Giving us the run around and lying about our new dodge that broke down or of nowhere. Needed to be fixed and hasnt even reported it correctly for our insurance to help. No communication. Charged us twice for diagnostics because THEY didnt get to it in time. Its been 2 weeks and instead of being truthful that they havent gotten to us yet they told us our engine blew up. A complete lie they told just to shut us up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. At our wits end. At this point just give us our truck back and well get it taken care of somewhere else. But they wont even do that.

I do not recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. Especially if your sales lady is named Jessica. While shopping for a truck she told my uncle, whom I recently let live with me because he was homeless, that she wanted him to mow her lawn for her. She did this unbeknownst to me. While I was doing the paper work to buy the truck, my uncle let me know what she said. Afterwards, she forged my name on a customer satisfaction survey.At first I thought her offer was very kind. But after she would not return my numerous phone calls, texts, and emails I figured this was just a dubious sales tactic on her part.Additionally, after I purchased the truck I discovered a small paint blemish. They did cover it under warranty, but did not give me a loaner for the warranty. They claimed they did not have any trucks/cars available. I then requested a rental vehicle. But then told me they couldnt do that either because the car rental company they used did not have any Chrysler vehicles in stock! Unbelievable! In the end I had to just go without a loaner or rental.

I love my Jeep ( 2019 Jeep Latitude). Bought It new in 2019, actually wrote a great review when I purchased it. And had not had any issues until recently. Sales is wonderful, Finance is wonderful, service- is another issues. I have been calling to schedule an appointment for over a week, with the promise of someone calling me back each time and no one has called me back yet. When I ask if the person answering the phone can book the point I was told that next appointment would be in August. I have also gone online to make an appointment but appointments are so far out its crazy. I called another near by Jeep dealership and was able to get an appointment the next day to be seen, and they are able to bring me to work so I dont miss a day. I am very Frustrated With ALL Star Jeep Service Center.

Sold a truck and was told the check would come in 1-2 weeks. Its been 3 weeks and the finance department has not answered my calls. I had to go through my sales guy. I have contacted the finance department every way I could and they have never given me a call or text back. They are putting the communication load on their salesman. Absolutely terrible way of handling things.

Purchased a truck from the dealer. Two weeks after purchasing the truck the back wheels locked in place and cause the vehicle to hit a fixed object. The insurance company ended up paying $14,000+ to fix the truck. It took 4 months. The dealer refused to even look at the vehicle to see what went wrong. They were only interested in blaming me. Although I had video of the rear wheels locked in place. The manager of both the service department and sales department, started ducking my calls. The 3,000 mile 90 day warranty was useless. Its almost impossible to get someone on the phone in the service department. When you finally do, half the times they don’t even know where your car is or who is working on it. If you buy a car from this dealer, pray nothing goes wrong. Once they get the check, you won’t be able to get anyone on the phone! Sales person was wonderful. Schafer Autobody was wonderful. All Star, not so much. I would never purchase a vehicle from All Star again.

SERVICE Dept is obviously incompetent. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE- Took Sahara in for issues with Uconnect and AC blower powering off and back on after going over bumps in the road. Kept Jeep about a week and said could not duplicate. When picked up Jeep, no issue for a month, then started back up. Called and left messages for Brittany and service manager Tyler (who gave us his card) and never received call back. Took to Ralph Sellers, and they located problem in less than a day. No more issues at all.

I would highly recommend. I went to Bergeron auto looking for the same vehicle and after I drove 3 hours they were not even half as welcoming and didn’t want to honor what was agreed upon, so I left and came to All-Star and got what I wanted with the agreed terms. They were honest and I felt like they were not trying to hide anything. I drove 3 hours and they had my paperwork and keys ready with excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and I felt welcomed. 5/5 stars for my experience.

They didn’t have a big selection of vehicles to choose from, but other dealers don’t as well due to the pandemic. I didn’t get what I wanted for my trade-in, but other than that it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly. I would purchase there again.

Staff was pretty good. This was my first choice from the beginning when I was looking for a new Ram. I went to several other dealerships in the surrounding area and finally All Star had the right Ram for the right price after a little negotiating of course. The Service Department was superb since I already had a recall on my previous Ram that I purchase from All Star. They were quick and notified me immediately when service was complete.

Taylor Tripp was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with!! Laid back, not pushy at all and really listened to what I did or did not want. After a bait and switch at another dealership, I called to confirm the Jeeps I saw online were on the All Star lot as shown on website. Blessing in disguise! More Jeep options to choose from than anyone else around. Even the finance manager was great and not pushy when I declined anything. They made a lifetime customer because of how great they were! I highly recommend you go see Tripp if you need a new vehicle!!

Avoid the collision & service shops at all costs!! Horrific collision repairs are a good way to sell you a new car! 36,866 miles, now out of warranty by 866 miles even though 1st trip in for the same problem was at 1,700 miles, ofunresolved radio/media/AC problems - GOOGLE IT!! And getting mgt on the phone - you cant!! Wish I had asked around Denham Springs before I did business here. But Im no longer new in town, and now I know. You should, too!!!

I traveled to look at a Ram 3500 Limited and was prepared to leave with the truck that day. When it was time to negotiate, they would not budge off the MSRP, professed the scarcity due to the heavy truck market. Then, turned and offered me bottom of the fair KBB market trade on my clean F250 platinum powerstroke, a little oxymoronic. The conversation was short and clear of the teams unwillingness to work with the customer. I will not entertain this dealership in the future.

Awesome team. Easy in and out. Test drove what i wanted with the new 2017 F350 Lariat and walked out with a new Dually Ram Laramie. Good competition between the Ram and Ford sales but the Laramie had more options for less asking price and a whole lot more rebates. Out the door it was the best sales experience Ive had ever. Ask for Country on the Ford side and hell get you what you want!

Tripp was great. Think he was just as excited as I was. (even after 4 test drives) Even went through some of the features of the truck with me after the purchase. Most other salesmen wouldve ran of for the next customer but he was there until I drove off the lot. Even helped me move my stuff from my trade in. Have bought the last 5 vehicles from a dealer closer to my house I took a shot and Allstar did not disappoint. Glad to part of the Allstar family now. Terrrible service when paying premium price for my truck! Sales manager said he would work with me exclusively but pawned me off on a salesman. Salesman was the only one there that was pleasurable to work with. Nobody returns text messages or phone calls in an acceptable time frame (some were never returned).. paid cash for my truck and was haggled to get proof of insurance when the sale took place after 5 pm. Still have not received paperwork on my truck and it was purchased Aug. 3 2020. I was told that it was because I was delayed in getting the proof of insurance to them... Had the proof of insurance to them within 48 hours after the sale. I will never buy from this dealership again! Terrible place to do business and employees have terrible attitudes.

I received the worst service from All Star Denham Springs, 2590 Range Park Dr., Denham Springs, LA 70726. Dec 2020, I drove my Jeep Compass there to have the oil changed and tire replaced. First of all, the service advisors were not wearing masks or taking appropriate safety measures. Secondly, I waited over two hours for my oil change; normally I would not complain because I know they were busy. Plus, I had the opportunity to check out some vehicles because I am interested in purchasing something larger. However, my paperwork was left sitting on a desk for HOURS - no one notified me that my oil change was done and I just needed to order the tire. The service technician, Brandon, could not be found and I had to wait for him to complete the ticket. So, that was one and a half hours unnecessarily wasted. Oh, it gets better. I was contacted via text that my tire was ready the next week. I scheduled a date to bring my vehicle in, but I had to cancel due to a COVID outbreak at work. I rescheduled with April Coleman for the week of Christmas (14 days post exposure), but all of the available time slots happened to fall on days I had to work. So, I rescheduled for Dec 28, 2020. My son had to have emergency surgery on the rescheduled date, so I told April I would stop by today - January 5, 2021. I show up at the dealership today AS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED LAST WEEK, only to hear that my tire had been returned. I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Tyler Davis, and he is no where to be found. These people were EXTREMELY unprofessional, unconcerned, and displayed poor customer service. I canceled my tire replacement with them. I will not be upgrading my Jeep at this dealership either. I do NOT recommend All Star Denham Springs to ANYONE. The service team is awful. I DO recommend RALPH SELLERS in Gonzales, LA (14215 Airline Highway). I should have returned there for service like I normally do; All Star is just closer to my house. RALPH SELLERS sold me my 2019 Jeep Compass; I look forward doing business with them real soon. Charles Oliver at RALPH SELLERS is the BEST salesman ever!!!!! Tell him Ashley sent you.

The positive side of All Star Automotive is the massive inventory of overpriced vehicles on all of their locations. First they informed me that they misrepresented the vehicles that they had in stock. They said those vehicles were lost in transit. Then they offered me a few thousand dollars less than the valuation system on their own website said my trade in was worth. Finally, they offered me an expensive new model 2020 with very little discount despite the fact that the 2021 models will be arriving in a few weeks. If you miss going to war with the sales manager to buy a new car, you will love the sales department at All Star.

I went for a used car with 169,000 miles bc i thought i wouldnt qualify for a better car i ended up leaving the same day with a nice 2018 car with only 30k miles. They talked the bank down to its lowest down payment starting at 5k the brought them down to only 3k. They even filled my gas and washed it up nice for me. I was honestly very happy with the car I bought.But Im quite disappointed at this point.They gave the car with the previous owner plate when I called they didnt know if it was mine or hers. Never receive my tittle I had to pick up my own license plate and registration even though I called many many times to let them know my address changed bc of an emergency with the apartment.Since July I still dont have my tittle and I have to just get with the dmv and get it done myself.Very little help to update stuff when is an emergency.I like my car is the only plus.

Orren, the salesman, was very professional. I did not feel pressured. The deal seemed fair and the trade in offer was about what I expected.This is a comment about car buying in general, not just All Star. It just takes too long!! There is a lot of waiting around. Car dealers need to figure out how to streamline the buying process. I feel like you could walk into a dealership with cash and agree to the MSRP and it would still take 3 hours or more to complete the sale.

Taylor Trip was my salesman. My buying process started via emails, and never once was I pressured to come in to “All Star Automotive”. Don’t get me wrong, I was definitely asked, but never demanded. He understood I was shopping and comparing his lots inventory to others. Taylor answered every question he could, and found answers to the one’s he could not, “very timely I would add”. All his answers were honest, “trust me”, I check and double check his responses. Taylor is definitely passionate about selling cars, and respects his clients conditions. I’m not one who frequently purchases cars, and like many of you reading this, I’ve had some really bad experiences but Taylor was supportive throughout the entire process. In September, I went in to buy a car. Javaris and Bene were super helpful with the approval process and everything. Well, after learning my wifes car was losing value at such an alarming rate, I called Javaris and told him we were in the market for a new vehicle for her. Despite the negative equity we had on my wifes car, Javaris and Bene did AMAZING in making the numbers work. We were able to walk out of that place with the vehicle my wife had her eye on. These guy were not just a typical salesman, they were definitely sales consultants and laid out all of our options and were very transparent during the whole process. I went to a dealership 5 minutes from my home to purchase a vehicle and could not make a deal on the vehicle I wanted but was able to test drive which lead to my online searching.My experience was awesome from picking the vehicle I wanted online to pricing. My deal was handle effortlessly by Jarvais. Everything was done through online and phone. First let me say that we had probably the best salesperson we have ever come across, Mr. Trayvoin Coates and he is the reason we are giving All Star a 5. We were in the market for an 18 Pacifica Hybrid. While visiting our family in LA over Thanksgiving we discovered All Star had one so we called and arranged to come in to see it. Trayvoin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the hybrid features. (A lot of salesman dont take the time to learn about the hybrids but he made sure he knew his product). He arranged for an appraisal of our Honda Odyssey while we test drove the Pacifica. Im blind in one eye so I use monocular cues in driving. Trayvoin made sure I was comfortable and helped me adjust and make the most of the vans features to aid me. By the time we got back we had a trade in offer. We got a fair deal on both the trade and the purchase. Our paperwork with financing took longer than we would have liked because they were short staffed but there was no hard sell on extras which we appreciated. Since we needed to get on the road to travel cross country Tray made sure we had everything ready to go. He also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and our cross country trip home went without a hitch.

I was very upset after my experience with another dealership and Josh made sure that I got the service and repairs for my vehicle needed DONE!! 2019 Ram Limited has spent 2 months out of the 24 months that I’ve owned it in the shop at All Star. They’ve ordered the wrong parts (twice!), “forgot” to change oil, “forgot” to rotate tires, etc...the list goes on! Now it’s back in the shop there and they can’t even tell me what’s wrong this time. And it’s been there since Monday!!! It’s Thursday at 3:15 as I write this. Worse of all is it’s still under warranty!!!I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m so tired of their “I don’t care” attitude!
