Was excited to try out Kilwins, but was disappointed. Tried the dark chocolate and raspberry chocolate truffles - the chocolate was low quality and the raspberry truffle tasted especially artificial, I couldn’t even finish it. Not sure why this franchise is so hyped.

First blow all the air inside your lungs, Hold your breathe before go in. once you are in breathe slowly and smell all that amazing chocolate, candies, ice cream and sweet inside, that an awesome experience. After that beginning Ill say that is a great place to go with friends or family and bring some sweets to your day, great and fast service and a lot, seriously a lot of choices. I loved the experience I hope u enjoy it too.

Ice cream and chocolates are yummy here. A little pricey, but then again youre on Atlantic Ave in Delray so gotta expect it. Its a really cool shop to look around at. They have several small tables outside with umbrellas, I always see people out there with their dogs.

Went last night and was distressed to see that nobody had masks on. Not the staff, or any customers other than ourselves. Florida makes up over 20% of all Covid cases. We all need to do our part to get rid of this virus. It will keep spreading unless we are all proactive by getting vaccinated and wearing masks in public places. Unless management makes changes regarding mask wearing, I will never go back here, and will warn others as well not to go there.

Kilwins is so good. They opened one in Deerfield Beach when I lived there. Id walk up and back on ocean after miles and then step over to kilwins for a treat. So good. Loved it.The fugde is so goooddd!!! And when we moved to Delray Beach I was going to really miss them. BUT...they are right up the street from me again here too. You CANNOT GO WRONG going to Kilwins. If you were to bring 20 people in there EVERYONE would find something. It is worth the trip even if youre on a diet. I get (sometimes) just a little bit of something. A little treat. The whole vibe is great. Feel like a kid.

Any visit to Downtown Delray Beach is sweeter after a visit to Kilwins, a long-standing store with a huge variety of sweet treats from ice cream to candied apples. This store is open year-round and we know well be back for some ice cream on Fathers Day. Theres seating outside overlooking Atlantic Avenue and its fun to enjoy your ice cream, chocolate or fudge while enjoying the people pass by here in Downtown Delray Beach. Theres new venues that will be opening up nearby and that will add to the attraction of bringing more people in here to have their dessert. Kilwins is so much more than ice cream.

After eating great food in Delray we decided to grab a quick sweet treat women that crazy rainy day. And even though it was a crazy downpour of rain people kept coming in to this location. I looked at the menu and what kind of ice cream they had into my great and amazing surprise they had rum and raisin OMG!!! Listen I am born to Jamaican parents and I know what a good rum ice looks and tase like! I asked for a sample taste good without hesitation they let me taste it. Nevertheless I live there with a pint of ice cream and we had 2 ice cream cones . I got vanilla with sprinkles my classic favorite, in a original Kilwins waffle cone.The smell in the place is amazing ice cream is creamy sweet and not overwhelming like some places I have been to that makes their own ice cream . The fast It’s a rich and taste like heaven in your mouth. Even though it is hard ice cream it’s still very soft while eating!!!If you love I cream or even other kinds of sweet treats...... trust this is the places to visit!! Blueberry Waffle Cone is the name of the game. I’ve had all of their flavors so far, but this one is what makes me come back every week.This place is a must if you’re just visiting or live in the area. Pretty busy on the weekends, so make sure you have an early lunch so you avoid long lines. Service is excellent and store is impeccable every time.

I absolutely love this Kilwins. Having a summer house in Delray, I always have a stop at kilwins. Although my favorite apple pie apple seems to be a popular pick sometimes it is sold out. A nice young lady asked if I wanted her to call me when they made me so I was able to get what I can’t wait to have when I go on vacation. So pleased and not really believing she would remember to call me, she did and they had my apple packaged for me waiting for when I got there to pick it up. A lot of places don’t do this stuff for you and it’s the little things like this that go a long way. I truly appreciated that and it made my day that to this Kilwins I was treated more than just a customer. They truly cared to do this for me. I bring all family and friends new to Delray to Kilwins and I will continue to do so. Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Kilwins!

Most definitely the best ice cream shop in the Delray Beach area. Such a vast variety of flavours that all absolutely smash it out of the ballpark. The waffle cones are made and rolled in house and are thick, sweet, and perfectly crunchy. Aside from the ice cream. The chocolates and fudge are fantastic and are great to bring home. The employees are very very friendly and enhance the experience even more.

Kilwins is always the BEST ice cream option! Im really happy that we have one in Delray. I fell in love with them when I lived in Atlanta - they had more samples at that location (slices of candied apples, fudge, etc).

The ice cream itself was really great. There were lots of flavors to choose from and had brownies/pastries to choose from as well. The customer service, however, was absolutely horrible. The woman taking our order was extremely rude and the other coworkers would ask her questions about our order when we were standing directly in front of them (so they made us feel invisible when they could have just asked us). The price was to be expected considering it was on Atlantic but the customer service really ruined the experience for me. Id recommend people go to Sloan’s instead.

Not a bad review of Kilwins. A bad review of Delray Kilwins. I usually get the kids cup because I like to watch calories. But all Kilwins I go to give me a decent scoop. There was a women working here in the afternoon a couple of weeks ago. She tells me it’s only one scoop. I said yes I know. Well she made the scoop as small as she could. A few bites and I was done. They are so nice at Deerfield Kilwins. Go there if you can.

Went on a thursday at 2:30 ice cream was not frozen. By my third spoonful it was melted. For the price you pay it should be more frozen. I could only eat 1/2 and drink the rest. NOT!

Amazing ice cream and a huge variety of chocolates in the middle of Delray downtown! Loved every bite of my sea salt caramel ice cream. Their maple walnut is also a tasty flavor for ice cream. Havent tried the chocolates, but by the look I can tell all of them are mouthwatering. They also have sugar free chocolates, if anybody is diabetic or conscious about sugar.My single scoop ice cream cup was for $5.50. I wont say its cheap, but I dont mind paying that price for the quality and taste.They have an outdoor seating with umbrella stands as well. Next time I go there I definitely will try the fudge and chocolates.

Been here a few times. Cool place, so many different kinds of chocolate treats. White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk choc, you name it. They have gift baskets, assortments, or you can pick your own out. They wrap if its a gift. But, they also have ICE CREAM, plenty of flavors. You can enjoy it outside in their seating area where you can people watch on Atlantic Ave. 👍👍

Chocolate everywhere. The chocolate is delicious. I am a card carrying chocoholic. My husband and I came back twice for the salted chocolate caramel and then we ration it to one a day. They have ice cream and many more goodies.Keep this place on mind for Valentines Day.

Went there for the second time two days ago to get the sweet taste of their ice cream again, but realized theyve charged me for 3 cones while Ive eaten only two, which is impossible to realize inside that mayhem of a store. Now Im 500 miles away at home, and sent an e-mail to the store about it. They replied quickly and refunded to my credit card. Awesome ice-cream, awesome service!

So Good, a bride left her wedding and headed to Kilwins for ice cream!!!

How could you not love this place? First of all, they leave the door open so when you walk by the smell of chocolate and freshly baked cones passes your nose. I was instantly hooked. There isnt one flavor of ice cream here that I dont like. The prices are a little steep but they usually are at ice cream places like this. They have tons of treats from caramel apples to chocolate covered oreos and everything in between.

The staff was wonderful and offered samples when I just couldnt make my mind up.
