The manager, Joshua, is FANTASTIC. He took his time making sure all questions were answered and he gave EXCELLENT customer service. There was a huge variety of glasses to choose from & really great sunglasses. He helped my fiancé find & adjust his future glasses perfectly & he was very patient and kind to us. I highly recommend visiting this vision center and being helped by Joshua! We will only be coming here for our glasses and contacts from now on because of the amazing service we received. :)
I went in to get my glasses fixed and not only were they able to help me but they were super nice and friendly. The manager, Joshua, and the lady working there were super courteous to me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my glasses fixed with new frames. Couldnt be more pleased with my visit! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone👍

I would think after covid it would be better but no. Still 1st come 1st serve but not even a place where you can make an appointment for what your needing. So Im not standing here for a long period of time. Needs more staff as well. To be able to help others too.

They wanted to spray down the glasses with toxic spray before putting them on my young child’s face right after doing so.
I took my eye glass prescription to this particular Wal-Mart Vision Center,and the staff working that day did a wonderful job in assisting me. This was my first pair of glasses, and I was appreciative of the time and assistance I received.
Never in my life have I seen such a poorly ran place I was willing to overlook the fact that they have no sense of urgency and poor customer service and make you wait over a freaking hour to get any type of service or response from the staff. I understand first come first serve but when the person you are attending is having payment issues,cant pay,or is still picking out lens and etc. I feel there is an exception to that rule when others have all they need already picked out and there money to pay it would of taken less time to attend a actually paying customer then to be walking around doing absolutely nothing while you wait for those unprepared customers. But the last straw for me was when the lady who called and told me on 04/06/17 that my glasses were there in store and ready to be picked up she was completely unprofessional and just arrogant she told my husband you glasses are here so yeah if you want them they are here and she did it with such a tone and attitude it inferated my husband and I to the core who the hell wouldnt want there glasses that they paid for and then after saying that she just hangs up. If I had a name of exactly who called I would name drop right now but since I dont I pray the company sees this post and investigates because thats bullshit and needs to be addressed before they lose more business than just my husband and mine!
This place is literally garbage. I waited around for 3 hours waiting for my prescription to be transferred from another Walmart vision center. Not only did they make me be the middle man between the two, after faxing it did not work they emailed it to me and then expected me to pay to print it out in the photo department. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere
