I first contacted iHummingbird a few years ago to get advice on home security. They recommended Nest Cam and I now have 4 all around our home. They didnt charge me for that advice but it was very valuable to me and I appreciated it.Years later, our TV broke and we wanted to get something nice to replace it as well as our old surround sound system. They made some recommendations for a simple system with great quality and beautiful design.Install was scheduled and two professionals actually showed up on time. In South Florida! They had it all done in a few hours and everything was done perfectly. Now, 48 hours later, were enjoying our new home theatre.Thanks!

Upon moving to my new condo in downtown Boca I decided to splurge on a built in sound system for music and television throughout my home. Richard Berry and his team at iHummingbird delivered everything that they promised. My sound system is fabulous. I have built - in speakers throughout my apartment and the joy that the music quality gives me has made staying home a pleasure. Although I am a novice with technology and was at first intimidated by what I perceived as complicated operating instructions, Richard showed me how easy it was to make listening to music and enjoying surround sound television possible. Awesome technology company. They did an entire system of TVs, audio, cameras and WIFI/security and everything works seamlessly. They can even fix it over the internet when something goes offline without a home visit in most cases. Reliable and professional.

Richard and his team at iHummingbird provide truly exceptional service. I needed to run optical cables behind walls for two separate TVs. In each case, the technicians at iHummingbird were professional, efficient and extremely fair with their pricing. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to design an audio/video system in my next house.

Great Service, Very Good OutcomeThis was my first time using iHummingbird. They set up the ringing door bells and a radio rack. The workers showed up on time and were respectful of my home. They took their time explaining things and were very knowledgeable. The techs from iHummingbird made vast improvements to a system they had not installed and its great now! I would use iHummingbird again!

Excellent Sales and service. You pay for what you get they say. I could of had it done cheaper but these people were great!! Daniel the Installer and I believe partner in the firm level of service was excellent. He spent as much time as needed to show me how to work the device and then followed up the next day to see how I was doing and if he could answer any more questions! MO one does that these days. Usually they take your money and they are gone.. I will use them again!

I had two Nest thermostats installed, along with initial programming and the iPhone app set up. Richard did a great job, he clearly know his stuff, he made an effort to understand exactly what we were looking for and then made sure that need was met and I understood how to use these products. This is a company I would recommend to friends and family. They have a nice line of automation products and I expect Ill be using them again.

I rarely write reviews but because of the wonderful service I received from Daniel of iHummingbird I wanted to do this. I am using Daniel because he was the person who answered the phone when I called.It became obvious to me in a very short period of time that Daniel was obviously highly qualified and knowledgeable with my computer, phone and camera problems. Anytime Daniel was not sure of what to do he was able to research the answer quickly and in an expeditious manner.Because of this excellent service I have decided to use them on a permanent basis. I was referred to Richard Berrie by Savant. I was told he is an authorized Dealer. Authorized Dealers should NOT ask their clients to pay for upgrades. Apple does NOT charge its users to update software to improve performance! Prior to our first meeting, I had shared that I needed new Sonos, & new Apple TV 4K & AV Receiver with many HDMI outputs. He was asked to bring the items. He did not. He rather chose to troubleshoot. That as a costly visit resulting in nothing more than I needed what I had stated. The Sonos replaced was defective. Richard instead of accepting these mass produced boxes can & often are defective chose to say I cannot please you! I had to call Sonos who confirmed the new item was defective & that Richard should replace for free, as I had already paid him. Richard does not see things as we do. He insisted on being paid AGAIN for programming. Then after installing the Sony receiver, which he refused to read the manual.....errors were made. My Savant stopped controlling several components. That is my universal remote! I think you too would be fed up after spending close to $4000! He told me it is $300 before stepping in your home, because Delray Beach & PBG are 30 minutes away??? You accepted me as a client & never stated this till AFTER the fact! NOW I had an issue over the weekend. I reached out & had done ALL the troubleshooting. Richard called me 2 days later, he did NOT let me speak & rudely hung up on me. He texted he is busy & does not have time to listen! Well his diagnosis of the Comcast box being bad was WRONG! It turns ou that I have a defective Receiver which is NOT reading HDMI!!!! How do you do business when ou are rude, do not listen & think you are always right? I have been correct & was doing my due diligence to get he & I on the same page! He sent a text saying we do not communicate & it is best to find a new service provider. I had already done that. I wanted to share their findings which took less than 5 minutes! They WERE interested in what I had to share, as it got them to diagnose the situation quickly. I Ama deductive thinker. Most Drs are! He is NOT knowledgeable. He does NOT stand by his products! I bought these components from HIM! He was supposed to return my defective Sonos. I never heard about the outcome! I wanted my $300 service fee for that 2nd call. I advise going elsewhere.

After paying for four hours of time, (over $400) my problem was nover resolved. I called Nest and Nest support was able to fix my themostat and camera without paying a penny to them! Please try a different company fr your needs.

The Dream TeamFrom the moment I met with Richard to the final install... this is a dream team of professionals. The constant and timely communications via phone, email and texts... to the professional and efficient install for everything to be 100%. For a household who hardly watches TV... we are now the proud owners of two 65 TVs with sonos sound bars and subwoofers (to feel like were in the movies!) to Apple TV and a Savant remote (which I do think I can command to cook dinner) to a wireless internet system (which i think if you are in a closet under a steel blanket - the internet would still work!).... The remodeled house is set for an awesome sound and tv experience. These guys get their product and the customer experience.

Our experience with the entire IHummingbird team has been super from day 1. The customer service which we have been receiving from pre wire installation to now the beginning of all the installation of the products we purchased has all gone off without a hitch. We look forward to living in our first custom Smart home and we will surely use IHummingbird again for future projects.
