The ice cream as always was delicious and the staff was nice. Of course we got a blizzard and they flipped it upside down which was the best part!!!

Good milkshake. Same as I remember as a kid. Used to hang out at the DQ on Elm Road in Warren, OH. I remember them having good onion rings as well. Long time ago.

I went to get ice cream and I saw the worker see a roach and the worker just stepped on it and wiped it across the floor. this place is infested with insects and the workers don’t care. Whoever owns this place has to be at home 24/7 because they clearly aren’t aware what is going on or they are mentally ill and don’t know how to run a franchise.

You lost three customers tonight. We turned right around and left as soon as we saw the Masks mandatory to enter signs on the door. Youre about nine months behind the times.

This establishment requires masks and limits occupancy to a maximum of 2 parties even though no government organization mandates such draconian restrictions. Take your business elsewhere!

The cleanliness, prompt customer service, professionalism, and the teamwork it took the 3 young ladies to fulfill my one order in a short amount of time. My blizzards stood at attention when it was upside down just the way Dairy Queen intended it to in their business plan. I gigantic medium size cherry dip cone was perfectly cover to a beautiful matte finish. Thank for a great experience. Every little detail for your successful establishment and crew is appreciated. My familys first New years treat for 2021 was ab-so-freaking-lutely amazing to my tastebuds and from the length of the this review, displays my genuine satisfaction. Enjoy!

10/10/20 so at 9:52 i got the craving for ice cream googled dairy because they are the only late night ice cream shop close to me FAye answered, I begged can i please order something i literally live across the street she said sure but of course i order something that needed bananas, they didnt have banana for my blizzard i got worried cause i only ordered the banana split blizzard. I told her on the phone whatever you have i will take what i can, Faye was awesome enough to name off the options off blizzards they offered TWICE and other option on the menu. and literally minutes before closing at 10 gave her my order even asked a question about sizes and what she recommended.. gave her my order haul skins to dairy and it was made and ready for me. THANK YOU FAYE my son and I are enjoying our blizzards...

Of course one of the best places for a lactose intolerant person to get their fix. The only complaint that I can possibly muster is for the extremely long lines. Be ready to wait up to at least 10 to 15 minutes on average. But of course this is South Florida and theres not another one around for another 13 miles so yeah. And honestly its not the fault of the hard-working staff on the inside its just that a lot of people want ice cream.

Great cone! But they literally sent ppl out the door at 10:01 PM. I get that they technically close at 10 PM, but they shouldve accommodated those customers, especially since there were still ppl inside waiting for their ice cream. Not cool DQ 👎🏼

My order was prepared incorrectly. When I called the store, the girl who answered hung up on me. Then, I called again and she implied that I was lying. When I asked to speak to a manager she said one was not available. When I asked for her name she hung up on me again. I called 3 times later that day and she continued to answer, tell me there was no manager, and hang up on me. Ive been there many times and have never had issues. Its sad that one employee can destroy my experience and make me never order from there again. My company orders from there once a week and its sad that my problem was never addressed and the customer service was horrible. I wouldve given zero stars but it makes me put a minimum of one.

Best dairy queen ever.

My experience here was nice! The staff was pleasant and patient! They have lots of selections, so it wasnt easy to decide on just one Blizzard! Dairy Queen is my favorite place to go for an ice cream treat, so I recommend it to EVERYBODY! Also, the inside as well as the outside are well maintained. The inside was neat and clean. I didnt use the restroom, so I cant comment on that. But just by seeing how nice and clean the inside of the eatery was, I can only assume that the restrooms are just as clean! I will definitely go again!

The last two times I’ve gone to this location, it’s been a bad experience. The first time, I ordered the slushy and it wasn’t frozen at all so I asked for another, and same thing. They offered to make me a smoothie instead, which tasted like pure syrup and was completely undrinkable, so I gave up and didn’t get my money back. A few weeks later I decided to try again, and this time my slushy was frozen, but it had brown specks all in it. It appeared to be some sort of dirt or mold. I didn’t realize until I had already drank some, but again lost my money. It is such a disappointment since I’m a long time Dairy Queen customer!

The kids who work here are fast. Ive been going here for years & even when theres a long line, I never wait too long or get impatient because theyre moving quick. You cant beat a Blizzard!

I like this cute little store; the people who work there are very friendly and nice, and do a good job. I’d like to see two improvements from the owner: 1. an expanded lunch menu. 2. Definitely more effort into making the pizza cakes, having more variety available to its frequent customers who enjoying going there.

Good ice cream, nothing special like gelato or anything like that. The atmosphere is a bit so so and its not really a place where you can sit and eat. They do have tons of awards hanging on the wall about how good they are though.

3 people behind the counter only 1 working

First time there from cape May new jersey. Dairy queens in Jersey serve upside banana splits. Had to show them how its done. Should put it on their menu they sell alot in Jersey

If You like soft ice cream you cant go wrong. The only problem is they seem to be very understaffed usually just one person. I never get upset at the worker its not their fault, theres no reason to blame them with hateful words I blame the franchise owner. Its Dairy Queen that says it all you see the commercials 15 times A-day.

We had been seeing commercials for a bacon cheeseburger and a mini blizzard for $4. We finally went to DQ to have our treat and will greatly disappointed when we were told they do not prepare food, IE burgers. My disappointment will extend to further not using DQ at all ever. Fortunately there was a Five Guys right down the block and I had the most delicious bacon cheeseburger and french fries. You can always count on Five Guys for a great burger and fantastic fries

This location is a bare bones storefront that could use a merchandiser to promote the great DQ line. This location should consider the new LED menu boards. The existing boards are old, cluttered and do not adequately promote the product.

This location is ridiculous. They never have anything in stock. If you ever want the blizzard special, DO NOT go to this location!Last time they were out of what we wanted. Gave them a second chance and went back tonight. AGAIN, they are out. This time they ran out of truffles for the triple truffle blizzard. Seriously?!? Absolutely ridiculous to run out considering its the monthly special!

Been going to this DQ forever. Ice cream is always good, just wish the place looked a bit cleaner to say the least. Not sure of the names of the guys, but the same two guys I have seen for awhile now and are always nice and friendly to whoever walks in. They do remember what people like which is nice.

It was a rainy night but the workers were cordial and my Blizzard was sooo tasteful!!!

Perhaps we just went on a bad day but two of the machines we really needed were broken. My son was traveling with us and a group of other kids and he happens to be allergic to milk and milk products. So in this case we go for the sugary drinks without cream in them. Both machines which could provide service were down. Maybe this was just bad timing but it was kind of a downer. Otherwise the other kids had great desserts and even hot dog and a chili dog without problem. The people were courteous behind the counter and very professional. I think I only give it 3 stars because the machines are broken.

You have to try their soft serve. It is outstanding. Takes you back to your childhood!

Well after giving them a second chance... thats IT. They are out of vanilla ice cream (REALLY????)... they chocolate ice cream is not cold enough... they tired to dip it in chocolate... but it would not TAKE properly. We took a few bites/licks and threw out cones away.The place looks outdated, dirty and employees are not the most professionals.

As other reviewers have said the entire place is very outdated and between the all white tile and the dim blue tinted lights, i feel like im in a operating room straight out of a horror movie. Also it does not seem to be the cleanest place. Unlike any other Dairy Queen I have been to, they dont serve any food except for a hot dog which i wouldnt eat. I got a peek of the hot dog station and it is a bag of grocery store rolls and one of those cheap packets of hot dogs, its probably fine but i wouldnt spend money on something that i could go buy at the grocery store myself for much less money. With all of that being said their ice cream is still the same Dairy Queen quality as anywhere else, so I will return here for the ice cream but mainly because it is the only one within a reasonable distance.
