I buy vapes for my brother who lives in NY. (The flavored vapes are banned in that state.) Everytime Ive been there, the employees have been super friendly and knowledgeable. I dont vape so I depend on their recommendations. They always recommended great flavors.

Overpriced.As far as them being nice yes their underpaid employees are nice, thats why they get paid and why the store got the star.Every open business pays their employees to be nice, so as a consumer thats not why I rate a store that sells products.Nectar collector for 26.99 in store, on amazon for $9.99One for $70 in store, on Amazon for $17.99Best prices my butt lol. Theyre robbing you practically on everything except papers, and even theyre overpriced because who can overcharge on papers more then 75 cents?Puffco plus chamber $50 in store.On website puffco $35.Probably not the only items neither.

Besides it being the best priced for Tobacco products the worker Melinda is so very friendly, nice and amazing! I wish there was more workers like her. She is well educated and always answers my questions to the fullest. Not only is she amazing but the owner is as well. Clean environment and always spotless. Love this store and the workers are very knowledgeable about their products. The young woman who works there is very sweet and kind and the owner, Lino, will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy. If they dont have a product you want they will go out of their way to try to get it for you. Best smoke shop in the city, wouldnt spend my money anywhere else!

The girl behind counter was very nice. I purchased air spray. Not good smell it was Blunt Power..... didnt like it I will stick with Blunt Effects, they smell great.

Small family run place. The man who runs it is friendly and keeps my vape juice in stock at a good price. Its close to home so I will definitely be there again. I have been many times over the last several months so I am satisfied.

Not sure why they have 4.3 stars. They dont stand by their products. Bought a battery on Saturday, after the lady said I would love it, quit working by Wed night. Went back Thurs morning, the man said cant do anything about it, I would have to buy a new one. Unfortunately this was not the first time this happened, I had another one quit after two days. Had to buy another then too, so I went to Vaporized (better quality and service). I will not go back to this store.

We also carry a nice variety of incense and all natural herbs including a generous variety of kratom products! The staff is very happy to answer any questions and we try to accommodate our customers needs :)I’d just like to add that yes, we do have a policy that is no exchange, refunds or returns we are a family run business we are not a big corporation like Walmart. We apologize this and we do help when we can, we are not bad people you just have to communicate in a timely manner as once a product leaves our store we have no idea what could have happened to it. Ive made several purchases over the years and I would say im long time customer. Ive always recommend this store and my last purchase was lets say defective by this I mean the downstem that was sold with this product was too long and mishaped and had caused a crack on the inside and started to leak just a day after buying and using literally 3 light uses. I get there are no returns or exchanges but this was no way shape or form my doing it was simply a bad product that was recommended by the employee at the time. As I was waiting the same products I was looking at were checked and had downstems that were too long and the employee said thats what caused it. A discount for something new or not doesnt make it right. Its basically me paying double for the same thing 🤷🏼‍♂️ sorry but in this circumstance the faulty product should be chalked up as credit towards something new because now Im out on the money I paid and feel as though Ive been ripped off by one of my favorite shops. Needless to say I will not be returning due to this its just not a cool thing to do in this situation when Im clearly not at fault.

Great spot for kratom. They carry it in capsules and powder. They now carry the empty gel caps and the capsule making machine for the ease of use.

I would give it zero if I could. The staff snuck a CBD oil cap in our order we didnt even want worth 35 bucks, so I walked right back in before even leaving the parking spot to tell them it must have been a mistake. They said oh well they dont do refunds. so I tried to explain to them we dont use those or have any need for it and it was a lot more money then we could afford to just call it a loss. She said we can do an exchange but when I said okay and started to look around she said it was opened, so not only did they sneak in there but then tried to get me with lying about it being open when it was clearly sealed! I literally walked right back in after I got it I definitely didnt open it or want it.. these people robbed us and were rude as hell about it, my husband had to go in and literally show them it was still closed.. Im never coming back, there are more and better shops than this, their merchandise wasnt even good quality anyway. This place is garbage

Came into this place to get juul pods and got 1 pack that leaks and another one that’s expired. this place is disgusting and should be shut down. any expired products should be taken off the shelves to not be sold because there is also a no return policy so i just purchased literal garbage. thanks, i hate it.
