Honest and loyal. He may sometimes be a bit expensive but he does not lie or cheat his customers. As a female Ive delt with shops who thought they could get away with stuff just because they thought I was to dumb to know the difference. Mr Randy has never made me feel like that. Even if I was to move away from Watson, I would still make the drive to have people I trust work on my car.

Best automotive shop around in my opinion. The staff were extremely nice and proficient in their craft. I went in for 2 tires and they were the only shop around that offered same day turnaround. I got there and it turned out i needed new control arms as well as tie rod ends. Mr. Randy took me into the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and how it would do no good to replace the tires and not the other components. He quickly got a quote together for me and I was astonished to see it wasnt through the roof. It was extremely reasonable, in fact, and even with the extra labor and work they still had it done before closing time the same day. I will definitely be back with my business from now on with all my vehicles. Fantastic service at a fantastic price!!

Great price on 4 wheels mounted and balanced with a brake change. Tires feel good at speed. It took about 2 hours to complete. Would recommend.

Randy earned my trust, big time.My steering wheel was wobbling, and my front tires were going bald, figured Id take care of both problems. I told him flat out I dont know much and that I googled about the wobbly steering wheel - 3 different possible causes. I described it to him, that it wobbled even at a crawling speed. He knew right away it was a tire separating. Told me to run my hand across the front right tire, sure enough one side was higher than the other.So all I needed was two new tires, which I was planning on anyway. I stupidly gave him 3 different options to screw me over, and he didnt take any of them. Yup, Randy earned another loyal customer, Ill be going back for sure.Also, they have a dog and a cat just chilling around.

Very nice employees, I just needed them to check my tires, had low tire pressure, had a nail and they had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I just walk in and they get someone on it. They do some mechanical work, not all kinds.

They were suppose to do a wheel alignment on my car, the steering wheel was not straight a d now the inside edge of my right tire is gone. One star is more then they deserve.
