I am so happy I stopped into Signarama after having a bad experience at Fast Signs Denton down the street. They were super patient with me and knowledgeable. Landon (Graphic Designer) even took the time to show me two cool tips on applying the printed vinyls that I ordered. Zach (Sales Marketer) took the time to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I do understand that things occasionally will fall between the cracks and because of this and his thorough follow up and disposition, Im changing my rating from 1 to 3 starsOn 8/20/21, I took off work and went to their store to get an estimate for racing stripes for my Mustang, as they told me (the day before) no appmt was needed. When I got there, I was attended by Landon S. (who was extremely professional and polite). He advised me that their salesperson, Joshua Swoyer, was out on a job and I could not obtain an estimate at that time. Landon took all my information - we even took the vinyl samples outside to look at them against my car. Decided on what I wanted and Landon recommended that I email Joshua the pictures of what I wanted done so that he can email me an estimate later on. I emailed Joshua before I left the store, I identified myself and advised him that I was following Landons instructions. I did not receive a response. On Tuesday 8/24/21, I followed up with another email, and again, never heard from him. I cannot understand the reviews that state they have the best customer service because I did not experience that - at all. Its a shame. My son also bought a muscle car (challenger) a few days after mine and our neighbor did as well. All those are lost business now because I cannot recommend Signarama to anyone I know.

Brought a small piece of neon in to get made during 2020 covid Bs. They said they could have it remade no problem, I said great its for an elderly man who won this sign when he was younger and I was trying to fix it for him for his bday. Well didnt hear anything for months called and they said they would call me back never did. I went in there and asked about it they still had the piece in a drawer behind the counter, they said very sorry we will send it off right away....... Well here we are 8-4-21 will not even call me back, nice, real nice.

I shopped around for a good sign copy that wasnt going to break the bank since this is a new business, and I am on a budget. Kyle the owner at Signarama was not only creative with his design, quick to respond, very professional, he was understanding of my situation and guided me in the right direction. He clearly cares about his clients and wants them to succeed. I was very happy with the design and the fees that it was a no brainer that I was going to use Signarama for my business. About a week after I decided to move forward I emailed to check in to see how far out I was on my sign being done (I figured a few more weeks but was very anxious to get it up) and that afternoon the sign went up! I usually dont do reviews but Kyle and his company go above and beyond! They clearly work well with the city to get quick permitting as well. I hope they put one of these in every major city.
