Big selection of ice cream and sundaes. The soft serve is delish! Friendly and informative staff. Got the cappuccino soft serve with chocolate crunch. Loved the spill proof cover that they had on my come, it really prevented that unwanted drip from melted ice cream. I really enjoyed my experience here although they seemed shorthanded. They have outdoor tables available for seating.

My mother and I and my friend that recommend Carvel to me love their Flying Saucers!! Thin wafer really cookie but really skinny and inside chocolate or vanilla rolled in sprinkles are AWESOME!!! Most are half chocolate and half vanilla. Very few are just all 1 flavor!!The people/kids that work there by themselves are NASTY and IRRITATED!!! You cant ask a question half if them dont know the products!! I was a waitress and worked in stores and we HAD to know most products that were there in stock!!!! Thats long gone!!! And Im NOT over 60 either! Ive asked many times if I could get different flavors and ONE woman answered yes but then went on to say Im too busy!! I asked if I order it she wouldnt even look my way after I asked TWICE!!I have to return because none of food markets offer them only ice cream cakes!!

I walked inside two workers inside taking care of customers. The first girl with orange hair went to the back after she was done with her customer so I waited for other worker to take care of the two customers ahead of me. When it was my turn a man walked in and the girl came out and took care of him. I got a milk shake hocus pocus that was suppose to be thick, not! It was so runny I used the straw because the wasnt working plus I had to ask for the spoon. Very poor customer service with these two workers.

Nothing wrong with service or food products. My issue is being asked to tip when you are giving them credit card. You can choose a percentage, but arent they being paid an hourly wage. Tipping is reserved for persons that make less than minium wage. The owners should take that option off, and those tip jars. Corporate America expects us to pay higher prices for food and such, and then slap us in the face intimidating us to tip. I refuse to tip unless its necessary.

Delicious yogurt cone and the service is impeccable. They are so wonderful at this location and Im so glad we have our Carvel back!!!

They have a loyalty point system that does not work. I got over 4 cakes and only got 37 points. According to the sales person is because they are busy and don’t bother to make sure the points went through. With this type of response I can only assume they could care less about the customers.

Now I understand why you have such poor reviews This was my first experience with my 14 month old grandson first time I take him out for ice cream long line didn’t care I got his I cream I went outside very dirty empty tables no chairs so I go inside sat down with him and he’s happily eating his ice cream when the cashier says to me you can’t eat inside, I replied you have no chairs outside she said I don’t care you can’t be inside I said ok rude I can’t hold him the whole time he’s eating she replied can’t eat inside I said I’ll take my money back and go where I can sit she replied no you ate your ice cream I said clearly the cream hasn’t been touched because we have no where to sit so she shrugged her shoulders and sad oh well !!!!!Great customer service if Carvel can not accomandate they’re clients with enough sitting they should only sell to go.... oh well Next time I will go on the Ave. Plenty of sitting there...thank you so much for the memories of first time ice cream with my grandson

I have been to this carvel multiple times and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always A1. Always looks neat and clean. Ice cream is always prepared perfect. Leslie in particular is a staff member that I always look for when I go. She takes her job seriously and always treats me with respect. If I could give this store 10 stars I would.

Leslie is the best worker there, she’s just amazing! Her energy is magnificent she needs a raise. I love coming to that Carvel not only because of the ice cream, and the shop, but because of Leslie and her amazing service and beautiful heart!

I thought I had posted a review on Benito One before but Benito One is sooo good I dont mind writing it again. OMG, I love Benito One! Ive been to N.Y. a few times and Benito One is a must. Ive had their Chicken Parmesian and Spaghetti and Meatballs. Their tomato sauce has a homemade taste to it that is sensational. When Im done I ask for extra bread to scoop up the leftover sauce. The restaurant is small and fits maybe ten people at one time, but worth the wait. The restaurant looks like a movie set and is cozy. If I ever find myself in N.Y. again Im headed to Benito One on my first night there.

Disgusting service. I walked in, the lady behind the counter immediately shouted at me to leave without reason or hesitation, it was 2 hours before closing. I asked why and she became extremely aggressive and started screaming at me to get out. On that note, I will NEVER be coming here again. Clearly Carvel are hiring high school dropouts with zero social skills.

I had a pretty bad experience with the workers here. I wish they hired better people. My son wanted to get ice cream and pretty much I was already annoyed because his brother already got him ice cream the other day and he was being spoiled already. So I caved in eventually because he wont stop bugging me and I come in this place and the lady was very rude and it really ruined my day. I looked at my son and he was also visibily upset at the whole ordeal so I just decided to head out the place and will never come here again. There was a guy outside who approached me and told me that he had a similar experience about the place and we just had a good chat. My son was in the car this whole time. Overall, I think people should stay away from this place until the workers fix their attitude. Until then, I wont be stepping foot into this establishment. Good day.

Rudest girls cleaning everything with strong smelling chemicals at 9:45 pm. They sd it was Fabuloso which has NO sanitizing purpose, just a cheap overkill air freshener that is completely TOXIC and not what you want your food tasting like. That kind of cleaning should not be done until all customers are gone and shop is closed to avoid asthmatic reactions by customers. Left with no food.

I cant believe the bad customer service i received here tonight........I will never return to disrespect again.

We had a lot of fun on a special two-for-one Sundae promotional day -Wednesday.. There was a line of customers outside but it moved at a fair pace. We all wore masks and social distanced. How can you not love some Carvel on a hot summer day. This brand has been on the market as long as I can remember. The employees were polite and helpful and I loved my ice cream Sundae.

This is the best carvel I’ve been to since I’ve been living in Florida. The best part is that they make fresh cakes everyday. Customer service (especially the one in the red shirt) is top of line and it’s amazing how they juggle customers and online orders. Awesome people!!

When I went to carvel, it was such a great and delicious place. Especially the coconut ice cream, the employees are especially nice and give great customer service especially this one employee Gabriela, she is very patient and kind! I recommend this place! 5/5 stars!

I’ve been to this carvel several times and the employees honestly are so nice and patient.I read some of the bad reviews on here and from a frequent costumer I can tell you the employees put up with a lot of rude costumers who have no manners. I went to Carvel on Saturday, the store was so clean and many ice cream flavors to choose from. A specific employee, I think her name was Isabella, was very helpful and so nice towards my family and I. We will definitely be coming back here!

Yummy ice cream, they have SIX soft serve flavors including pistachio! Love that, the owners are so kind and helpful, the employees are super nice too.

Took the family out for a ride and some ice cream. The strawberry sundae hit the spot and the servers were patient, nice and friendly.

It is 6/16/2020 and whoever was working this evening. A male and female were very rude and rushed us out of the store, they were closing soon but they were still open and rushed to get us out of the door. Won’t be coming back there because of them.
