Working with Heath @ Color Customs Collision was a very nice experience. He went above and beyond and purchased a set of hub caps since the insurance company which is not my insurance only paid for one hub cap.They did everything they promised to do. They took excellent care of me and my car while the Insurance Company did not.

I took my car in around February for some rear end work. I paid in cash and was happy with my results. Fast forward to this May I noticed that there was condensation build up in the tail lights during the morning. I called and the front desk lady was very nice and explained that there was a lifetime warranty on their work and that I could bring it in the following week to have it looked at. Today when I did bring my car in I was greeted by a man in the front office who explained that they do not offer a lifetime warranty on anything other than their “workmanship”. He then explained that I had no such warranty on my car because I had them buy used parts. Their for he said I did not meet the warranty requirements. I could not get him to give me an answer on how them putting in my tail lights did not qualify as “workmanship”. If you ask me, any work done on my car by your company is “workmanship”. They would not help because they already had my money. This company does not honor their word.

A guy hit our car, and his insurance recommended this service, as they work directly with each other. They were very professional, communicated well, and did a great job on my car. I was even able to leave the rental at their site for the agency to pick up later. Easy peasy. Great job!

Most recently I had some body work done and they did everything they could to keep costs down, helped separate bids for different responsible parties, and theh were very knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt drop my car off so cant speak about the intake.Cant speak about price because insurance covered that since I was hit.What I can speak very highly about it the way my car looked when I picked it up. You couldnt even tell there was any damage done. They matched the color perfectly so cant tell work was done either. I absolutely love and cherish my car. They took very good care of it. The customer service was also good when I picked it up. No one ever wants to get repairs or body work done, but if I need it I know who to call.

I used Color Customs Collision through my Geico insurance and the shop was super professional, honest and they delivered on time. The entire process was super smooth. I dropped off my car, the rental was near, I filled out a simple information sheet and left. I received texts with updates almost daily and when my vehicle was ready, I left the rental with them and got my car back in perfect condition. This place is great! They worked well with my insurance and do great work. I got my truck back completely detailed and cleaned. That’s going the extra mile for their clients. They even text you updates as they’re fixing your vehicle. They also got it to me earlier than estimated. You don’t get that with many body shops.

Was quoted over $4,000 here for a small fender bender accident that happened. Took my car later on to get quoted somewhere else and came out to just alittle over $1,000... Company is a total scam.

I dropped my Jeep off here for some hail damage repair. They helped me set up and get my rental within minutes. They are fast and on top of the work. They communicated fast with my insurance and everything was specified so no hidden charges. They had my Jeep ready to go when I got there. I worked with Craig and he was great with calling me back and keeping me updated. I would definitely recommend coming here.

The service was ridiculously slow. Customer service is almost non- existent and Jeff was a nice guy but lacked the awareness of what true customer service is. Until I got an attitude about how the work was being done, the lack of knowledge about what I wanted, and the lack of importance about what I wanted; did Jeff begin to show some effort. Parts not ordered correctly, unfinished work & that caused my car to be delayed (a week in a 1/2) past the original finish time. Also treated me like I was in the wrong place to get work done & acted like they really didnt want my business. It was my mistake for even doing business with them. So much for #SupportSmallBusinesses. Take you business somewhere where they wont blame their ineptitude on the amount of vehicles they accept to service.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a collision repair service. Color Customs Collision was Recommended to me by my dealership.I made a call to set an appointment and I was immediately put at ease after speaking to Holly, their receptionist. I was able to get right in, no wait. Craig inspected the damage, gave me a very reasonable quote, and I had my car back a day earlier than estimated, and this was before the holiday!! It looks absolutely brand new!! You’d never know where the damage was!!I can’t recommend them enough and I will definitely go back, but hopefully not anytime soon, because they are a REPAIR service!! I had an accident. A friend recommended that I use Craig at Color Customs. They were courteous and helpful! I was not able to use their business because my car was totaled. However I knew it was a great place from the minute Hollie answered the phone!! Thank you Craig!

Shady practices, did half the job then wanted me to pay more. - Insurance had me go here to fix damage from car accident. They told me everything they could fix with my vehicle, one of which being the electrical system. I get my vehicle back to find that now only my headlights work. I take it back to tell them. They admit they missed the taillights and will get in touch with my insurance to get it fixed. My insurance calls telling me that the manager had said that if I wanted my taillights fixed that it would further have to be paid out of pocket as a new job. Find somewhere else if your insurance mentions these people.

Color customs collision they had a outstanding job keeping me informed of how the repair was going even though I know their supply chain was running exceptionally slow they helped me with the rental car and everything else along the whole way extremely professional and extremely appreciated

They did a great job repairing my Jeep. When during the Great Pandemic of 2020 they were able to keep me apprised and get it done within two weeks.

The quality of the finished job is outstanding. Todays multiple faceted paint can be very tough to match and Color Customs did a great job.

I was hit in my truck recently. Craig at Color Customs was outstanding! I was dealing with a cut rate insurance company who was giving me the run-around and kept saying they never received any of my emails or pictures of the damage to my truck. Craig got the job done. He sent the claim to them which got the ball rolling. My F-150 looks as good as new. Craig and Color Customs really came through for me.

I had an accident which left the right side of my car damaged.Took it to Color Customs for an estimate and they were the lowest bid.They had my car for three weeks and did a magnificent job in making it look like new,I would give them the highest recommendation.

Color Customs was fantastic! We were rear-ended at a car wash and had to take it to a shop for a new bumper. I went with Color Customs and am I glad I did. I dropped the car off on a Friday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. Very quick and friendly. Great place to bring your car. They kept me updated on what was happening with my Jeep and got all of the repairs done very quickly and it looks great.

The staff was very friendly. They got my car in quickly and did a great job. It would have been nice if they had saved me my deductible but fortunately my deductible is fairly low.

Craig is awesome!!! I am a grandma and live with 2 daughters and 3 grandkids. Really not able to spend much on cars, but I had scraped across a black basketball goal and it left paint on rear fender so I thought I would stop here (since I passed by everyday) and ask what i could use to get it off. Craig came out and looked and said, wait just a minute. He went inside and came back with some compound and electric buffer and took it off for me!!!! Just took a few minutes and No Charge!!! There really are good companies out there who employ great people with a giving heart! Thank you Craig!!!!

Just had my car repaired there. No complaints about the paint/bodywork, however, one of their employees stole a bluetooth transmitter out of my console. I called them soon after I discovered it missing and the person I spoke with ACTED all upset and said hed investigate and get back to me, but that was a week ago..... no word since then.So, if you use them, be sure you remove anything you care about, or it might go missing

Just got my car back today and it looks way better than when I first got it! The process only took 5 business days as I expected it to, there were no delays and I appreciated them calling me to update me on what was being done on the car.

Had to have the headliner in my daughters car pulled so they could repair hail damage. Roof work was fine, headliner was a terrible job. Frustrating for an out of town dad whos daughter is there going to school.Update:Talked with shop manager Dusty and am happy with the end result of this issue!

Always a pleasure to work with these folks. They make the whole process quite painless and the repair work is very high quality. Last few times, their turnaround times were quite a bit longer that usual, so I deducted a star.

I came here for an estimate and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and quick everyone was. Very friendly people and efficient. I believe the estimate was fair, which is something I cant say for a lot of places.

This place is awesome they do great work and trust me they will make it right if there is a snag or your not happy. They are great with communication and dealing with me boing a bit emotional over my car getting side swiped. Every person there i had contact with cared and wanted me to be happy. I will drive here from wylie tx because i now fully trust them.

Ill start by saying, I went through them for some body repairs/replacemsnt mid 2017. Though the staff was very nice, the repairs took longer then expected (which I understand happens sometimes). It became very frustrating for me as they told me different dates everytime. I was not being kept updated on the status of the repairs, and the both times I was told it wasnt going to be ready on the estimated date I was previously given, I only found that out because I called myself multiple times for the updates I was given without me asking.I will say, the second time they told me my car wasnt going to be ready on time I expressed my concerns and they provided me with a rental that they paid for.The second time I went through them, early 2018, my car was finished the day they had told me it would be ready, they provided me with multiple updates through both phones and emails all along the process, and all with the same customer service and smiles I had experienced the first time. My car looked great when I picked it up and it was clean!Apparently they made some changes to the system between the two times I went and I now give them both thumbs up! Im loving the updates.Will use them again.

I will never choose this shop to repair my car. They have multiple delays, they suppose to get it done in two weeks, but it is still in process after a month! during this process, they never update me by text or anything. i dont recommend this shop to any one.

They repaired my car quickly, professionally, and were easy to work with.

They did good work but did not finish the job. Failed to replace my chip guard on my vehicle which now has rock chips on the new paint. Be sure before you leave that the work is complete. Also they say that they will finish the job but has not followed through..
