Went to get a BUFFALO CHICKEN QUESADILLA and didnt get one! Not only the 3 people making the food took forever but they did not make it right, I ended with a regular CHICKEN QUESADILLA, not buffalo sauce at all. Didnt go back because I was driving went I found out my order was wrong!!

I had a horrible experience. I got our out of and went to get some food. I wanted for 20 min for my 2 subs. I understand you know it gets busy. Both subs were wrong so I called to see what they would do. I had the miss-pleasure of talking to Gina. Who not only did fix their mistakes also hang up on me. Very disappointed.

How difficult is it to keep receipt paper in the gas pumps? Every time I go to this store for gas, I have to go inside to get a receipt. And worse part is the employees dont care! I am no longer going to this store for gas.

Wawa is a great gas station I go there every day two or three times a day I am always welcomed and helped by the staff they know exactly what my order is every day I go in and more importantly how I like it. The general manager Christopher is always nice, helpful and knows his everyday customers along with the great associates Katrina and Jayki they are what you call great customer service at its finest! If both employees working night shift werent rude about the pronunciation of the french word croissant well maybe would have been a good review. Not only they where rude saying they didnt know what my mother said they tried to correct it with the wrong pronunciation anyway🤡. Just mad because there was just no reason for being rude.

The wrost coffee there is around is at this location!!For 100 miles ! Unfortunately, I have to write this 1 star review. It seems like Wawa is short staffed at night, which is truly unfortunate. Im sure its not the employees fault in itself but the night time supervisors rude attitude reflects that frustration and in turn reflects bad on the company. At least she shows up, I guess...

Made an online order through the website. within 5 minutes I received notifications that my order was ready to pick up and to head inside to the food area to pickup my order. I went to the counter an informed one of the food workers behind the counter that I was there to pick up an online order. I gave them name and order number, the person told me they didnt see it to give them a minute so they could finish the orders in front of me and they would help. normally I dont mind waiting, but there was a somewhat constant flow of people coming in putting in new orders. but I waited patiently as people were coming and going. about 20 minutes went by before I went back to the counter and asked about my order again. the guy asked for my name again. there was an order for someone with my name but it wasnt the food I ordered. again I was told to please wait so other orders could be filled. I waited 10 more minutes as people would come in put in and order and have that order filled. I finally decided to just leave and go somewhere else to get food.

So happy they have wawa in Florida now!! Best place to go for sandwiches and anything you need

After a couple days travel, I stopped at this place. after seeing its size, I naturally assumed it had a shower. After glancing it, I stated there was no shower system. Nitwit behind the counter answered, Whats a shower system

Clean but food counter needs to pay attention to there costumers for mine was sitting out ready and no one even came to see if that person was there

Pretty decent. Customer service sometimes is lacking but not usually. I still prefer the Wawa in Orange City as they tend to have more of the things I want to buy in stock more often but this one is good for getting something quick since its closer to where I live.

I stop by this morning to have some coffee. On 3/8/2021 @ 8 am and I must say I tried 3 different favors and they all tasted the same like burned toasteThe favor was very bad!!!!!

I can get my morning supplies at any convenience store, I don’t come here because it’s the cheapest, I come here because it is the friendliest way to start my day. Especially Rich, always smiling and positive, so many places have lost that human touch of being kind to one another and I come here because it’s still present. Thank you Rich for starting my day with a positive attitude!

Was ny favorite place for a sandwich, that is until this COVID mess. Now you can see maskless folks walking around the food areas, drinks, and even at checkout line 4 out of 5 maskless. No enforcement of mask usage for patrons, out of gloves for the gas pumps, and no hand sanitizer pumps near the dame gas pumps. Just doing the minimum requirement and nothing else. Sad disappointment.

It’s a gas station that sells gas with good options for a quick grab and go plus more. Has a Tesla super charger on site, not crowded.

Everytime I visit this store I am amazed at how unclean it is. The coffee bar is always messy and not stocked (no lids, no creamer, no napkins). The deli has a very limited selection and sometimes a very long wait time. Management really needs to keep a better eye on this store, especially during this pandemic.

Good place to go for lunch, lines move fast and they open more registers when a line develops.

Long embarrassing story short, hubby and I goofed on something had to call into the store thinking the store made an error. Jason was manager on duty and provided excellent customer service even after it was actually our error! Thank you for your time and great customer service Jason!

Sure does beat Racetrack across the street. Here you will find much better coffee and here they have food too and at Racetrack you only will find stale hotdogs and cold coffee which taste a few days old. And the service at wawa is 100 percent much better too then you would find at Racetrack ...In my option I would not go to Racetrack for nothing !!That is my advice to you stay with the winning team stay with wawa !! You will be much happier that you did in the long run !! Have a wawa kind of Day !!

The 1st time it happened I let it go, but the 2nd time was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a meatball sub on both occasions from the app I downloaded, order accepted, funds from my apple pay withdrawn with email confirmation. Each time I went to the pick-up counter to retrieve my sandwich I’m met with an apology that starts off like this, “I’m sorry we don’t have any meatballs, but I can make you anything else right now”. The gentleman last night who gave me my refund, which took about 15 minutes tried to tell me they only get meatballs early in the morning and that’s why this happened. I’m deleting their app as soon as I press submit on this review. No more WaWa for me. Huge disappointment and inconvenience TWICE!

Wawa is a great place. However today on a time sensitive trip north, I stop at this wawa for breakfast and lost 45 minutes due to waiting on food. Jennifer, the associate working in the kitchen was doing a great job doing the best she could but was getting no support from her manager who seemed more interested in getting his buddy free food than helping his staff. I worked at wawa for 2 and a half years and I know this is not company policy. I will continue coming to Wawa, as this is not the norm for the company, but very frustrated with this experience.

Anything and everything you could expect from a gas station and more. The food options are innovative and delicious, though the wait time is unreasonable currently. I hope as they are open longer it improves. The gas prices are basically the lowest in the area as well. I will stop here again when Im out this way.

I go to Wawa Deltona location almost every morning around 5:30 am. They never have the hot break fast by the cash register ready. Than I go to the computer to choose something else and what I want is never unlock wish is the scramble eggs bowl. This morning I choose a burrito and I got a tiny egg in a bowl.Thanks for not having everything available for you customers.

Ok two times I have went to the deltona location that they have completely messed up my order and of course no one around to complain to because they won’t answer the phone!!! And it can’t be the time of day because the first time was 2 in the afternoon and the second was a late Friday night and both times was hands down terrible and completely messed up. Friday night was doing good to even find an employee to make the food we ordered and even then they completely messed it up!! Am super annoyed with this location and when I have emailed corporate the only thing they suggested was for me to download their app???

Wawa is the best convenient store hands down. Only thing that sucks is that at some locations they lock the beer coolers to prevent theft. They design the stores with a front and rear entrance/exit which is convenient but theifs park in the back and come right in the back and steal the beer and haul butt out the back so I see as to why some locations lock the coolers up. Other than that they have amazing subs, smoothies, shakes, and a variety of quality foods. They even have some Non-GMO snacks and soy milk alternative for the conscious coffee lovers. Kudos to Wawa for setting a higher standard on convenient stores today.

I just spent 90 bucks on food ice and other things I pick up my sandwiches and I asked the girl to put in carry bag she says no they are only for our pickup and delivery customers. So I have to schlep out 4bags. And a bag of ice.

I was trying to recycle some plastic bottle and containers. The employee that was collecting the trash told me just to let you know..it doesnt matter which recycle bin you put it in..it goes in one trash compactor along with the other trash so no WaWa dont really recycle!

This is the only Wawa that I’ve been to multiple times where I have to go inside to get a receipt for pumping gas every time i use the pump there’s no receipt on the outside they force you to go inside join a long line for a receipt.

No barista this moring which I found out after I ordered and paid for my coffee, when I went to get my order at the coffee center there is no one there and I asked the employee at the food center about if my coffee was going to be a while she said yes and offered no help with my situation. I went back to the cashier and asked for a refund and even that seemed like a chore trying to find someone that was able to approve that. This is terrible customer service. No one seemed to care that they didnt have the proper help in place to serve customers. Also while paying for my items the cashier was conversing with a customer he knew and was using profanity, very unprofessional not the place i would bring my family to. I will not return to this wawa there is a racetrac across the street that is great. Thought I would give wawa a try and they blew it.
