Five stars to Dylan Martin and Joey Ellis at this location for getting my wifes Mercedes back to her four days early! The whole process with this Gerber shop was smooth and effortless for us. We have a custom color that Mercedes does not use a lot and the color match is spot-on. The finish work is flawless. Bet you couldnt tell it was repaired; looks factory fresh! If you need body/paint work done, this shop should be your choice.

They have suc w wonderful costumer service. The lady in the front desk is very sweet and nice and the technicians friendly. They are very well organized (unlike Caliber Collision) and they call you every Tuesday and Thursday to give you updates on your car. I highly recommend Gerber Collision

I had an idea for my car to change the caps on my wheels. There was a blue M in the center for the brand. Being that my car is black and my accent color is purple, I wanted it gone. I told Sean my idea and he was happy oblige and make the caps black. Next, I wanted to paint the calipers purple, just for the peek of color. Sean and Dylan worked together to givee the Mardi Gras purple, since Im originally from La. I was floored! Meredith and Lindsey run the office with precision on support and timelines. After the idea of the calipers, I wanted to chrome delete. They dont offer a vinyl service, but I found someone who did. Once that was completed, they blacked out my emblem and that was the piece that made all of the chrome delete come together! These guys go above and beyond and when you allow their creativity to flow, you are not disappointed!

Had to get a few pieces painted on my car as well as an install and they got me in and out very fast. The paint work was better than I could’ve imagined and the install was perfect. Definitely recommend pro care to anyone with car needs/ problems!

None of the staff wear masks, very unprofessional. I walked in today and decided not to do business with you due to this reason. If they aren’t willing to wear masks at the front house I highly doubt they sanitize vehicles before returning them to the customer. These people are spraying their nasty germs all over your interior don’t do business with these people.The owner claims any bad review is “fake” I never reviewed an estimate because I decided not to do business with you whatsoever. I’m not a fake a person!

ProCare went above and beyond to diagnose issues with my car after work had been performed on it. They were very professional and persevered to find what was wrong. I would recommend them and will use them again.

My neighbor had dinged up my car in parking lot and long story short I ended up getting an estimated check from the insurance company that was way less than what it actually cost to fix. This location had communicated with the insurance for me to get a better estimate and had my car fix in less time than expected. They also informed me of every update they got from the insurance and the repair. I highly recommend coming here for any car repairs

I took my vehicle into Pro Care Collision repair with a dent in the hood. They provided a good estimate, and they did great work. It was returned on time and the car was clean. They called me while it was there and provided status updates on when the car would be completed. I recommend them.

I took my Lexus IS350 to ProCare collision recently to have my rear bumper repaired (got rear ended). Turned out to just be light body work and a new paint job on the bumper, but their professionalism and promptness is something to write home about. These guys have set the bar for customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me information on when to bring my car in for the best chance at an expedited return. And they delivered. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.

Great Service! They came in well below what I was offered for a settlement. They had a very clean waiting area, my kids pet the shop cat as we watched TV Land and drank RC Cola, JD was super nice and helpful and my car never looked cleaner after they got done with the repairs and complimentary car wash and cleaning. Hope I am never in a wreck again but nice to know these guys are just down the road if I need repairs again. Thank you!!!!

Over the holidays my son was in an accident that left his truck in quite a mess so we took it to Pro Care and they not only did a fantastic job making it look like new, they helped us through the insurance process, kept us up to date on every step and answered and questions we had big or small. I couldnt be happier with Pro Care. Everyone took great care of me customer service wise. I took my car in and 2 weeks later was able to drive it away looking BRAND NEW. J.D called me often to keep me updated and handled everything very professionally. I even got home with my car to discover that they put my plates on my car for me (they had been sitting in the window).Hopefully Ill never get hit again, but if I do Ill definitely be bringing my car back.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I brought my car in to have hail damage repaired. I was initially quoted that the car would be ready in roughly 2 - 3 weeks. I’ll give a little slack due to the amount of hail damage my car needed fixed, but 3 months to fix body damage is absolutely ridiculous.Not only did the work take forever, but the cost to fix it ended up adding 50% more to the amount than was originally quoted. Final price was in the 12k area when 7-8k was originally quoted to us. Luckily my insurance covered it, because I would have either asked for my money back, or I’d be in the middle of a civil suit otherwise.On top of this, when I picked up my car, the interior was filthy. You could tell they tried to clean it, however, I knew they used an old rag not only because of the filth, but because I found the oily, greasy rag stuffed in between one of my seats. Not to mention half of the interior plastic was busted or not connected.Absolutely worst choice to go to to have your car worked on. Avoid at all costs, because you’ll save so much time and money if you do.EDIT: I am a very real customer, however, I choose to not put my real identity on the internet...

If I could give a lower rating I would. If you have the option not to bring your car here then PLEASE DONT. Unless you want your car to sit in a lot for MONTHS and be returned to you NOT COMPLETED, then spare yourself the time and take it anywhere else. These people say they care and understand but thats just the obligation of customer service. The actual service they offer is terrible, and Im certain half of the people here dont know what theyre doing. Screw this place!

Pro Care Collision replaced a rear bumper that was damaged by a car transportation service. They worked hard to overcome some issues not of their making and did a great job. Customer service was also terrific and the price was very reasonable.

My truck was broken into recently. Terry and JD at ProCare Corinth handled everything. Theyre friendly, professional, and have a lifetime guarantee on their work. My truck looks better than it did before the break in.

When my car was brought in to get worked on there was never a doubt in my mind that the goid people at this company wouldnt give there best work. They would call me to just let me know how things were progressing and what i needed to do and know. They were very professional and dealt with the insurance company without any issues.
