This CVS is always a pleasant merchant to visit. Their pharmacy staff is diligent and are very helpful.

The worst customer service EVER. I am an frequent CVS shopper at many locations, but never have i EVER had my personal space violated. They assume everyone steals here so they watch you like a hawk instead of being pleasant and kind to the customers. How about greeting your customers when they walk through the door instead of staring at them? Corporate needs to start coming in and actually evaluating some of these pathetic people they have working here.

Do you ever answer the phone? I called yesterday and got tired waiting for an answer. Today Ive been waiting 13 min so far as Im on hold right now as I write this well deserved review. Total waiting time 20 minutes, Unbelievable!

I only pick up the drive thru window. I rely on the Pharna staff to get my other items when I pick a prescription. Im a Care Pass member. The Jerk guy in the Pharma tonight refused to do so. Said I must speak to front. Rerouted me on phone. Front. They Never picked up phone. Went to pick up scrips in person, same JERK refused again. He needs to be Fired. Im working on it.

I’m frustrated that I can’t give zero stars... the wait for a scheduled covid test was 50 min late. They don’t answer phones. Don’t communicate. This is disgusting. They are incompetent and should not be a covid site.

Worst experience ever while i was being welcomed to the store, I was putting my mask on as I walk through the door and the store manager yelled at me saying that I wasnt putting my mask on quick enough. (I have no problem following the rules and using my mask) Then after he told me to make sure its over me nose or hes kicking me out with an attitude. A few minutes later while I was shopping I moved my mask down to have a sip of my soda using my straw and out of nowhere he turned the corner and kicked me out for that. It was almost like he was following me. He claims to be a manager but he has no professional skills whatsoever. This CVS is next to my house so I go here all the time but now they just lost a customer. Thank God for Walgreens which is where Ill be going for now on.

This is a one-stop pharmacy where one can go into the store or through the drive-thru. I’ve always had really fast service when picking up my prescriptions. I really like that you can ask the pharmacist any questions about illnesses or different prescriptions that you have been prescribed to. While waiting for your prescription to be filled if you wander around and check out deals on home goods or even snacks. This is my go to pharmacy.

They dont answer phone. This is very stressful when they dont answer. I called and called. Really needed to talk to someone!

Covid testing is very unorganized.

I believe most of the negative reviews here are mistakenly posted, it should be sent to the one in Target for what I read you dont find fruits here. I changed my CVS from Target I found these clerks nicer and more professional.

Came here once for some random items and found everything I needed. Haven’t ordered photos or used the pharmacy so I can’t speak on that. But other than that I’ve had a pleasant experience and will be back when I need something again.

Occasional long wait lines in pharmacy drive thru due to only one worker besides the pharmacist there...

This place is a complete joke. My doctor sent my prescription here instead of where I usually go.... talk bout being on hold for an hour to speak to someone every time.

Left on hold for a hour when i was told to call in the morning. This has happened more than once with this place. At least answer and tell me to call back or tell me to please hold. Kind of unprofessional

Pharmacy is the worst. Customer Service is slow- be prepared to wait on the phone for an avg 10 minutes to speak to anyone. They don’t update you on status of prescriptions- they couldn’t care less about their reputation. Christina at pharmacy is very rude and argues as well. I will be changing my pharmacy very soon to avoid unnecessary frustration.

A much wider selection than Im used to at CVS. I found exactly what I was looking for quickly, and I was in and out in only a few minutes.

Only one man at register.Although he was very good, working two registers,long lines.Store can use a make over.5Months later again one person ( very capable) working two registers.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible!! The managing pharmacist Jeffrey was one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are completely disorganized and their customer service is terrible, they make mistake after mistake and instead of being apologetic they treat their customers like they are bothered by having to correct it. I have been a CVS pharmacy customer for years but I will never go back to this pharmacy.

I have been dealing with the pharmacy for the last year. Literally 9/10 times I go to drop off a prescription to be filled there is some sort of issue. Today for example I dropped off 4 scripts. Upon going to pick up what was supposed to be filled I was informed that one of the scripts wasnt in stock and needed to be ordered. When I dropped the scripts off the pharmacist wrote down my phone number on the script from the doctor I just visited. Why in the hell did he not call me and let me know this?? Customer service in general is terrible. Not everyone who works behind the counter is bad but a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch. They play God with your health and almost get a power trip from taking your wellbeing into their hands. If I had a seizure tomorrow because I wasnt able to get my medication that I wasnt told was out of stock I would hold them accountable. How difficult is it to pick up the phone and let the person know they dont have your medicatiom????? I could have gone to a different cvs and had the script filled. But nope. Now I run the risk of winding up in the e.r due to incompetence. Thanks a lot cvs. You have lost another customer. I hope and pray you hire people that have the intestinal fortitude to pick up a phone and inform the customer of the situation.

Came to fill prescriptions on the way home from getting a root canal. They were not very busy and took 45 min to fill my prescriptions and ignored me as I stood there sobbing in pain. No compassion whatsoever.

I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. The CVS I used before moving to Delray was great, this one is unacceptable.

Nothing to like about this pharmacy. The customer service is terrible. They dont bother to call and let you know your prescription cant be filled. Nobody seems to care. I will be changing to a new pharmacy soon.
