Attempted to make a service appointment for my brand new truck with under 1k miles, was told I had to take back to dealership where I bought it from & wouldn’t give me an appointment! It’s not my fault they have no trucks on their lots & people have to drive 500+ miles to Texas to purchase! BTW College Station Ford was amazing with plenty of trucks at great prices. This is unacceptable! This is a brand new truck under warranty!Update. The general manager returned my call and assisted me in getting an appointment in 8 days so I will give them more stars as process develops. 1 initially, now 2. Perhaps more if things go smoothlyUpdate, brought my truck in for warranty work, everything went smooth. Problem fixed. Thanks, only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is due to poor communication or no communication from service manager in the beginning.
Lied, lied, lied. Their service department screwed me on a known issue with the Ecoboost. There are literally 3 technical service bulletins on the issue and the waited until extended warranty was out to diagnose correctly and wouldnt honor. Please search Facebook and the internet before dealing with these thieves. Complaints everywhere.
We bought a Ford Mustang and was very happy with our salesman. He took the time to show us everything about the car inside and out. It was a pleasant car buying experience...we were in and out in no time.
Went in for oil change, rotate, recall on door latches. Never received an update until I called them. Technician left gaps in the door paneling.
It was such and easy purchase. The staff is so personable and kind. My salesman was Mr. Hamilton, I highly recommend him. Very patient and wants to work with you to get what you want. Great place! Very happy with my car. Thank you!
Just cant believe what I was told by the service department. Called to make appointment to get my 2006 f250 ECU computer flashed. So the truck will run. They dont do that because my truck is over 10 years old. Perhaps someone from management can explain why ...
Lee Ortego and the staff was great to do business with. They where helpful and on top of there game.
I had a fantastic experience with All Star Ford in Denham Springs! I drove 4 hours for one vehicle that I had been looking for and the service at this place was incredible. The salesman was very helpful and gave us the absolute best deal! Go see them for your next ride!!
All Star Ford in Denham Springs is the place to go when you need a new vehicle. The drive to this location was definitely worth the time. Everyone was very helpful and I left with the vehicle that I went to this location for. The service was quick and I am very satisfied!
*Stay Away* (Update: A message from the owner is at the end of this review. Pure BS. He has not returned my call, nor has the customer relations manager. Dont come here! Even Ford does nothing about this dealerships wrong-doing.)Original Review.....The Ford Service Department is incompetent and management is nonchalant. The service manager and Ford store manager have no regard for service and integrity. They have had multiple opportunities to make things right after we spent thousands on a repairs recommended by them. Each time they would tell us the vehicle was repaired it wasnt. It was always in worse condition. The have the audacity to now ask for more money than the vehicle is worth to repair instead of simply doing what they said they would do. The service manager even suggested throwing it away! Its a down right dirty shame that service providers and management are not held accountable, as this has been reported to the top.Simply put...Stay Away as I should have.
Bought a Pre-Owned Expedition back in September 2020 and a week later bought a 2020 F-150. Sales team was phenomenal (Matt). Will def be purchasing our future vehicles from All Star in Denham. The buying experience makes the 90 mile trip worth it.Fast forward to February 2021. My wife broke a rim on her Expedition and we tried to use our local dealership to file the claim, complete waste of time.I contacted our salesman Matt and he put me in contact with the service advisor Marty. I brought the broken rim and tire to the service department 90 miles away and they took the rim, no questions asked, filed the claim for me and called me when it was complete so I drove and picked it up. Completely seamless transaction. They made the 90 mile drive worth it for me.Marty and Matt are the guys you want to do business with. I pass up 3-4 Ford stores just to get great service and most important, great prices.
These guys are my go to dealership. Ive purchased 4 new vehicles in the last few years from All Star Denham and my overall experience has been fantastic. Their new car prices are great and their trade in offers are the best in town. The managers, Ben, Nick and Ryan, have always made me feel comfortable with the deal I was getting and have never made me feel unwelcome, even after changing my mind on trucks at least 10 times. Go see Terrell, hes a great salesman and an even better person. Hes super knowledgable about all of the product lines and has never pressured me into purchasing, which is huge for me. Check out All Star Denham, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again for helping me out with my new truck, Ill definitely be back!
After getting an oil change and air filter change at All Star Ford in Denham Springs the F250 was brought around for me.When I started the engine the rpm’s went high and check engine light came on. I open the hood and found the air flow sensors still unplugged.I had the service advisor come out and he called out the oil change tech to plug it in. The check engine light would not clear. They told me drive it and it would clear. I advised them to take it to the back, review all their work and clear the light. It came back ok.Now after 4 weeks the oil filter is blowing out oil while out traveling for work. I have it another Ford dealer getting this repaired. This quality of service work at Denham Springs is lacking.Update- The second Ford dealer found it with two o rings on the filter. So All Star Ford didn’t make sure the o ring came off with the old filter.
Service department is terrible, parts isn’t much better ! Bought a new vehicle in October and had problems with the interior dash not fitting correctly and they lost a rubber piece to my cup holder. After five trips back we haven’t got anything accomplished service department said they trying to decided what to do with the dash. I tried getting updates so I call every Friday and as usually I don’t get a response back. Still haven’t resolved the problem !
Called yesterday to confirm two online trucks were still available. I was told they were and that I could make an appointment with the sales manager for today. Was also told there was some negotiation room on the price. After 5 hour drive down to the dealership I was not meeting with the manager but a salesman named Chris. Also come to find there was no negotiating the price. They weren’t even willing to knock off $200 on a nearly 50g truck. Seems silly to lose not only that business but any future business I would have done in the future over a couple hundred bucks. If this is the way they normally do business I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Left a message for the sales manager but have yet to hear back from him.
I had a great buying experience with allstar. Great service, and great employees. Definitely will do business again.
Been meaning to make a review, put recently got pushed over the mark to make it. Ive been a customer of All Star Ford of Denham since 2005, when I bought my f150. I have been sending all my cars/trucks there, for years, but not anymore. I dont know whats happened there, but the service is in the drain. I was informed that my lifetime oil change of 9.99 will not be honored anymore, the turbo on my wifes car needed replacing because of the waste gate linkage rattling, and was informed to get a new vehicle or $3000 to replace(I did it for $650 + fluids). I had a oil change on the car 2k ago, and I changed it because of the new turbo and the oil was black like it had 15k on it, none of my fords ever have black oil. It seems nobody knows whats going on except the parts guy.Let me add a new experience, since Im doing a full timing upgrade and transmission fluid/filter change. For those of you that know, there is a plastic plug that gets pushed into the pan at the factory for assembly and gets removed when you have your filter changed because the pan needs wiping out and the magnet cleaned. After 2 fluid/filter changes from this location the plug is still in the trans pan. What does that mean you say, well that means the pan was never dropped and the filter was never changed, even though I paid for that service twice on this vehicle. If I had not done the work myself, I would have not known unless I sent it to a independent shop. So it would seem a fluid flush was done, original filter, the fluid is a little dark but not burnt. To be somewhat understanding, these maintenance items were done several years ago and things might have changed here.I am also in the maintenance business, just not on cars and we never screw the customer over because it comes back on us. I have my pride in my work, do you?
Absolutely best service. They kept me posted through out the entire process
Called and text this place 4 times in an hour about a truck on line. Spoke with internet sales told truck available. Offered to buy site unseen. Even to send a deposit until I got there. Told ok let me check with manager will call right back. No call back. Then any hour later I text again and a call back same sales person said unfit that sold. Total BS. All she tried to do is sell me something else I don’t believe they even had the truck. Just a bait and switch
I dont hate it, but so far the salesmans promises have not been kept and I cant get him to answer texts or calls.
My truck shopping visit had to be the most BIZZARE vehicle shopping experience of my entire life. First, I found several 1/2 ton trucks that I liked on the web site the night before. All Star is a big automotive group. But everything I liked had an address of Florida Blvd. in Baton Rouge. Cool, one stop. When I got there, the location is not a dealership, it is a cooperate office. I finally found someone to talk to. They said I feel your pain Lots of people come here everyday, because this is the address on the web site. I asked how I know which dealership the car is at. They said look on the page again. You will see something that indicates which dealership. I pulled my saved listings back up. There is ZERO indication, on any of them, where they are at?!?!? I noticed different phone numbers. So I called my favorite. Whomever answered did not answer with the dealership they were at, so I had to ask where they were. It was the All Star Ford/Dodge Denham location. So I drove there. When I got there, I saw a line of used trucks, so I went looking for what saw online. There were probably 15ish trucks. I started looking. I found what I thought was my favorite from online. But then I noticed it did not have a trailer hitch or any of the light plugs. I didnt think that even existed in any late model 1/2 ton truck in America?!?! So then I started looking at the others. They were the same?!?!? 15 trucks, only 2 of them had trailer towing capabilities. And they were a bit ragged looking. So I wondered this GIANT lot looking for some thing I might buy. Not a sole talked to me or approached me. That was actually nice for a bit. But I looked at my watch, I had been there an hour and a 1/2. So now I wanted to talk to someone, to help me find something. So I headed for the lobby. Someone came out to meet me right as I got to the front door. I told him my dilemma of not being able to find a 1/2 truck with a trailer hitch?!? He said let me contact my manager to see if there is anyway to look that up. At that moment a guy was approaching. The sales guy said thats the manager. The sales guy told him my dilemma. He said thats not possible. I replied, I thought so too, but Ive been here an hour and a half. Its not rocket surgery to see that a truck does not have a receiver hitch, and no a trailer plug... at all. Not 7 pin, not a 4 pin, nothing. The manager looked at me like I was crazy (I kinda dont blame him, and walked off) I looked right next to where we were standing near the front door. There it was. A nice clean low mileage, well equipped 1/2 ton F150 with a trailer tow set up. They salesman said there should be a guy pulling up here any minute to look at this. He just drove 1 1/2 hours to see it. Now I know why. It the only gently used 1/2 ton truck with trailer tow capabilities?!?! If you told me this story. I wouldnt believe it. But truth is often stranger than fiction
Went in to see the Mach E. Salespeople says we cant sell it. Let me get u the key...handed us the key then left my wife and I standing there. No help. nothing. Ive reached out to Ford HQs with this experience. I was given no info on the car. Couldnt ask any questions. They acted like they didnt want me there. Wont go back.
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was presented to me running so I parked in the parking lot and turned it off - the car refused to start back up. When I looked at the checkup papers given to me, one page said my battery was okay and the other said my battery was completely in the green. I went back inside and had them retrieve the vehicle to look at it. They came to me a few minutes later and said everything was “fine and okay”. They again presented the car to me running and proceeded to ask me personal questions “Do you have places to go after this? Are you going straight to your destination?” When I said no they went and got me a business card so I could “call if anything happens.” I was confused as to why this was happening if everything was okay, but I still took the car and did the parking lot test again. It hesitated a bit but the car started -it was like that for the rest of the day. The next morning the car died in a store parking lot, and when I called ford they said I could hire a towing company to bring the vehicle back to them where they would charge me full price to fix it. When I brought up the checkup papers, and the fact that they told me that the car was good to go, they told me that the results were based off of a short -and what sounded like improper- test, I was told that I could not go off of what their own papers and mouths said. — I took my service elsewhere. I went to this location for new parts and reliable information and was sent away with sketchy results and inappropriate interrogation. They knew something was wrong with my car right then, and instead of offering to figure it out and fix it they sent me away with an issue putting me at risk. I definitely will not be returning to this location, they have lost my trust.
My Ford was running great just needed a brake job. Brought my vehicle to All Star Ford on Range Ave. on 10/5. Picked it up from service 10/8. On the way home From the service center my steering wheel started shaking, would not go faster than 65 mph, smelled something burning so I pulled in to a parking lot where it died. Had it towed back to the service center 10/8. Today 10/12 they tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it. Really?!?! Never going back!! Never recommending!!
Worst service department every!!!!My F250 has been in the service department since October it is now December. I just got off the phone with the service manger and he said he doesnt know what is wrong with my transmission and it would be another month. All Star Ford needs to hire real mechanics or send it to another ford dealership that knows how to fix vehicles. They did not offer a loaner vehicle or anything. Giving them 1 star is to generous.
I bring my truck there for service all the timeGreat service every time!Thank YouInez Bowie
Amazing customer service from my rep Tammy who not only helped us get exactly what we were looking for at the price we needed, but also wore a mask to keep us safe the entire time.Unfortunately I cannot give a higher rating as every other employee I saw, mostly male, werent wearing masks despite the owners instructions.Thank you so much Tammy! Best wishes.
For starters let me say the staff down there made me feel comfortable and were really good guys while I purchased my car. I purchased a used Mustang GT from the guys at all star in Denham with about 18k miles in March. I’LL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I had my first issue with the car on June 1st. 2 months down the line the bolts had come off the driveshaft! Completely putting my life at risk just trying to take it to a ford dealership the second I realized something was wrong. Paid nearly $500 out of pocket to get replacement bolts and get back on the road. 5 weeks after the first issue car has high vibration and shaking heavily dropped back to another ford dealer. Dropped the car on July 16th only to find out the transmission housing cracked and the engine block cracked. Ford won’t honor the warranty that was sold to me by the guys at All star because the car had been modified. When I found out the news I drove down to all star and told my salesman, and management. They made me sit in the lobby for nearly 2 and a half hours only to tell me it was nothing they could do for me. Only offered to refund me the warranty they sold me. Slap in the face! Trying to prevent from taking legal action but here we are, Dec 16th and they’ve only offered me another slap in the face! I’ve missed days of work, and losing money because of the note and insurance still to make sure I keep the vehicle, that hasn’t been in my possession in months. Not to mention I’ve been without the car longer then I’ve been with the car. Never really got to enjoy it and it sucks. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRYING SOMEWHERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!
Recently bought a 2019 F150. My salesman, Matt Zumo, as well as the rest of the staff there, was awesome. The most significant thing about Matt was that he listened to my needs and worked very hard to meet them. Very satisfied with my experience and I recommend you give them an opportunity.
I just talked with Chris Moody. He was the most informative salesman I have ever talk with. He was honest and he earned my trust and respect in a very short time.Anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle has to talk with Chris. He explained things and options to me and my wife very clearly.Very Honest man.Thank you Chris for your time and help. I will be buying a car from this man in a day or so.All Star management, please take note that you have a wonderful asset to your team.
All Star is the best. I originally brought my vehicle to Robinson Bro’s for a recall and was extremely unhappy with their service dept (they had my vehicle 6 days, didn’t do any work on it as promised and never returned any of my phone calls). Luckily, All Star was available to fix the recall. Within a couple hours of dropping off my car, they called me to let me know exactly what part was needed and said they would have it done within a couple days. They fixed everything and communicated with me in such a timely manner. I’m so thankful for their service department! Thank y’all!
The service dept was wonderful here and greeted me with a smile when I walked through the doors. Three gentlemen ready to help. Total difference from the Prairieville location. Will be going here for all service from now on. Marty was even kind enough to send a follow up text after the visit. Cashier was very sweet and pleasant as well! Way to go Denham team! Keep up the great work!
I have a 2019 ford f350. I brought it to all star ford for a oil change, and a tire rotation. They broke two of my dust cap covers. You can clearly see where they beat them with a hammer. Unfortunately I did not catch it until I made it back to california. They cost me one hundred dollars a piece to replace. I will never give them any business again.
Bought a vehicle from here roughly 2 months ago. We were promised a spare set of keys and the key-code to enter the vehicle. After receiving a short runaround, we were directed to the Prairieville location to get both. However, the salesman did not hold up his end of the bargain and filled out a we-owe with just the key-code. We had several conversations where he was quite clear that Ford would provide a spare set of keys free-of-charge. It is bad business to break a simple promise. This is the kind of petty thing customers remember and makes me want to take future business elsewhere. This was the second, and probably last, vehicle my family will purchase from this location.
Called the sales group made an appointment told them I was driving 3+ hours for an vehicle. I asked to put a deposit and they said I didn’t need to the car would be out front waiting on me. 5 minutes before I get there they sell it!!!!! Piss poor company!!!
Can’t say enough good things about this location. The staff have always been knowledgeable and courteous. They service dept is amazing!! My vehicle had to have its frame replaced, it took a month to get the new frame and another month to reconstruct my vehicle but I have not had an issue since and that was 6 years ago!!! Highly recommended!! Shout out to Marty, you’re the best.
Went in to purchase another vehicle and Mr. Taylor Tripp took care of us. We were driving home in our new ride in no time. Great experience and I will definitely go back when im ready to make another purchase. Thanks again Tripp!
Great shopping experience! All star Automotive is my family’s new go to dealership for vehicles. The whole experience both times we’ve purchased vehicles in the past couple weeks has been smooth and stress free. Shawn Kelly was patient in answering all our questions and making sure we were completely satisfied with our vehicle before we finalized. Will definitely return for future purchases.
Everyone that we encountered today at All Star was incredible from our salesman (Taylor Tripp) to the guys in Sales management, to the guy in finance (I’m so sorry I’m awful with names, lol!) You all were SO patient with us and so understanding and wanted to make sure we had a great experience from beginning to end. (and I have EXTREMELY high expectations being that I work for Lexus in Baton Rouge of what to expect out of dealerships) and you guys surpassed all the tests and hopefully had just as much fun with us as we did with y’all. We feel like apart of the family now! Thank you all SO much!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I’ve been looking for a gt350 all over the country with the color and options I wanted and All Star Ford had exactly what I was looking for. The salesman I worked with was “Ray” and he’s been great! I live over 1200 miles from them and it wasn’t going to work for me to go there, so we did everything over the phone. He then sent out the forms I needed to sign and as soon as I got them back to him, he lined up the shipping and had my new car to me within the next week. After I received the car, I realized it didn’t have the accessories that were on the invoice,(car cover and adjustable strut mounts) so I let Ray know and he got them ordered up through Ford and as soon as he received them, he shipped them out to me. Most dealers leave you hanging after they sell you the car but not this dealer. There customer service has been top notch. I’m very pleased and I’m glad I found them. Thank you!!!
See below for update to this review...Where to start... first off they set up an appointment for me to come see a used car that I wanted. I had to take off and miss a whole day of work to make it to the appointment that is 2 hours away from where I live. I show up to my appointment and they didnt even have the car there for me to look at. Told me that if I went ahead and singed for it, that when I see the car and decide if I dont want it they would take it back. I was told that the car didnt have any aftermarket work or engine work done to it. I go home and then go back a few days later, missing work again, and look at the car. From what I could see, I liked it so i decided to keep it. Later on I got in touch with the previous owner. He told me all the aftermarket work and modifications that he had done to the car. Cold air intake, ported throttle body, headers, cam, different gears in the rear end, lowered, different suspension, and had an aftermarket tune. Which the dealership told me it didnt have. And I have the proof in an email they sent me to show that they said there was no aftermarket modifications. Well... one day I was driving down the road and it started making a weird noise and lost power. Had to get it towed to a mechanic shop. They had to pull the engine and i had to get the engine rebuilt. Ive been without my car going on for 3 months now and a bill around $7,500 that I cant pay. Ive tried contacting them and I cant get anyone to help me with my situation. So basically now Im stuck making payments on a car that I dont even have and that I cant even drive. I should have followed my gut feeling and took my business elsewhere at the very beginning when they didnt even have the car for me to see for the appointment that they scheduled me for. If you decide to get a used car from this place, just know that they lie. And they wont try to help you afterwards if something happens.Update....So after the owners response to my review I tried to contact them since they said they would like to connect with me to resolve my concerns. Well, they must just make these replies to make themselves look better than what they are cause they obviously arent concerned at all. They are still avoiding talking to me and not responding to me. They do the same with their reviews on Facebook. But also, their own managers and workers are leaving 5 star reviews to try to make themselves look better than what they really are. On top of that, they are even replying to their own reviews to make it seem like the review was originally posted by a customer. If you dont want to believe me when I say this company is lying and deceitful, go look at their reviews for yourself. They are lying in plan sight. Which proves they lie in other ways. Just like they lied to me. And the numerous other people that theyve done it to as well. And they will lie to you. You will only be a customer till you sign those papers and drive away. After that, you arent anyone to them. Looks like the only way my issues will get resolved is to take legal action. Cause they sure arent going to resolve anything because they are a good company and value their customers or anything. To bad that I even had to leave at least one star. If anything is deserving of that star, Id say I guess it would be for their appearance. Good job all star ford (definitely not all stars) for looking good while lying to your customers.
Great selection and service! My car buying experience was quick and easy! Bob helped get to the payment I could afford without any back and forth. I came to All Star Ford because I researched at least 5 different dealerships and they had the best prices!
We had a good experience until we wanted to close the deal. We had a number discussed, but when it was time to sign they changed their tune and wouldn’t budge off the sticker price at all. It felt pretty underhanded and deceptive. This was a disappointing experience in customer service. We will not be back.
All star dealership is probably one of the best dealerships I’ve had to deal with. Big shout out to Ray and Nick for working with me throughout the day!! Hands down 5 stars
Ford in Denham Springs really understands your needs and wants. I have been here numerous times and will keep returning! They have great customer service and take the hassle out of purchasing a vehicle. Its so nice not feel pressured or that you are getting worked over on a deal. Ford in Denham Springs in really listens to you and are such a pleasure to deal with. If you have not been to this location yet you are really missing out! Love this place ❤️
To get an appointment for my car passenger side airbag recall was very easy. They had the part and in three hours I had my car back. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable. All the people I had contact with were very nice. Dont mind having to go there.
We were just browsing vehicles and met Tiffany Sicard from All Star Ford. What a sweetheart! Knowledgeable and friendly and loves what she does. We were not in the market for a vehicle at this time but we will definitely come back to her when we are. Totally appreciated that she wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to talk us into something we didn’t need. She listened, explained and told us she would love to earn out business. Our kind of car sales person!!!! Go see this young lady!!!
I dropped my car off at All Stars Ford Service in Denham Springs. They told me that they probably couldnt do anything with it that day, which I was fine with. It turned out to be a relatively minor problem, but they really checked everything out fully. Best thing is, they charged me absolutely nothing. Zero dollars. Not even the diagnostic fee they quoted, which I fully expected them to do.. I was SUPER impressed.
I went to All Star Ford to purchase a truck for my husband and the entire staff took such great care with me. My sales person was Bob H. and he was patience with me and made me feel very comfortable. The finance manger, Matt M., was very helpful in the paperwork process and explained everything clearly. I was offered a generous deal on my trade-in and also received fair market price on my husbands truck. I would recommend to anyone ! Thank you Bob and Matt for a great customer experience !
Had an awesome experience at this dealership! If your in the market for a new vehicle definitely go see Ray Chaar! Made the experience and process very simple that I would for sure recommend buying them! Thanks you guys!
I recommend this car dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. They have great customer service and caring employees. If ever in need of a new vehicle please go visit and make sure you see Tiffany Sicard for your needs Shes very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. She makes sure you get the vehicle you want
My wife recently purchased a newFord Mustang from Allstar. From top to bottom this was the best experience. If you go by ask for Chase Riley. The rest will take care if itself. Thanks again!
After visiting several other dealerships, we found the truck we wanted at All Star Ford in Denham Springs. Our salesman, John Porter did an outstanding job helping us locate the right truck for us. John was extremely easy to work with and was very patient as we shopped around. I recommend contacting John if you are looking for a vehicle. We love our new F-150 and are now working with John again trying to find the right vehicle for our son.
Taylor Tripp was the nicest salesman! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions that I had! Highly recommend asking for him to help you out!
Trash unprofessional team
Since the day of my 2015 Ford Mustang GT purchase about 5 months ago till today, I am VERY satisfied with the sales and service! I have not had 1 issue. The day of my purchase we had 3 people working to serve us and then they even went and picked up my car from another dealership and I drove her home that night, yes I said that night...they stayed late so that I could take her home at 8:00 p.m.! No issues here only great sales, service and we have made several new friends! Roger, David and Al keep up the great work! All star Ford in Denham Springs Yall ROCK!!
I would have rated 5 stars had it not been for the shape the truck was delivered to me. The tire pressure had not been checked as I had to put air in all of the tires and to do that I had to clean wasp nest off of battery terminals. Left the one on the hood hinge. Glass wasnt cleaned nor the mirrors. Sales was great as usual. Pat is the best.
I had a wonderful experience with a sales representative named Cassie. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Great attitude and very helpful.
*****SCAM***** advertised frontier, Demetrice set up a test drivewith Jon Burckel for next day, I asked for confirmation vehicle was there, confirmed there, the next day got confirmation of test drive appt, I again requested to be informed if it was available, got to All star in Denham Springs, walked thru door, when i said the truck i was there to see and appt, was told that blue truck was sold days ago! Lost me as a customer forever and anyone I can tell. This was going to be a recreational vehicle, not primary, so they lost a good customer. Sooooooo Sad!
Wow this place was amazing!!! Marty, Mike and a mechanic whos name I wish I would have caught literally saved the day for my family. The wife, babies and myself have been having a road trip full of Murphys law and the service department here saved our trip. They came out and discussed the issue right away and told me what was wrong and supplied the parts immediately. This kind of service has mostly gone by the wayside back home in Florida but not here. Yall rock thank you so very much for all the help.
This was the easiest, stress free, vehicle purchase that I have ever experienced in my life. I was not hounded on the lot by salesman, there was no pressure at all, and the business manager explained the options to me regarding extended warranties, GAAP Insurance, and other items that came in a VIP package that they offer, but did not try to sell me anything. I was able to find the truck I loved, drive it, receive a remarkable sales price, and complete the entire process in a couple hours. There was no hassle, no frustration, no what do we have to do to earn your business today type BS.I was rather impressed with the staff and their attitude towards the buying experience. I have recommended this dealership to all my circle of friends, and 4 other people that I have recently met the mentioned they were in the market for a new vehicle.I could go on and on about this amazing truck buying experience, but I may crash the site.If you do not at least go into their dealership and give them the opportunity to earn your business, well you will never be able to truthfully say that you experienced the All Star Experience. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them in the near future. All Star thank you so much for your hospitality, professionalism, stress free, enjoyable, and painless truck purchasing experience.Sincerely,One over satisfied customer!
I was assisted by Cassie and I could not have been more impressed. Not only was she very professional and quick to respond to all of my questions but she was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was asking about. Highly recommend her!
Ben was my salesman and to be honest with you, i was doughtful! But i must say he hit it out of the park! Absolutely no going back and fourth, I made an offer and bought a truck! Extremely helpful and prompted in what they promise! I would definitely recommend them! Parrish was great! Although I am still waiting on a complete detail on my F-150, I am completely satisfied with my overall experience! I guess I can wash and wax it myself.....
All Star Ford in Denham Springs is the best Ford Dealership in Louisiana hands down. I came into the dealership with a certain budget, car choice, preferences in mind. They took all of these into consideration and worked with me amazingly. I personally worked with Mr. Darren and he was great to work with. They were able to sell me my car at a price that I was comfortable with and did everything they could to make my experience more pleasurable. I walked out the door with a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang and it was one of the most happiest moments of my life. Without All Star Ford, I would of not been able to purchase this car due to the fact that all the other dealerships around the greater Baton Rouge area could not work with my budget. One quick tip, if you decide to purchase a car from All Star Ford, I believe their car inspection shop and the detailing store close around 5 or 6 PM. I closed my deal at 7 PM and they were closed already.I had to come back the next day to get the inspection sticker and car detail, but they were very generous and didnt mind refilling my gas tank after the inspection sticker and car was detailed. I highly recommend this Ford dealership over any of the other ones in the greater Baton Rouge area. They offer better prices and can work better with anyones budget.
Could not have had a better sales experience! Sales manager, Ben Wightkin, and consultant, Chris Moody, will definitely have my repeat business for taking such great care of me!
Allstar Ford in Denham has a very professional and friendly atmosphere. The service department is always more than willing to help with any concerns that I have about my Mustang. They are also efficient and their service is quick. I recently brought my Ford Mustang to be serviced and the Assistant Service Manager, Shannon, was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me continuous updates on my car. Im very pleased with the service.
Just a wonderful experience overall. Tiffany Sicard was patient and helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be back ASAP to make the purchase.
I bought a 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee Latitude with 25,000 miles on it in Dec 2018. 4 months ago....last week DAY ONE Wed it wouldnt start error said engine hot wont start. It had been sitting 9 hours. Had it towed in Thur DAY 2 in the am. They changed the oil..rotated the tires....& said it was on the diagnostic machine & would have to diagnose it before they could fix whats wrong. They would know by Friday am. My father picked up the car DAY 3 ..Fri afternoon. When I got home at 5 pm. I tried to start it and again wouldnt start same error. Had it towed in again DAY 4 Sat am. Turns out they never ran a diagnostic just jumped the battery. No tech available on Sat. Have to wait until Monday. I test drove 3 cars thinking about swapping it. They were around equivalent price one with a left side door that sticks....one with a tail gate that doesnt work right......and the last one had been wrecked yet they wanted 7,000 more dollars to swap my car out. Now its Monday DAY 5 and guess what my car sat in parking lot all day. They claim they jumped it and it ran for an hour then died so they were unable to pull it in the garage to diagnose it. I was told I cant have a loaner until its diagnosed. Thats dealership policy. I just want my car fixed or swapped out for one that actually works. I dont feel like thats a lot to ask when you hand someone 21,000 dollars cash 4 months ago.
I give them one star because I can’t give them less. I guess at least the female employee in the All Star service department in Denham Springs did answer the phone. I called All Star Ford at 7:30 Monday morning. I explained that I had experienced a major mechanical failure with my Ford Explorer that would prevent me from driving back and forth to work. She stated it would be at least 30 days before they could make the appointment. I stated that I felt it would not be safe or even make it for that long. I explained that I had an extended warranty, and asked if I could at least check it out to see if it was safe to drive. She asked if I had bought the car from their dealership. No, I did not. It suddenly went to a thirty to sixty day appointment. FYI, not everyone still lives in the area where they purchased their car. All Ford dealerships should be obligated to provide service whether you bought the car there or not. They should also be able to provide service within a reasonable time frame. There was no conversation as to “we are a little backed up at this time”, “let me refer you to one of our other dealerships”, “I am sorry, if we can get to you sooner...”. Just “it will be 30-60 days. You want an appointment?” NO Thanks!I called a Ford dealership a little further away and unrelated to All Star dealerships and was told to bring the car in as soon as possible. I brought it in within 2 hours and diagnostic evaluation and estimates were delivered within 4 hours. The service was exemplary!Because of this one interaction, I will never, ever do business with All Star. If I were on Ford Corporation Board of Directors, I would look into dropping this dealership. If it takes 30 or more days to get to the cars you need to service; there is either a problem with the vehicles you sell, the dealership, or the employees you hire. All are worthy of review.
Purchased an Escape here. Dealt with the sales manager. Got a great deal on the new vehicle and my trade vehicle. Took some time on the negotiations, though it did work out. Finance was good, no tricks. Overall I have had a good experience here. I will purchase my next vehicle here.
Bob Hauptman makes the buying process an easy one. He knows his stuff, and is always willing to go the extra mile!! Great experience!
The purchase of my new car was of course a breeze, however if you ever have a problem with your car and need anything serviced on it.... good luck with that. I have a brand new car and have a couple issues that I can not get resolved. They wont give you a loaner and I dont have time to be without a car for days. They first time they kept my car for almost a week. So, If you have more than one option you are looking at opt for the other option. This is definitely not the best. With that being said, I am disappointed with my brand new car that still doesnt get me from point A to B with no problems and I should not have to put up with after spending over 40K!!!
I just went here last month, with a close friend of mine, who bought a new truck. The salesman was very personable and down to earth. The waiting room was the best Ive seen, with cozy couches, huge TV, complimentary drinks. Very nice.
I bought a truck from this dealership in July of 2017. The experience was excellent and the staff was amazing. I have had my truck serviced through them twice since and have had no problems with them. If I go with Ford for my next vehicle, I will be taking a visit to this All Star location to see Brandt Moran. 10/10 would recommend this location to any friend or family looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
These guys are very sleazy and deceptive. They definitely took advantage of my situation and lied to me. After agreeing on a certain monthly note, the sales manager said he would either drop the price on the truck I was purchasing or increase my trade value to get to my monthly note. He did neither and instead increased my loan term to 78 months without telling me. The finance guy made sure we signed everything quick and never told me about the extra 6 months on the loan term. I found out thats how they reached my monthly note after going home and reviewing all documents. I have considered getting an attorney and seeing what can be done about the issue.
John Porter has sold me 2 new Altimas. He was honest, professional and did not play the games a lot of car salesmen do. I have recommended him to anyone I know needs a car. I will be back to purchase the next one from him on 3 yrs. Thank you John!! You made buying easy!
Awesome service at Allstar Ford in Denham Springs. Fast, friendly and at a fair price! The didn’t even laugh when I locked my keys in the car. Grammie gives Brittany a 5 star review.
If youre looking for a salesman to assist you & get you in the car you want All Star Ford is the dealer and John Porter is your guy! He helped my daughter sign for her very first car & also gave her tips every first buyer needs! Not only, he also assisted me with my car & my older daughter as well! Hes the best!
After 4 hours of confusion, my sales person could not show me where the controls were or give a interdiction of my new 3/4 ton 4X4. It was a circus.Went back the next day and finally got a walk through with the truck. They will not return a phone call!!!! I was later told by a friend, I was supposed to get a receiver hitch with the Platinum edition truck.I’m still waiting on a phone call to find out if that was true or not. I do know one thing, if that is the treatment you get from the get go? How will my so called first oil change go????? I could have spent$96,000.00 anywhere I wanted too!! They saw me coming I guess. Live and learn. I hope this helps the next guy that wants to spend that kind of money on a truck!!!!!Chip
Brought my car in for a slow leak in a front tire... spoke with Aaron and he said if I didnt mind waiting just a few minutes he would get it in and take a look also told him I needed new wipers as well.. Within 40 minutes I was called into service and told my car was finished. Aaron had looked my account up and informed since I was Ford Rewards customer he was able to my points and my bill was next to nothing! Thanks AARON AND TEAM ALL STAR! ANOTHER 5 STAR PERFORMANCE!!
After going to several BR dealerships and not being treated like a serious customer, I decided to venture outward. As soon as I walked in Ben came right over introduced himself and began to asked what I was looking. We discussed what I was looking for and we proceeded onto a test drive. He took the time to explain a lot of the features of the truck while on the drive and even after he continued to show me all of the great features of the truck and how they worked. When the truck was a little outside of my budget he worked with and for me and found me another truck, and now I have exactly what I wanted all thanks to him. If you are in the market for a new or used car talk to BEN:) He was GREAT!!! Thanks again BEN!
Great place to buy a vehicle. They are willing to work with you on price and they make the buying process less stressful. The dealership is well managed and the sales people are helpful but not overbearing.
Bob in the Ford/Used Sales and Nick in Finance knocked it outta the park with their SUPERIOR SERVICE! I don’t know how Bob managed this timing during my test drive but he was telling me about how most Wrangler drivers do a “Jeep wave” when they see each other and ... wouldn’t you know it here comes another Wrangler and the driver does the wave and it was just magical! Ha! I look for the little signs from the universe when I’m trying to figure out is something’s supposed to happen & that was my first sign with Bob. He also picked up on my changes in attitude when I didn’t like the way something was handled & he explained that thing and made me more comfortable. He addressed all my concerns and fixed the little issues I needed handled to get the job done. He was incredibly respectful and answered all my questions with ease. This ease and straight-forward attitude was exactly what I got with Nick in Finance too. My financing was originally pre-approved through my credit union but turned out to be a farce so Nick worked diligently to get me financed and he did it in a ridiculously short period of time. He answered all my questions and was patient with the dumb ones (this was my first time financing a vehicle so I definitely had a few dumb questions) with a respect and kindness I haven’t experienced in a long time. I’m grateful for such a smooth experience and I will come back to deal with these good people if/when I’m in the market again. Thank you, fellas!!
John Porter was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had regarding the new F150. He helped make the negotiating and buying process easy and hassle free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again, John
This dealership has terrible customer service. The salesman did not offer any insight on cars and he also walked away while I was viewing a car.During the whole process it seemed as though the salesman either had a bad day or did not want to sell me a car. Either way I felt as though my business was not wanted and that’s why I am going to buy a car from somewhere else and would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking to by a car.
We did business with John and he’s awesome!!! We’ll definitely do business with him and All Star again!!! 😊👍Thanks again John for your awesome customer service skills!! I also loved the way Ben handles business as well! He’s awesome as well!!
I found this to be one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences Ive ever had. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Darren, the salesman who helped me, was extremely good. His product knowledge, along with his easy going no pressure attitude, left me without any trace of buyers remorse.
Very satisfied with the service these guys provide. Ive brought my 2012 mustang in for regular maintenance and they always take good care of me. Aaron Howle in Ford service makes sure everything is well taken care of before I leave the dealership. I will continue to come back and would recommend them to anyone!
We had a great experience with All Star Ford! Mr. Jim, our salesman, made us feel comfortable with our complete experience. We left there with a 2016 Ford F150 and love it! Mr. Jim was recommended to us by friends and we absolutely recommend him to everyone. Our plan in the future is to revisit All Star for our next vehicle.
Purchased an F-150 from this dealer. My salesman Bryan Heil worked so hard to get me the deal I was looking for. Would highly recommend this guy if you are looking to purchase from this dealership.
Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable helping me purchase my first SUV. His guidance was right on target and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the safety features and the smooth ride of my beautiful 2019 Escape.
Had an appointment for 10am so I got there a little early 15 minutes or so just in case. I checked in, turned in my keys and waited, and waited, waited, waited, waited, then some more waiting, finally I go outside and see my car still in garage lane, finally someone drives my truck in the the garage and puts it on the rack. So I wait some more, 2 and half hours it took for them to give me an oil change and rotate my tires which I had an appointment. So they did a good job on my truck but for the wait, I would have definitely went somewhere else had I known it would take so long.
Im only 18 but i work alot i dont make the best paychecks but they really worked with me ask for Ben he really cares and loves working with ppl super friendly and great deals highly recommend
Great service from Cassie! Showed me some great options in my price range and very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all questions asked
The gentleman in the service office always provides excellent customer service! I was having a problem with my car starting on its own, but I didnt know why so I took it in to be checked. When I arrived, they immediately began the diagnostic on my car. While I waited, they constantly communicated with me, letting me know everything that was going on. They learned that there was a dead cell in my battery so they resolved the issue by replacing it with a new battery. They really took care of me in a timely matter and I really felt valued as a customer! I will definitely return!!!
