Concerned with using my credit card and the manager insisting on making a copy of my drivers license before the sale. He said he was doing what his boss told him to. I complied because I needed a sim card badly to get phone service. I called customer service, it is not policy to make a copy of license. He could have made a copy of my credit card as well. Was advised to call local law enforcement. I did. Cash from now on. Maybe another phone service, also.

The employees who helped me were so kind and professional and we had a great conversation. I was shown the phone model, phone cases, and told me about/recommend the insurance plan for my new phone. They were honest and not pushy, but I did previous research and already knew what I wanted before I came into the store. They were training a new employee, but I was not in a hurry and the transaction went very smoothly. I ended up getting a great deal on a new phone that I wanted. They were all wearing masks when I came in and they were cleaning the store and everything customers touched every 15 minutes. Great customer service. I will be going back to the store at this location.
