Where do I begin?! I came today and had not ordered in advance. I wanted something simple and not customized. I called when I was outside, not realizing no one is allowed in even wearing a mask. Doris was extremely kind to prepare it on the spot! It meant so much to me that such a small order was as important to her as a larger one. Shout out to her for outstanding customer service, and to the whole company for hiring staff like this! And a gentleman even came out to make sure I was already being helped. (And I was very impressed with the Covid restrictions).

Not good ...got a bad batch...told it was freshly made. The fruits were way off taste and color wise. Pineapples had brown edges. Whoever made it knew exactly what was going out the door. We trashed it. Its not edible. Sorry to give this kind of review....but they earned it. READ THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION. THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. You will most likely embarrass yourself with a gift from this place,

The size of the arrangement was a little smaller than it appeared online but Doris made it very pretty and memorable for my husband’s birthday. I sure will be a returning customer.Thank you Doris

I order from this location about once a week. It is my go to gift. The arrangements are great and everyone loves them. Once I had a small issue (miscommunication) and the owner corrected it immediately. The delivery people are always so prompt, professional and polite. i highly recommend this location!

The Worst fruit ever . Should really consider closing this location. Don’t waste your money because mines was surely wasted . Had to discard the whole 50$ platter & was only offered half of my money back . Ridiculous! 0 stars . Fruit was mushy & was not under any circumstances sweet . Only edible, sweet thing were the grapes . Go figure right . 🙄

I ordered March 16th, after hours, for delivery the following day. I waited until. 5pm for delivery and I live on Linton Blvd & military trail. You need to give me the option of being screwed over instead of just saying with delivery, no timeframe or eta given at all.

My mother Marie Antonelli sent us a box of assorted chocolates. The order was off with the type of chocolate on each fruit. However, the owner made good and sent a new box of chocolates the next day without any hesitation. I will be ordering from this location again and I recommend you do the same as well. It’s so hard to find someone to stand behind their business and they did just that. Thank you

THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I had such a HORRIBLE experience with the Boca Raton location and with corporate and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone!! I was so frustrated and desperate until I called the Delray Beach location and they were responsive and gave me advise on how to resolve my issue with the other location. I resolved my issue and called back the Delray Beach location and placed my order with them. Not only did they deliver the same day they sent me a confirmation of the order and of when they delivered and they were very responsive!!! They saved me! And the arrangement came out perfect, I was over the moon happy!!! I will definitely use them again and again and again and I will also recommend them to everyone!Thank you again for your great service!!

I called them about 9.30 am to request an arrangement to be sent to my daughters job for her birthday and she text me in the next hour thanking me for it. I placed an order to be delivered on Fathers Day (Sunday), the entire family was home in this non gated community and no delivery attempt was made, no contact was attempted by the driver via both phone numbers I provided and no note was left on the door stating that they missed us for delivery. After contacting the store, the manager was no help whatsoever and continued to speak over me and cut me off as I was expressing my concern. He offered to credit me back for the balloon that as never delivered or offer me a partial credit for my next order. Clearly there will never be a next order due to their lack of customer service. The manager made it clear that they had fill in drivers due to the holiday and was unsure as to who even was suppose to deliver this order.Avoid this store at all cost! On top of the managing not having his employees in line as far as delivering orders when they are promised to be ordered, they are unwilling to help you with any concerns you may express when they fail and drop the ball.I will assure that my credit card company is aware of this situation.I hope corporate is aware of what an unprofessional person they decide to place in this Delray Stores management position.I have been a manager for over 12 years, and to not even hear out a customers complaint and to speak over them as they talk is unheard of from any successful management point of view. I hope they see what poison he can cause for this company. I am just one speaking up, Im sure there are many he has come in contact with that have not written a review.

I wanted to give my husband a gift of encouragement, just to let him know how proud of him I was. I was really looking forward to my arrangement. Its such a cute idea. Instead they gave me fruits covered in mildew!!!! Its so embarrassing when most of the pieces my husband tried to eat was covered in mold. They convinced me to get a bigger size only to give me spoilt fruit!!!! What did I pay all that money for???!!!! Waste!!!!!!!!!!!! Rip-off, con-artist who sale nasty old fruit. I will never step foot into another edible arrangement!

Not a community partner. I dropped in to ask of they can blow up a balloon for me. I would have bought another item there, but the attendant was so rude and smug I had to share. I would never tell a potential client they cant have a little helium. I told Id pay, he said he didnt have much. Thats lame, plus the look on his face said he just didnt want to.

Hidden Treasure! If you havent had a froyo from this place, YOUR MISSING OUT! We visit Lindburgers next door frequently, never knew Edible arrangements makes all sorts of treats! We got a small pack of chocolate dipped fruits, and a strawberry froyo. Happy with everything we got. My two children five years old and one also enjoyed the experience. Greeted promptly upon entry. Friendly staff, with good knowledge of products offered. Store is well kept and clean.

This place is 5 stars in being the most UNprofessional business of our times. Rony has to be a retard. Theres no other explanations for his lack of professionalism.
