Do not work for this company as your work will not be paid! This is a shame! Hiring and not paying is something for malicious people! The honesty and honor of a man must be present in all facets of his life, not just for showing in public, but in all of his relationships! Be dignified, honest and pay subcontractors!

They hire people to do their services, and they dont pay, you can prepare yourself with a good lawyer because, they will give you a big headache!!!

I’m going to hire an attorney and I will be putting a lean on all of the houses that I did job for them, I have pictures and videos of all of the work that I did for them. I’m also getting the other subcontractors that got scammed by this people to do the same. Do you want to have a lean on your house ? Hired this people !!!

They never pay their subcontractors, very bad reputation, no caracter as company, they use their people to do their job and take all the credit.

I have a friend who works installing tiles. His name is Marcos. He worked for Novateck and didn’t get paid. US$9,000!!! So sad for him. Worked for free. Poor thing!

Rosemary and Riccardo are great small business owners. They have a huge selection of products to choose from, and Rosemary is a good listener, she will point you in the right direction when choosing materials and colors. Their free estimates are fair, and they handled a very large renovation timely and efficiently. Now every job has a few challenges and we had ours, but in the end the reno was well done, I did not have to chase anyone to complete the job which is a common story here in Florida! I have recommended Novateck to a few of my clients, (I am a Realtor) which is not something we Realtors do unless we feel comfortable that our clients will be happy. I think it is important to support our local vendors! Go sit and talk with Rosemary, and see for yourself!

Marvelous, always on time .Rosemary the interior designer did a wonderful work putting everything together, Fernanda always courteous anwsering my questions . Ricardo and the boys always on time clean and respectful, work completed one week before expected time . I strong recommend Novateck .

Hire at your own riskThis company took advantage of my mother. A simple master bath renovation took longer to complete than the construction of my home. The contractor refused to commit to any kind of schedule or time table for when their workers would come and the work would be completed. They refused to obey the condo association’s rules for hours during which they could work. They ran the air conditioning at ridiculous temperatures for days at a time, tripling the electric bill. Some of these items I could forgive as finding reliable dependable workers is challenging. However, my mother became ill during the renovation and this company grossly took advantage of the situation. The quality of the finished product is terrible. The apartment was left a mess, chipped tiles were installed, the ceiling was not cleaned up where cabinet installation damaged it, the shower floor was not installed properly, and the water pools and the hot water heater was broken during the renovation. There has been no willingness to correct any of the errors that occurred during the renovation. Use this company at your own risk.

I used Novateck to totally renovate my home and only have eve reviews of all the work that they did when I bought the house. I had NO complaints and they did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who were going to do work in their homes. I was very pleased and my house is gorgeous now!!

Horrible attitude and professionalism. I had bedroom floor done by them and the installer was great but would not use them due to lack of professionalism on behalf of the owner who gives you a hard time on everything.... does not return calls, is nasty to the clients and the help she has working there. Totally Rude..I found someone else to do the rest of my condo.

I had a great experience with Novateck! I recommend this place to anyone looking to remodel their house!

I sent them a picture of the existing tile and the color codes off of a box and I was told that they had it from the supplier and the amount I needed. They didn’t order enough because they waited to process the order, and then the tile was a completely different design and color when it arrived. They will not return the money as they say they order the correct material. Not ever going back here or seeing my $3000 again.

Rosemary came with me to pick out all my plumbing even though I was responsible for providing it! Love the extra care.

They close at 4pm but was told we could not go in at 3:25 and we just saw our last customer. I guess they dont want our business. Its okay my husband and I will go elsewhere. No problem.

Hired Novateck to change my kitchen not just the cabinets but the entire look . The result is absolutely gorgeous Rosemary a Monteiro interior designer help me with the floor plan and also to put everything together with my floor. I recommend Novateck for Any kitchen project .

Once they have your money forgot about ever getting a return call.I went to the store and set up an appointment they never showed up.I had wood floors installed and the ends are raised up.

To bad you cant give less then one star. Put a cup down for water leaks
