This is by far the WORSE Starbucks to ever exist. If they are even kinda busy, you can expect your coffee to take 30 minutes, yes I said 30 minutes and that’s even if you order ahead in the app. The employees are awful and rude and they are verbal about not liking their customers orders. If you want to wait for your drink, it will at least half the time be wrong, or only half way filled up with milk. The manager is rude and doesn’t care that they are completely incompetent. I spend over $100 a week on coffee but you can guarantee that my money will be going to CC’s down the road now. This place is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend it. You’ve been warned.

The coffee I ordered was poorly made, it was basically hot milk in a cup. I ordered the same drink from other Starbucks and it was perfect. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this one.

The staff was so rude. They made my drink wrong and when I tried to explain they ignored me. I then called to talk to a manager and was told they didnt have to remake my drink even though it was totally wrong and I couldnt even drink it. I have never experienced such at a starbucks location

Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. Got out my car and walked to around… the door was locked with the lights on and no one inside. Was there one worker who left mid shift??? Ended up driving off and going to CC’s for better coffee and service.

I noticed the service here stood out vs other Starbucks. They didnt struggle with entering my usual order if Matcha green tea w/ just water, no creamer. They even asked what type of sweetener I preferred in contrast to other locations that assume to put the cane sugar. Overall, it tasted great, service was on point and I decided to take the time to share this for that little extra bit of service they went out their way for. Great job 👍

If you are closed it it on the screen dont waste 20min of the long line of cars waiting.

Stuck in line for an hour. Website says there open and sign says they are as well, but nobody is working. There is no sign saying that they are closed and cars get in line and wait which cause everyone else to be trapped in line for litterally hours.

This is my favorite coffee place of all time! I really enjoyed their Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino its off the hook!

I was having an absolutely horrible morning and the baristas honestly made it so much better. I was running late to pick up my bosses order and the baristas were so nice and complimented my outfit! I had to rush out but it meant so much!!

Horrible experience. They got our order wrong. Didn’t apologize. Made us re order and get in the back of the line. They did not make us a priority but made us feel like it was our fault. It took 30 minutes. Very rude

They are a solid four-star. Our wait time was a little too long for not really having much of a crowd but not too bad. My brownie was really good, and my daughter said she really liked her tea. The store was clean and the staff very polite and nice. I would go back in a heartbeat. Good spot.

Very friendly service. Our girl at the drive thru was above and beyond in her job. I was asleep in the backseat and she went as far to make sure that I was ok and only sleeping. I thought she was perfect for the drive thru as a friendly employee.

Everytime I go through, my order is always amazing!. And I remember once I said my order but forgot to say no whip, well the lady there always knows its me and remember I dont like whip! She got my drink with my drink with no whip!.Love how friendly they are!

Feels kinda swanky since they remodeled. Just like the coffee. Yep, swanky coffee. Still my go-to for a chill place to kill time. Service is always friendly too!

This is the only place that has any coffee to suit your taste. I love the blend of coffee they use.

The employees were nice, I should have caught some names but anytime Im at a place I forget.They were really friendly which is what I generally expect from a Starbucks.I did have to walk a ways go get to it, but Ill likely be back to this one since its relatively accessible from the truck stop across the freeway.

Always consistently good products. Getting into the holidays now and the wait was over 20 minutes for the drive thru. You guys can do better. Go next door to Chill Fil A and learn how to get those cars moving

Highly disappointed in this experience. My coffee was half full, I asked for light ice and it was loaded with ice. The service itself wasnt great either.Definitely not worth $5.

Great customer service. I sent my order to the store in Watson accidentally and the team member at the Denham Springs location was so pleasant when assisting me with fulfilling my order.

I frequent this Starbucks almost daily.Tonight I waited in line for 20 minutes. Once I got to the menu board I was told they were closed. Mind you it was 5:50 PM and they close at 6 PM.So, I drove to the window in hopes I could get a workers attention. The girl just starred at me while I was waving to her.Very disappointed in the service. Will not return.

The employees are super friendly but I keep getting my drink made wrong and when you are deathly allergic to some of the ingredients this can be not just frustrating but frightening. I can’t in good conscious continue to go to this Starbucks this is like the 10th time they’ve made my drink with something that could’ve made me severely ill.

Only giving this Starbucks for stars because of its location is hard to access in the Drive-Thru is a tight squeeze. Other than that this restaurant has the quality that you expect from Starbucks and a reasonable speed from the Baristas.

Staff is extremely nice and friendly, not near as annoying as other Starbucks Ive visited. Very down to earth and cool. Service was very quick and the coffee was delicious. Great place to meet up with friends or take someone on a date. Right off the interstate exit makes it a convenient location.

When I first went there it was good energy and the pink drink was amazing.

Starbucks stores are always good, but this location is one of my favorites. The baristas are awesome here. I will continue to come back for as long as I live in the area.

Great Starbucks. A little further than my usual one on Hwy. 16 but they were closed for remodeling. But glad I stopped in. Nice people. VERY friendly. I LOVE when they take the time to talk a little and get to know their customers. ESPECIALLY new ones. They got my orders EXACTLY PERFECT 😊 I did go back again. And will go back next time I get off the interstate there.

Walked in and this guy named Kevin. Wow. Seriously impressed because I told him that I wanted to try something different but not super expensive. So he made something up for me that ended up with the cost of 3.92. It’s a bit strong for my taste but ah!!! Give this man a raise!!!!

It was a Starbucks. Pretty much what youd expect, this ones one of the good ones. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the coffee was one of those that I took a sip and was like dang this is good. For those of you who are always near a good Starbucks, that probably doesnt seem like much, but I cant tell you how many burnt cups of coffee Ive gotten from Starbucks in podunk little towns I passed through.

Super friendly! It seems only one store was mediocre in the friendly scale. I will guess over the last 3 years I have visited dozens of Starbucks in a dozen states on a cruise ship and 2 other countries. I try not to be trendy but you just cant beat this the place.

Starbucks Frappuccino is my favorite! I love that they have a drive through for when I’m rushed and on the go! Yet when I can I enjoy sitting inside, using the free WiFi, and watching the people come and go!

I used to get the White Mocha from here all the time. But recently I went by both of the Denham Springs locations and ordered a White Mocha and it tasted like they didnt add coffee to it. It just tasted like hot milk with sugar added to it. I asked them to remake it and they did and they added a shot of espresso to it and it still tasted like they didnt add any coffee to it. Ive been a customer at both of these Starbucks locations for the last 8 years and man! This was definitely the worst coffee I have ever gotten from there. The staff was really friendly, but it just seemed like they didnt know how to make a White Mocha or maybe they changed the recipe or something.

Free WiFi. If youre traveling for 3 weeks like I was all you have to do is Google Starbucks and you can log right on and theres no games and gimmicks its the best. Of course there coffee is fantastic, there people that work there or fantastic. There management is fantastic. Whats not to like??!! Starbucks you got it down Go baby go.

I ordered a peppermint mocha frap it did not taste like peppermint, tbh it was white as snow! It tasted like milk and ice. Was not a happy camper, one of my favorites during the holidays

Starbucks in Denham off the Interstate is my favorite Starbucks, I will drive over to this location from Prairieville, they have the nicest staff there, and its very clean. And of course the ☕ coffee is the best...

The employees were great. My complaint is Like always I like to try the hot chocolate and my finding was it wasnt all that good when I had enough a poured it out there was so much chocolate at the bottom also I got the carved breakfast sandwich which was really good but it was pretty busy and I got my sandwich way before my drink so it was not hot by that time, but still good wouldve been better hot

Whenever I arrived at the window to pay for my drink I was told that my order had already been paid for by the car that was ahead of me! This really warmed my heart so I paid it forward and paid for the car behind me! The employees were so patient and kind about everything that was going on.

Drive Thru always SLOW on days when the Female manager is working & shes not very customer friendly. But when the Male manager is there instead.... Drive Thru line is quicker.

The Barista was very sweet but in general, at any Starbucks, they are in such a hurry to complete taking your order that they cut you off, saying is that it? Will that be all? Slow down and let the customer finish the order. stop trying to get it done faster.

It is Starbucks! What else is there to say. This particular location can be difficult to navigate in and out of in the morning due to traffic patterns. The wait staff here might be the best around!

The coffee is good and the staff is friendly and efficient for the most part, but its one of the few Starbucks locations with no outside seating and the inside seems a little out of date compared to other locations.

It was rebuilt after the flood and they did a great job. The employees were polite and there are plenty of spaces and tables to spread out and study or work. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi and the speed is good. The bathroom wasnt all that clean, but isnt this the case at every Starbucks so no surprise there. Overall a great place.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:19. Not knowing it was closed. Two girls come on the intercom and say we close at 8:30. Then giggle and said sorry 8. Loud and obnoxious. Very unprofessional. Then I said ok so can I order. No we close at 8.

This place is slow, they never have anything on the menu in stock. Today I went in and they didnt have any cold brew coffee. The never have much of any baked goods. The get orders wrong pretty often, not mine but the people in line before me. Im have to drive to ONeal location to get coffee now.

2nd of 3 visits this week that theyve been out of the item i order. Its an item thats pictured on the marquee sign and on a monitor behind the counter...seems like theyd be able to have it available, but this location seems to have issues with service a bit more than other locations.

I know this place just reopened but the service has really gone down hill. Placed a mobile order the other day. They acknowledged me when I walked in but then let my order sit for about 20 min instead of calling me to the counter. Today, Ive been in line for more than 30 min and the way the drive through is set up, unless you are in a truck, you cant get out.

Very friendly staff who always makes me feel like they remember me. The wait time is short, the coffee is great, and last Sunday, they played over 1-1/2 hours of Pearl Jam!

Although I’ve never actually been to this Starbucks I have nothing bad to say about it. From the outside looking in I can tell it is nothing but quality. Every day I drive down S. Range I peer into the windows from my car and see the bliss of customer satisfaction radiating from within the store. Sometimes I like to think about how wonderful of an experience I could have ordering a triple shot espresso cinnamon dulce capacino half and half low fat milk no whip on the side extra cinnamon with two pumps of vanilla. Oh, and the reduced fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake. Can’t forget that, it’s my absolute favorite. Perhaps one day when I work up the courage to walk into this location, I’ll tell the staff about how much of longed to experience their Starbucks location in particular.

It took 3 tries to get my coffee right. Peppermint Mocha Frap. First it was almost entirely melted so I assume there wasnt much ice in it and there was no whip on it. I sent it back for whip and then tasted it only to realize it was like water. Then they remade it entirely and it was still watery so all in all I paid $6 for a cold coffee when I wanted a FROZEN COFFEE. FRAPPUCCINO. The guy at the window seemed like he hated his job and was rude when asked to remake my coffee. Very disappointed and will not return.
