Wouldnt give a single star! Got here early, literally no other drivers here. Had available doors, sat parked for 2 hrs. All pickups are by appointment only, be sure to verify with broker. Secondly, after getting a door, they dont load in a timely manner. Already at my 2hr mark, detention time has started.... would not recommend this load unless it was dire need. Another on my do not haul list.

Dont want to say I hated my visit here but to wait 4.5hrs and have trucks loaded who came in 1 to 2 hrs after me is a bit ridiculous. Once in the dock had me loaded in 15 mins.

I got loaded in 2 hours. Not too bad.

Pathetic wait time to load. 2 hours past appointment hadnt even started loading my driver. Made him late to the delivery at a grocery DC and had to reschedule and lost a good paying reload because of these guys. Dont haul freight from here.

6 hour waiting for be loading and havent touch my trailer.

Arrived an hour & half early for a 1pm load. Was told my load wasn’t ready. Didn’t start till 2:50. Finished at 3:15. Didn’t get paperwork till after 3:30. Friendly staff. But something wrong with getting things done in timely manner. Hope I do not come here again.

Bunch of lazy asholes came in at 7 am and still here it is 11:45

Over 2 hours early, checked me in, after 30 minutes or so, started loading me. Total time about 1 1/2 hours.

In and out the way it should be.
