I went there because I thought my back tire had some kind of defect. Called Bob and he helped me immediately. I dropped off the bike and Bob quoted me with installation $30 less than the retail price for the tire alone. So that was cool. The tire was supposed to come in today and I get a call from Bob, telling me that my tire was actually completely fine and what we thought was a defect was infact normal. So long story short, he charged me nothing at all and he had every opportunity to rip me off because I would not have known one way or the other. That to me shows what a class act and gentlemen he is. I will be a lifetime customer.

They tell you one price to put two tires on, then when you get there to pay its almost double the price. Piss poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend...

So. I took my bike with 6,500 to have it serviced. Check vales for adjustment and anything else that would require servicing at 6, 000 miles. The chubby guy says to me that he does not do that, its a dealer service and it takes several hour for the service. I said OK and walked out. So this is a motorcycle repair shop but they dont do a simple valve adjustment. Im just glad that I found this out before I brought the bike in for any repairs.
