Impress Graphics funnily enough did NOT impress me. The charming girl that helped me couldnt answer any of my questions and the guy she kept going back to for answers (the owner, maybe?) never came out to greet me. It was very cold and sterile, I could tell they didnt care about small-job clients. Ill give them two stars, however, because of decent prices.

Though I have never utilized the services of Impress Graphics, I must commend them for excellent customer service skills. On last Friday, I contacted Scott in a bit of a panic because I was having issues formatting a Photoshop document that I needed that afternoon. Scott was unable to help me, however, he responded quickly and professionally to let me know that. After driving all over town in search of help, I made a last ditch effort to drop by Impress Graphics to see if anyone else in the office could assist me. That is where I met an angel by the name of Jessica. When I entered the office, Jessica had her purse in hand and was heading out to lunch, however, when I explained by dilemma, Jessica dropped her purse and worked for well over 30 minutes to assist me and then refused to create an invoice for the time spent. There was another gentleman in the office whose name I did not catch that I would like to thank as well. I was babysitting my friends two year old at the time and he was getting a bit antsy with the wait. This gentleman provided him with two Hot Wheels cars to play with and then he allowed him to take them home.I just want to personally thank Jessica and the entire Impress Graphics team for helping me during an extremely stressful time and whenever I am ready to promotional items, you will be my ONLY choice for design and printing services. I contacted Impress Graphics after visiting their website. I was looking for an exterior sign for our business in Covington, Louisiana and was clueless regarding the details that surround an exterior sign. The owners and their staff were friendly and professional and guided us in choosing a design and location. We love our sign and highly recommend Impress Graphics!

The entire team at IMpress is IMpressive! They go above and beyond for the client and have a quick turnaround. Phyllis and Scott are wonderful to work with and you get a great feel for how they run their business when you walk through the door and are greeted by attentive and caring employees.

The owner is a jerk. He messed up the prints. Cut off borders and signatures and when we went to get it fixed he was incredibly rude. He even yelled at me. I will never go here again. Staples is a better option over impress.Edit: in response, you yelled at me sir. I am appalled that you are not owning up to this fact. I have my own witness to this, as there was no one in the front of your shop but my partner and I. How dare you.

They bit off more than they could chew and attempted it anyway. They ruined my paint on my vehicle and now I have to pay even more to get it fixed. Wouldnt recommend for anyone to go here!
