I used them for my kitchen and counters. Awesome experience from beginning to end. They followed through with everything. Impeccable installation of both cabinets and counter tops. Bruna was our contact and she was amazing.

We used G&M for remodeling in our bathroom and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about them. They provided a timeline when work would be completed and stuck to it. They were always on time, polite and professional. Their workmanship is amazing. (We know this because my husband is a retired contractor). I would recommend them highly for any job considered!

Wasnt greeted when we walked in even though we were the only people in there and have to wait 3 days before we can even get just ball park pricing when we already had the dimensions. Had a great selection but customer service was just very poor. Will not be waiting for a call from their estimator and will be purchasing else where.

Ordered quartz countertops and back splashes. Bruna in sales and Loraine in scheduling are great people to work with. This company bends over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. Two issues came up during the process (when ordering and during installation) and G&M took care of each without hesitation. I only wish I had also bought the cabinets from them. If you are remodeling your kitchen and only replacing cabinets, countertops and back splashes, forget hiring a general contractor. Let G&M do it all from start to finish. I wish I had. Would have avoided many problems with the GC and his cabinets.

We went in and met with Fern on 7/3, picked our finishes and design, and it is almost 3 weeks later and we still have not received an estimate. Very disappointing, as we enjoyed working with her.

I was torn to write this review negatively. We had our kitchen remodeled and bathroom sink and vanity replaced. Everything started out great! Fern and others were very responsive BEFORE we signed on. We would not be onsite and we were promised facetime videos throughout the process to ask us questions and make choices as it moved along. First pics, I noticed the pantry cabinet that was clearly discussed in texts was not there. Also, instead of a regular doored cabinet, we got drawers. After the fact, they offered to halt the project and put the pantry cabinet in the middle of the kitchen, which is not what we wanted. I also agreed to leave the drawers, instead of the regular cabinet. oh sorry was the response I received. Also, clearly asked about plans for the side splash in multiple texts. Much to my surprise, they just did whatever they felt like, without asking. I was totally available for calls/videos. They also removed marble from a windowsill, replaced it with quartz, without our permission. Never got the marble piece back either. I specifically asked for them to cover the flooring, as we just had it cleaned. Nope. Carpeting was filthy when they were done and there was glue all over the tile in kitchen. We needed a handyman to fix up the sloppy finish work too, The kitchen is good quality. I cant open my refrigerator all they way? Oops in the planning on that one Fern! We didnt get exactly what we wanted and I feel duped about being involved in the process. Get everything clearly in the contract. Do not trust texts if you use this company.

Fern is the best! Attention to detail, super responsive, and most importantly always delivered on promises, time lines etc (apparently this is hard to come by down here Ive learned). Service alone won my business and all future business. it also helps the quality is top notch, and price was properly aligned in market.

The sales rep was more interested with her phone then us. They had a homeless man sleeping there. We were very uncomfortable and we left.

We are beyond happy with our new kitchen. Fern, our sales representative was amazing in helping us design the kitchen and did a wonderful job. All the installers were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful and did a very clean job. We love our new kitchen and could not be happier.

They were fantastic, start to finish. They helped us design a kitchen we love. Fern was great and helped us so much in the process to identify what would look good and measure it out. She ended up helping us with so many house design changes that would affect how the kitchen ultimately looked, like confirming the right color of floor to work with the kitchen. She sent us in the right direction and went over and above what we expected of her. We got to a point of trust with her where at almost every junction we said, In Fernanda We Trust. And we just did what she advised. The whole staff was also helpful. Of course we had a few challenges as doing a major renovation does, but if and when a mistake happened they rectified it. There was a very small scratch on the quartz we received and the guy spent a half hour buffing it until it came out. The only (minor) issue we at all was that company was backed up around a month when we redid our kitchen. That of course could change depending on the time of year. I highly recommend waiting for them, though! This company will work with you until you are happy and we feel it was a good value as well.

My husband and I visited the store a few weekends and were so pleased with the service that we received and set up an appointment for a quote. The quote was done right away and we seemed to be moving forward. However, we have not heard back since. My husband has called three times was was told he would hear back shortly. Unfortunately, he never did. I decided to call one more time to explain there are projects that need to be completed within a certain time frame. I also asked the female I spoke to for honesty in terms of wanting our business. Was the job too small? Did they not want our business at all? She assured me that this couldnt be true and that we would receive the quote this afternoon via email. That hasnt happened and now we will take our business somewhere else. Super disappointed and will let others know to look elsewhere as well.

I cannot give enough praise for the expert and beautiful professional work that Granite & Marble Design does, They just finished my kitchen cabinets and quartz counter top. I booked an inhomr consultation. I reconfirmed it two days prior. The representative that was supposed to meet me and take measurements showed up 40 minutes late! I didn’t let her in at that point. I went with another company who was on time and showed me my business matters to them.

I hired Granite & Marble Design to fabricate and install my kitchen, and guest bathroom counter tops and my master bathroom counter top and tub deck. They did an exceptional job fabricating the tops. They came out beautiful. The edge details were perfect and the installation was on schedule and completed all in one day which was quite a feat. My kitchen alone was five separate pieces, one of which was an eight foot island. They were very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Great craftsmanship. Bought quartzite slab from Nature of Marble across the street. They transferred slab to G and M who fabricated a beautiful coffee table. Truly a work of art. Well polished. Seams invisible. Veins on top match perfectly with built up edge. Gives appearance of a much thicker slab. Took only a few weeks. Everyone involved from sales rep to installers were true professionals. Cannot speak to prices but having moved into a new house and seen too much sloppy work I was not looking for a bargain. With pre purchased stone there is only one chance to get this right and you need top of the line pros or you will eat your heart out. If not just for peace of mind, G and M is the place to go

I couldn’t be more impressed with this company. I used them first for my kitchen remodel (complete gut job) 2017 and now mid project with a bathroom mini makeover. They are legitimately the best. Their showroom is fantastic and features all of the latest trends in cabinetry, quartz and accessories. Excellent communication throughout the project and VERY clean and respectful of my home. I’d highly recommend anyone that’s looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom check out their showroom. I met with about a dozen contractors, they were not the highest or the lowest, but the quality is by far exceptional.

G&M Design did a fantastic job redoing our kitchen. The entire kitchen was gutted and new cabinets, pantry and countertops put in. The guidance initially given by Fern, who worked with me throughout the whole process, was right on target and well received. The workmen arrived on time, were very professional and at the end of the workday cleaned up beautifully. We had gotten a few quotes to have the kitchen redone, G&M was not the highest or lowest price, but due to their reputation and their showroom helped with our decision. We are so very pleased with our new kitchen, would use them again and would highly recommend G&M Design.

Cannot say enough about the gorgeous stone counter top i purchased. It is spectacular. I bought a blue macauba quartzite stone, that is like a piece of art. The service and efficiency of JENNIFER was outstanding. She walked through every detail and ensured my stone was delievered. The installers were expert and did an excellent job. I love the new quartz in my kitchen! They have a lot of options for quarts and granite and they are very helpful in the store.During the process, my contractor and I did have some difficulty with the lack of communication from G&M. They didn’t tell us some important information we needed for install. On the day of the installation, they tried to blame it on my contractor and we had to tell them several times we tried to contact them but they were at fault for not passing on important information. Also, they still had to cut down a wall to make it level which was never communicated to us. Helen wanted to take the quartz back to the shop and my contractor said they needed to fix it that day since it was their mistake.Luckily, G&M stayed and leveled the wall and installed the quartz the same day. I think if the communication improves, they would get more 5 star ratings.

Just completed kitchen remodel. Best experience I have ever had with remodeler. Consola was great with design and cost was very reasonable. All installers were professionally competent, very accommodating, punctual and left a clean house every night. Every appointment was kept, everything from granite to cabinetry to plumbing first class. Cant recommend them enough

We used G& M to install a new kitchen sink which included cutting our existing granite plus all required plumbing, including installing a new garbage disposal & faucet. They did an overall fantastic job & we’re very neat, polite & professional!!!!

Love the kitchen granite countertop. Great pricing on granite installation. The plumbing disconnect & connect was included plus disposal of old countertop. Home Depot charges extra for this. Very friendly and responsive until the job was completed.Then, could not get their attention after leaving messages regarding a concern with the sink chalking. I had to come into the store to get someone to respond and check the work. It was fine in the end, but frustrating because they became non-responsive after I paid them in full.

G&M Design just completed a gorgeous remodeling of our kitchen and connected laundry room in Delray Beach. Our new cabinets are high end double shaker soft white, and they go along perfectly with a neutral light colored marble top. Fernanda helped us with the design, choice of fittings, ideas to keep any needed remodeling to liveable minimum, and stayed within our budget. The electrical work and plumbing from G&M was also first rate. They were here, ontime, everyday, and all work, including tear-out and removal of the old kitchen and lighting soffits, to final cabinet and countertop fitting and fitting and plumbing work of our new took place in 18 days. Everyone could not be more helpful or professional. I cannot given them a higher recommendation.

Used them to order and install kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and granite in each. Prices were reasonable and service was okay until I discovered that the cabinet over my wall oven was installed upside down. They also failed to replace a cabinet of which they ordered wrong and which was already prepaid. I visited the shop and was told by the owner that both would be taken care of. After several phone calls, voicemails, and emails, my request fell on deaf ears. Several months went by and I gave up. I used to refer lots of people to them over the years but since my mishap, Ive taken my business to a competitor down the street which has already built and installed two other kitchens for me. I will never use granite and marble again and will never refer another person to them.

I never came across such unprofessionalism in my life. Worst company Ive ever dealt with hands down. They were supposed to come out twice to cut a hole in my granite counter and never showed up or called either day. Completely wasted my time. The company I used to install my water purifying system hired them to do the job and said they would cover the expense, however, once the tech actually came they told me I had to pay or they wouldnt do the job. I contacted the water purifying company to clear up the issue (they tried paying them over the phone) and still no go, the owner/boss character named Isreal instructed the tech not do the job and leave. Are you friggin kidding me?? I wouldnt use them again if they paid me!!
