If I could give this place a NEGATIVE ZERO I MOST DEFINITELY WILL!!!The older gentleman is so rude and nasty. The mask sign on the door is so miss leading. It says thank you for wearing your maskNOT THAT IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE!!! They make up prices on everything. I have only gone there because it was convenient, NEVER AGAIN, I would rather drive the few extra miles. These people give UPS a bad name. They need to CLOSE THIS PLACE!!😑

After waiting 5 minutes on the line they turn me away because I dont have a mask instead of just scanning my package. Doesnt make sense to enforce a mask policy after I had been on line and was ready to be served and leave. Horrible customer service will be using one of the many other drop off locations that dont enforce arbitrary rules. RUDE STAFF. I will never use this location again.

Do not go to this store! The owner is disgusting and impolite. UPS should really be careful with who they allow to franchise their business. I used to always come here because the son is very personable and nice, but the father ( owner) is just rotten. He should consider passing the business down to the son. I would literally never ever go back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. I would rather drive a littler further to get better service. You should too!

I just went into the store as I do often, and upon walking in was sharply told that I needed to wear a mask or leave. I said I didn’t have a mask on my person.. as it’s not a requirement and I was confused because there wasn’t a sign on the door stating that masks are required. The sign on the store just says that they are wearing masks for protection. I went back to my car and grabbed a mask came back inside and said I really didn’t appreciate the way that they spoke to me and then it was very unclear based on the sign that they were requiring masks. If they are going to require masks (as they have a right to do given that they are private business) not only should there be a clear sign, but they should ask people politely. The owner started to raise his voice - I said he was yelling, and the other guy interjected saying he’s not yelling he has a loud voice he seen him yell?!! totally inappropriate way to talk to a customer. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. I thought that I had a good relation with them even knowing one by name Eugene. I continued to explain why I didn’t appreciate the way they were treating me and why it was confusing, and he said I could take my business elsewhere that I didn’t have to go there. I am just floored that a business owner would talk to somebody this way. No problem - I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere. I can see now why you all have such horrible reviews on here.

If I can rate negative stars I would, the customer service is terrible, people working there didn’t even get up off there chairs to help and when we didn’t have masks they refused to help as it is not a Florida state requirement and we asked if they had any which they should if they as a store are requiring it they made us leave and just sat in there chairs. So RUDE! I don’t even know how they stay in business, I will never come here ever again, UPS should put this store out of business for even using there name, I would never want people like that representing my company the way they do.

The owner is extremely RUDE. I was bringing at least 10 boxes a day labeled already. Sometimes I just needed help in the door with their handcart. They make a big deal about helping and always says nasty things. The son is nice when he is there. I now drive out of my way so I dont have to go there. The father gives the worst customer service

These guys were efficient and friendly. I havent had as much fun in a store since the last time I was at a comedy club. Seriously - all business - but they know how to make the best of it. They were amazing! Next time Im having a bad day - Im going to go there just to spend time with this crew. I may even mail myself an empty box just to have an excuse to go!!!!! Yes this is a serious post. It costs nothing to make someone smile or laugh. These guys get it!Happy Holidays!

Do NOT go to this store.This location is an independently owned franchise store. The UPCHARGE they attempted to charge me on a priority flat rate envelope was 100% more than the cost reflected on line at USPS. And when I questioned them- the owner told me USPS just raised their rates- I ship constantly, and am aware of the price increase ( it was cents not dollars)They prey off of uninformed customers*I was weary because I watched the owner suggest an option that was not the cheapest way to ship” that the customer In front of me asked for.I have no issues paying for convenience.But this is outrageous.

This store makes up its own hours. You may arrive to find a piece of paper taped to window with an update regarding their new closing time and employees inside telling you their closed. Don’t count on them!

I dont recommend using this store if you can help it.I should have checked the price to have a document notarized before having it done. Shame on me.I was shocked when I was charged $10. I was told by a very rude older man that I can bring it up with the governer.He also stated you people never want to pay anything. Not sure who you people are. Maybe a senior citizen. Maybe a white lady. Or maybe a fellow human being. I googled notary prices and read that the MAX that can be charged in Florida is $10. So he chooses to charge the maximum. His perogative, but no excuse for his behavior. Called other places after the fact and the lowest was $5 and highest $7 other than this store. Will never go there again. There are lots of UPS stores nearby. Lesson learned.

From the get go the older gentleman at this store was rude. He simply wanted me to pay the highest rate and get out of his store. I had to ask him repeatedly for the different options to ship something in a trackable fashion. He was very rude and the opposite of what is expected for customer service. He didn’t want to be bothered with me so he took the next customer which gave me time to look things up online for other alternatives. Very rude! And I’ve been going there for years for my mailing services. You never know what you’re going to get nice or rude so you’re better off going to a different UPS store!

So grateful for this location - I had to return a mattress and had little help. The African American gentleman was good natured, helpful and even helped me get the mattress in. Always a pleasant surprise when someone goes out of their way! Thank you!

I absolutely find this service at this store wonderful day young man that usually manage the counter is so nice I am 75 years old and disabled if I call he will come out to my car and left my package out for me. I can never remember his name right but I won’t ever forget his smile .He is clean the store is clean his personality is nice and he is always helpful I don’t know what the other people’s experiences are but mine have been great and this is my store.

Very friendly team working in this store. I dont need anything from the store usually and I mostly only drop larger UPS boxes, and the manager is always helping and giving advice on proper shipping.The store is in excellent condition with convenient parking all around.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!!! I ship 10-15 boxes per day for my business. Never use this store but I was in the area today. Dropped off my boxes as I normally do and the man at the desk says I have to wait for all of my boxes to be scanned (which I do not unless I want a receipt). I told him they are all labeled and good to go. Thanked him and began to leave. He then said I at least have to put them up on the counter 1 by 1 for him to scan in. Keep in mind this UPS store offers free pickup to anywhere nearby. So I said, you will pick them up from my house for free but refuse to lift them 2ft off the ground? He told me to go f*** myself. Safe to say I will never use this store again. Use the one on linton and federal! They are awesome!

Jean was rude and tried to overcharge me. Further, I saw him take a customers money and put it directly in his pocket(?). The manager was also very rude, unreasonable, and inarticulate. I If you dont want to be ripped off, dont go there .

I was hesitant to go to this particular store because of its low rating and the fact that there were 2 other stores I could have gone to. But this was the most convenient so I went for it. The man was so helpful and courteous, he even helped me bring my boxes to my car. Im not sure why people gave this store low ratings, but my experience was positive and if I lived in the area I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST UPS store EVER!!! I have been in two separate occasions thought the first was a fluke- turns out they are just rude and unprofessional. This second time I was there to pick up and drop some things off. The guy basically made me buy a box then tried to give me a box that was obviously too big, and I simply said β€œi think that box is too big let’s try to fit it all on a smaller box if I don’t need to pay for it I would rather not” he treated me like I was trying to tell him how to do his job! Then he says he normally charges to tape the box but wouldn’t. I had to call amazon to increase the weight limit for my returns so he had an older guy help me, (he was the one I had issues with last time). Immediately he had an attitude, I asked how come we couldn’t put everything in one box and put the return label on the outside? I’m telling you when I asked the question (obviously I know NOTHING about shipping). He started yelling at me basically making it seem like I was out of my mind! Instead of explaining it to me he was rude and said i was being difficult! Lol! I have a recording of him yelling at me then basically telling me he was the owner!! I will NEVER come back again!!

The guy behind the counter on Saturday, September 21, is rude. He wouldn’t scan all of the items that needed to be returned to AT&T. He yelled at me: β€œAll you people, are the same, you think you know what needs to be done. I know my job and you are wrong.” People like that should not be allowed to work in an industry where they have to interact with customers. He should be fired! He should have calmly explained to me what needed to be done instead of yelling at me when I asked him for a receipt for the other items.

The owner, Joseph is the first rude person I have encountered since I relocated to South Florida. He insisted on charging me for taping a small box for UPS drop-off. He was very curt with two other customers as well. I went to a nearby UPS Store less than a mile away on Atlantic and Military and they cheerfully taped the box; they do not charge for same. The is another gentleman who has been working there whose name I dont know who was very nice. Nevertheless I wouldnt recommend this store. Nasty owner who should not be working in customer service.

They definitely price gouge. I would not recommend this location. They will steal your money just for you to send a package. They also charge you to put a piece of tape on your box. After I was overcharged for taping my box I noticed that the guy didnt input the transaction or money in the register, he actually kept the money and I saw him put it in his pocket. It was very disturbing. Do not go here.

Now I know why the reviews are terrible. I went in to print a copy of a UPS label and I was told it would be 5.00 plus whatever he said for the copy. Absolutely disgusting . Fed ex, staples and office max charge less than .25 to email a document to print. Advice, avoid at all costs, no pun intended.

I drove all the way here after confirming their hours were until 5:00 p.m.. I checked it on the UPS site, the Amazon site, and Google maps just to be sure. When I arrived here they had a cheesy sign in the window that said closing early today due to covid 19. Thats a lot of BS for sure and they dont deserve to have people come all the way here to visit their store if they take that attitude.

I arrived to the UPS store, that was completely trashed, boxes everywhere and completely unorganized. I asked the manager to print invitations on 110lb paper and the manager rudely laughs and says that is impossible it would be the width of cardboard in front of all other customers and employees. I tell him I have already gone to another UPS before and had it done on this paper, he starts shuffling through his messy store and cannot find the correct paper. He was speaking rudely to all employees and customers, I would NEVER return to this store and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Identical package, days and addresses. Joseph wanted 7x the money. This practice is probably ongoing and he’s being reported as we speak. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Thieves working at the store, sent a package from this store, never got a tracking as promised. UPS didnt deliver the package, they sent it back and they said the store has to process the refund and the manager doesnt want to do it. Not every ups store is the same, this one charged my medium box shipping $20+ more than we checked with UPS site. I went to another UPS got the price similar to the site gave. Since we did not want shipping there the owner charged us tap fee. He asked one dollar for each tap.We certainly very disappointed with the UPS.
