentleman that was working with her said Oh yeah it’s been like that for a couple of weeks now. Seriously if you knew there was something wrong why even try. Plus they charged me 1.90 for the pages. The real kicker is when the young lady gave me back my document the originals were all intermingled with the copies. She handed me the stack back and gave me two paper clips. The thing took me 15 min to put back together right again. Worst service ever. Just hand the stuff back to the customer the way they handed it to you. Plus put a little bit of pride into your job. Just saying

Rude. Incompetent. You better know how to do their job so you can explain to them. Had cash thrown at me across the counter as a refund when all I wanted was for them to fix the error. Unbelievable.Here are the details: I went in to have a document notarized to be sent to the TX Secretary of State for apostille. I spent time, money, and fuel to drive to the store to have the copy made and then notarized. After waiting over a week after paying for certified mail to have the document sent there with a self addressed stamped envelope which I also payed for, I get the document back saying it had not been properly notarized. I took the document back to the notary, Raul Flores, who is also the owner, at this location and asked them to fix the problem by properly notarizing the document. I was told by both he and his employee (his daughter maybe?) that it was my job to tell them how to notarize it properly. We went back and forth a couple of minutes with them telling me again and again I have to tell them how to notarize something and it was during this time Raul took a one and a five out of the register and angrily threw it at me to refund my money. Forget all the time and fuel I spent driving back and forth between them and the post office and paying for certified mail to Austin etc. etc. He then proceeded to call the police because I was harassing them. He told the police on the phone I was refusing to leave although I had not been asked, and when I heard that I said, Oh, you want me to leave? You could have asked. From there I called the UPS Store corporate office and logged a complaint. After calling the Secretary of State to ask them how the document needed to be notarized, I was informed by SoS personnel the notary is supposed to have known how to do it properly. The SoS staff said the notary did not know what they were doing. Maybe after they read this review hell do some research to find out how to do his job so that his customers wont waste their time and money in the future. I will never go back, and will advise everyone I know to stay far away from that place.

Do not go here! The owner/manager is so rude. He even charges $15 for tape to get a 1 inch piece to tape up package. I sent my school books off here and they got lost. Most unprofessional place i have seen.

UPS is terrible. I will literally never go there again. They told me $30 for a package and when I actually brought it in tried to tack on a $100 fee. They also charge $3 to print one page and FedEx charges $.60. FexEx shipped my package out for $25. Never going here again, FedEx forever
