I sincerely suggest going elsewhere. I placed an order for a handle bar set from Motorcycle Ave about a month and a half ago. The handle bars are German made and were expected to take a month, at most, to arrive. During the initial phone call the salesman, Gabe, took my name and product info but said hed call back in five minutes or Monday (it was a Friday) to get my credit card info, he never called back. After this initial call I havent been able to get him on the line. He refuses to speak with me and has had the receptionist tell me he was busy or on the other line. Two weeks ago I was told they were ordered and would be in by today. Now a month and a half after the initial call, on the day they were to be in, I called to see if they arrived. They didnt even have my name in the system. The order was never placed and Gabe was too busy to talk. I have had to hunt them down to try to give them business but apparently they are so successful they didnt need my patronage.TL;DR - I tried to order a part and the head of sales (Gabe) never placed the order like he said he did. Its a month and a half of waiting for nothing.

About 4 weeks ago, I bought a motorcycle for fathers day for my husband. They were very helpful in all the procedure was very smooth. Also the owner is awesome he treated us very friendly and kind, he answered all the questions and also the lady that I dont remember her name sorry I am very bad with names she was awesome with me and the crew. Thank you so much for the service and definitely recommend MOTORCYCLE AVE to everyone. Thank you again and YES!! I have a very happy and content husband and best father in the this world.

Nice new place for motorcycle enthusiasts, I went there to check out a scooter for my son and ended up buying a bike and some accessories as well. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They also took care of my financing on the spot! Very easy.I liked it and will be back when is time to trade the bike again!

I went to check out this place. Being a rider from up north. I wanted to finally get a bike here in Florida. Saw a few bikes i liked outside their store. When I went in the guy at the counter didnt even greet me. I had to say Hi first to initiate a conversation. All the guy did was nod and say hey. Really bad initial first impression. Then I walk around the small little shop looking at barely nothing, expecting the guy to ask if I need help looking for anything. Yet.. Still nothing. So i try to initiate a conversation again, about the bikes outside, he didnt answer my question and i asked another question Is that all the bikes you have and i get 1 word answer. yaI was ready to buy a bike and some gear. This place lost out on huge sale.

Went in for some parts and a tune-up on my scooter. Normally I go to a scooter shop in Lake Worth Or Boca. I was happy to see a shop open right near my home so I went in for a simple oil change kit and some other parts.The guy at the counter either knew nothing about scooters or he was putting on a pretty good act.Total losers and I cant wait to see them go out of business so maybe a real store could open up with kind people who give a damned about the customer and dont act like jerks.Please dont waste your time going there they have no clue about scooter motorcycles or business. I am sure they got some money from daddy and decided to open a shop.I am sure that anyone who puts up a positive review is either a relative or paid actor...Anyone with any questions about where to go to find great service is more than welcome to email me anytime as I would never want anyone to give these morons a single dime when there are great local businesses who go out of their way to make the customer happy. These guys are jerks as has been posted and they deserve zero business.

Their Customer satisfaction is very fine.They give a chance to customer express their opinion for any kind of product.

I spent sometime on Delray Beach, FL on vacations and I rented some scooters to me and my friends on MotorcycleAve. Those guys really know about scooters and they helped me to choose scooters. The shop is pretty clean and has many stuff from offroad and street bike apparel. If I return to Delray Beach Again, sure Ill come back to MotorcycleAve.
