Mike Dunning was the technician that set up my alarm system and my Sonos speaker system. What we thought would be a straight forward set up ended up taking more time than we thought. Mike had to trace back every Cat 5 and Cat 6 network connection from room to room back the service panel. He even had to location the correct connections to the alarm system. Mike took his time and labeled every connection and had to go so far as to replace network connectors. He was very professional and very informative. He was very helpful in demonstrating the apps on the phone and offering thoughts on future upgrades. I am very grateful for the time Mike spent and the work that he performed.

Jean was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We had a few instances where the app wasn’t working or the box seemed faulty but he figured it out quickly. We would definitely recommend Jean for any home install. Professional and very friendly. He was a great teacher for the new hire Jason and was very patient with him.

I’ve been a Vitek customer since moving into my home 5 years ago - and I was scheduled for an upgrade to a newer system. Like most times when you change something you are always have a little trepidation about something not working right etc. I have to say the entire process from discussing options with sales rep Pax to ordering the equipment to having the equipment shipped to my home prior to the installation was seamless and very efficiently done. However, my service technician who came to my home was OUTSTANDING! His name is Demetris and I was very impressed with his professional, patience, thoroughness, and care he tool while at my home. I had my Smart Home Package, and TVs hung and installed in my new home yesterday. Manny and Demetrius were my technicians and did an outstanding job. Manny and Demetrius always had a mask, gloves, and foot covering on and respected my space. The foot coverings were a bonus and appreciated them for wearing them. My husband and I were shown which apps to download. We were given a tutorial on how to manage the system. The TVs were hung along with AT&T Uverse boxes attached to them, which I did not expect them to do. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and I am truly grateful.

I had Manny come to my house today to setup the alarm. He was wonderful. He went beyond my expectations by making sure we had no wires running across the wall and went into our attic to drop the wires. I didn’t even have to ask him to do this, he suggested it. He was very polite and personable. He went over the alarm with us making sure we understood everything and what all the buttons we need to press and how to understand how the whole system works. He was very patient and kept asking us if we were sure we understood the system before he left.
