Do not use them at any cost! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Dropped a mirrored drawer off to have the front replaced, two weeks later I came to pick it up and not only was the mirror broken on the bottom edge, the mirror as well had a gap between the edge of the mirror and drawer side. After measurement the drawer was found to be true and square, the mirror itself was cut at an angle thus leaving a 1/4” gap. Julie at Binswanger told me “that’s not a crack it’s just dirt under the edge of the mirror AND we are not a precision glass company, we have a 1/16” variance in anything we do”. They simply should have not told me they could do the job if it was going to come out looking like a child did it. I prompted them to simply remove the glass they had installed and give my drawer back. They damaged my drawer in the glass removal as well, see image. Highly disappointed in both the quality of work and the professionalism of the individuals working at the store. If you can’t do the job correctly, simply tell me before I wait 2 weeks to be presented with ugly when I come to pick it up.

Sierra helped me at the front desk and she was polite and efficient. I quickly got a quote and received a call to come pick up my finished product less than 24 hours later. They even added a replacement glass plate free of charge. highly recommend!

Used for a Residential Repair- Window was BrokenOther companies I called told me it wasnt worth it for (1) Window, or wouldnt even call me back (Denton Glass). Binswanger was very professional and nice, and they immediately got me on the schedule for a free quote and someone came out by the following Wednesday. The material took a few days to order and the service guy came out the following Monday and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!

Unwilling to send quote with window measurements until I disclosed I might still use them and come to find out from another company they mismeasured on purpose to upcharge for custom glass install charges!

Ordered a single pane of glass to replace a window. They got the order ready on time and were nice every time I spoke with them. Only issue is that the glass they gave me was not square and was off by an 1/8th inch on one side so it wouldnt fit in the window frame. Im no glass business expert but Id guess measuring and cutting straight lines is a pretty big part of it.

What a GREAT experience! They installed a beautiful shower surround for us a few years ago. They were prompt, helpful and professional.This week (4 years later) we asked them to come out and adjust the shower door because a different contractor had messed it up. Binswanger did this and didn’t charge us anything! We’ll definitely use them again for future projects.

Not even worth of 1 star, as they do not deserve it. We have been dealing with this company for almost 1.5 month just to get one window replaced and they have came out two different times to put the new window in, and could not because the measurements were wrong. I am not talking 1 folks, I am talking 14! How can you be off 14 when your job is to read a tape measure! Do not use this company!

Dropped off a mirror to be cut on Monday at 9am. Was told I could pickup that afternoon. I called at 430 asking about it and was told it would be done in the morning. Called Tuesday around noon and was told it would be done by the end of the day. Got a call at 445 asking what size I wanted it cut too. Lol really I gave you guys the measurements already. Call Wednesday morning and was told it wasnt done yet and stop calling. Finally 1pm Wednesday it was ready. The attitude MICHELLE displayed made it a 1 star. I understand you get backed up and I know it was a small 1 cut job but the attitude was uncalled for. And not even a thank you or we apologize for it taking so long.-Jordan

An air of indifference in dealings, not concerned with timely order fulfillment, somewhat disorganized. May be pricey though in fairness not a lot to compare to.

Great customer service!

I used them years ago without incident but this transaction did not go well at all. I brought them a small pickup needing a windshield and passenger door glass. I opted to have the windshield and both door glasses replaced. After the first rain storm following the installation, I found standing water on the driver side floorboard. I called them believing that the windshield was leaking and was given an appointment several days away to bring it in for testing. The installer checked many avenues for water entry including flooding the windshield and doors and apparently looking for a telltale dirt trail. During his test we both observed water dripping from under the dash on the drivers side. However, because his garden hose was laying on the hood and not spraying the windshield he believed that I had a structural failure somewhere in the fender or firewall.I left. Some time later I had opportunity to test myself. I removed the interior trim piece from the driver side window column and slowly began running water down the outside of the driver side windshield. After a time I observed water pooling inside the windshield at the bottom of the column.I called Binswanger to let them know that the windshield was indeed leaking. They scheduled another appointment later in the week for me to show the installer what I thought I had found......I called another glass installer and they agreed to install a new windshield the following day.During the installation by the other company I observed a dirt trail down the inside of the drivers column all the way to the dash.The other company installer stressed the importance of forming a good bead to establish a good seal. He had a pretty tough time cleaning up the Binswanger seal job as it was thin in places but incredibly thick and sloppy in other areas. I also had to buy a new rear view mirror as the Binswanger installer had glued the mirror and puck to the windshield as a whole unit.The following day I retested for leaks and found none whatsoever.I later went by Binswanger to let them know that I would not need the appointment as I had the windshield replaced by another company and they thanked me for stopping by, took my name off of the schedule board and bid me farewell.

Always does a great job

Said car would be done at 12 and wasnt done until 7pm when we dropped it off at 8 am, they scratched the paint up on the hood and trunk of my Infiniti, they scratched up the back seats pretty bad too along with scratches on my dashboard... they vacuumed close to none of the glass in my car. And worst of all they disconnected my rear windshield defroster and left wires hanging in the cabin of my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Go elsewhere if you dont want to leave with your car in worse condition than you brought it in.EDIT: Brought my car back in and they reconnected my defroster but couldnt do anything about the scratches but were friendly and apologized for the inconvenience, I then got in my car the next morning and my defroster wasnt working and they just stuffed up the wires and closed the panels. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL

I ordered 6 double paned glass windows from them. I received 5 of them and they needed another measurement for the 6th so it came later(didnt find out it was going to come in late till I showed up to pick the first 5 up) I payed the full amount over the phone when I placed my order. When I went to pick the 6th one up they told me that it would be $199. I told them I had already payed for everything and they told me I hadnt and showed me a copy of the receipt without my last window on it. Said they cant mess with anything in the computer and its the exact copy I received when I picked up my first 5. They told me that since the last one needed more measurements they separated it from the rest of the order so that they could be made ahead of the last one. Then they tell me that they emailed me to let me know they did this. I argued remembering I had payed and they ended the conversation with well its a $200 piece of glass we cant just give it to you. I left to find my receipt from the first pickup and It showed i had already payed for everything in full. Everything they had just said to my face about separating my order and assuring me that I hadnt payed for the last window was a lie. My order hadnt been separated and I had already payed in full. If I hadnt found my receipt I would have payed for the same piece of glass twice. When I showed them my receipt there was no apology for the computers messing up or that they where going to make me pay for something twice. I received my glass and everything was exactly how I wanted it so if you need glass you can get it from there but dont expect great service.

Customer service was terrible took a month to get a screen made and i had to go ask about three times and they promised to have it ready when i returned it was never ready always had excuses lost it just found it and when i got it it was not even the way i told them to do it ! We were just talking about a S40.00 screen i would hate to see how they do big jobs unless it m is only the single orders that they dont care about.
