Carmelo was my service manager, and he was exceptional. From friendly service to service discounts, he went above and beyond my expectations. With COVID, I haven’t been comfortable having someone in my space, whether my home or my car. He made sure that the technician wore a mask, and he disinfected the entire driver’s side before returning my car to me. Excellent care and service!

I got where I wanted to be and she actually knows her trucks not only there to sell but she enjoys what she does too!

Kevin in the service department is amazing. He quickly came to my service and addressed all my needs. Jeremiah in sales was amazing at explaining all the new and used inventory here and made sure I didn’t get into something too expensive that I didn’t need. I’m planning on coming back here and working with Jeremiah when I need to trade in my existing vehicle. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a new or used vehicle in the Delray Beach area that you come talk to Jeremiah.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Have been dealing with issues since I purchased my card in June. My “brand new vehicle” was left in a parking lot behind the chocolate factory in delray. Which is the beginning of my issues. Less than a month of having the vehicle there was an immense roach infestation & the sealant on the door wasn’t installed correctly so it would legit rain in the car whenever the weather wasn’t super perfect and sunny. If you live in Florida you can understand how intense the rain is. After trying to correct the issue on my own I reached out to the sales rep who helped me purchase my vehicle. Turned the vehicle in and after 12 hours they told me car was as good as new. Except it wasn’t, the glue was dripping from the top of the doors and got in my hair / car seats / windows. After attempting to get a hold of a manager (who would text back sometimes) I hit a breaking point after dozens of failed calls to Cassie & the service department. So I called the dealership and demanded service for the roaches that weren’t gone, the sealant that was still wet with glue, and for a shaking that I was told was “super common”. I was connected to the Director of Services Jonathan (Who ensured me my experience with this dealership was about to change and after dealing with him I would write an AWESOME REVIEW). I find out the manager & my previous service advisor are no longer with the company. Which was an extreme surprise to me considered I called and asked for them numerously without being redirected to someone else. I drop my car off on Saturday March 13th and waited over an hour for Jonathan but had to leave for work - he called me an hour later and informed me I would get a call Monday. Never got one had to call him Wednesday asking for an update… told me he would take over and let someone else help out that wasn’t equipped. Promised an update ASAP. After multiple calls with the service department and speaking to Janet brush twice to get an update I finally got a hold of Jonathan a week later on the following Wednesday. To which he told me he dropped the ball and my car has been ready for days and he apologized for the absolute embarrassment of customer service. I didn’t have my car for 2 weeks and got one update in that entire time. When the vehicle was picked up they left car bombs in the front seat and the truck, it was parked in a lot where there is a ton of cat food and bugs. Lastly, the car was filthy from being parked for days under a tree and with the windows awesome I’m assuming due to the state of the vehicle. The worst of this entire experience is that my vehicle is in worst shape now than before I took it in and I cannot get anyone in this facility to give me a call back. The biggest regret I have is buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Jonathan was able to accommodate me and I right away I noticed his desire to help and get things done. Why make an appointment if they dont even honor it? I made an appoint for 8:30 am. I had to wait 5 days for this appointment. Dropped my vehicle off for 2 minor sensor issues. Was told if it wasnt covered i would hear back. at 1pm, i had not heard anything so i called. at 2:30pm they confirmed my card had not even been looked at. Kevin was supposed to call me after meeting with his customer and instead went to lunch. I will have to take it somewhere else who will even look at it within a reasonable time. The appointment system is asinine if you are still too busy to look at a minor issue.

Jonathan has done it again!! He’s beyond exceptional!! I run a boutique in Delray Beach & he had a very nice person from Schumacher pick up my Jeep in the morning & brought it back later that afternoon!! I purchased a radio last year from Schumacher which he covered at absolutely no cost to me. As I’ve said before I am a Schumacher client forever & the main reason is Jonathan & his staff. Thank you for your hard work & dedication in the Delray Beach community. I always recommend everyone to him!! Schumacher is completely changed in the most positive way because of Jonathan & his wonderful staff!!

My experience with Schumacher has been the most undesirable experience I’ve had thus far at a dealership. My husband and I have purchased multiple cars with a variety of locations and the unprofessionalism I’ve experienced and lack of customer value is appalling. To start, I made an appointment salesman Eric at 5pm 10/14/21. I drove from Miami to Delray Beach to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I arrive only to find out that the vehicle is not on the property. The Sales Manager decided to take the vehicle home as a demo car. I of course, wanted to see the vehicle being that I drove over an hour and made an APPOINTMENT for that specific vehicle. The Sales Manager refuses to turn around and bring the car back and instead tells the sales associate to prepare another Jeep, fill it up with gas, and drive to the home of the Manager and swap cars. The manager lives 20 minutes away, he could have easily met halfway and saved time, instead I had to wait over an hour for this exchange. The pre-owner manager Eli Garcia, was unapologetic throughout the experience for the inconvenience and had no empathy. Even though, this experience clearly shows how devalued the customer is at this location, I decided to purchase the certified pre-owned vehicle and hoped to move on. Unfortunately, as I drove on the highway the next day to work, the Jeep had a horrible vibration and the steering shook badly. I took the car to a mechanic thinking it’s an alignment issue and I’d rather deal with another mechanic than go back to the dealership. I was unable to get an alignment because the back tires are badly warped and need to be replaced. I went back to the dealership and informed Eli that the tires were warped, and that this should have been caught during the certified pre-owned inspection and replaced. (I still have not received the inspection report). Eli had Frank Santilli (Service advisor) check the tire and confirm the tires were visibly warped and would order me new tires. This was on Monday 10/18/21 and that I would be called when the tires arrive. Over a week later, 10/27/21 I have yet to hear back so I call Frank to see the status of the tire delivery. I now find out, the tires were never ordered and that they need me to come in to schedule a road force balance. I already attempted to do this on my own, already advised Eli that the tires are so badly warped that you can’t balance them, and I need new tires! What was going on for a week and a half that my tires were supposedly ordered?! Now I have to take another day off work to have ANOTHER look to tell me AGAIN that my tires are bad and then order the tires? Third times a charm? How many people does it take to confirm tires are warped? This should have been handled before the car was inspected and certified. I would not recommend coming to this dealership for a vehicle. STAY CLEAR.(The only positive experience was the Finance Manager Richard Piasecki. A true gem!)

If I could give them less than a star I would.. the dealership is an absolute disgrace. Every time I ever needed a service appointment it was headaches and waits, never had the option to get a rental or loaner, even offering to pay for one.. ended up taking my car to pompano instead most the time. Fast forward to now, dropped the car off on last Wednesday 9/1, today is the 9/7 nobody ever reached out so I call to get update, they never even looked at the car. Have no loaners to provide. So I took the car back without getting serviced after 6 days.My service advisor Carmelo was absolutely nothing but respectful and I know it’s not his fault and he was working as hard a he could with what he is given. Much respect for him, and if you unfortunately have to service here I recommend asking for him. But the owner and overall operation is shameful.Do not purchase or service from here

I should rate Schumacher a 5 because they handled a very difficult situation brilliantly but I gave them 4 because it required my involvement to get results.Needless to say, I towed my vehicle in due to the gear shift that was broken. Unfortunately it was before a holiday weekend leaving me carless. The service representative didn’t complete my request before going on vacation and I was lost in the communication system. When I gave the details to Carmelo Nieves, who inherited my account, he understood my dissatisfaction and immediately went out of his way. While I was waiting, Michael Doyle the General Sales Manager was passing by and acknowledge my presence. Though service is not his responsibility he excused himself, got involved, and the next thing I had a loaner car, and assurances that it will all be handled. The following Tuesday, after the holiday, I received a call from Bill Dijackimo, the service manager, who ordered the part and my car was ready the next day. In addition when this was all completed they actually saved me almost $1000.00 dollars.It didn’t start off perfectly but ended to my total satisfaction.I have used Schumacher before and after this I would definitely use them again.

I have a whole list of issues with this place but most recently while getting service performed (covered by our lease thru them) the man in charge of sales scoffed at my boyfriend and I telling us the new JEEP we were interested in was already sold- “we don’t have any leases as cheap as what you’re looking for” end of conversation- yet 3 days later it’s still on the showroom floor. Guess we didn’t fit his profile for successful prospects despite already purchasing multiple times from them in the past (Compass, Sahara & Rubicon) I’ll be taking my $$$$$ elsewhere.

They took care of my car within 2 days, got the batteries replaced on my Grand Cherokee and got me a loaner while the Jeep was in the shop! I had a hole in a hose which caused my check engine light to come on. I also needed brake pads. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 8:30am. I was assisted by Carmelo/Kelly. Neither of them ever called me to give me a status update regarding my car. I called 3 times and was told that Carmelo or Kelly would call me back. They never did. Finally I was told around 4pm that my car hadnt been worked on all day. Friday I called multiple times and never got a call back. Saturday I physically went to the dealership to get a verbal update from Carmelo. My car had still not be worked on and no one properly communicated that to me. Carmelo told me they had to order the part and due to the Memorial Day holiday my car would not be serviced until Tuesday. So potentially 6 days without a vehicle and ZERO communication?! According to Carmelo, luckily someone had a similar issue and didnt claim the hose I needed for my vehicle and he was able to replace it. I cancelled the remainder of the services because of how unprofessional my experience was. This incredibly poor customer service experience could have easily been avoided/mitigated by calling and updating me on the status of my car the DAY I dropped it off, not two days later. I shouldnt have to physically show up to ask about my car because I cant get a call back. I have worked with Carmelo before and have never had any issues. He did mention the service center was exceptionally busy but that is no excuse for not properly communicating with a customer. I am a frequent customer at Schumacher, its literally where I purchased the vehicle, but this recent experience was enough for me to take my Jeep elsewhere.

Service was super quick compared to the other places I’ve been to and got back to me in a timely manner. To be honest, I never thought I would give Schumacher a good review but we all know things can change when the right person is put into a certain position. I’ll try to keep this short.After being a Schumacher customer for 5 years now, I finally got the service and care I always desired. My brand new 2021 Dodge Durango SRT had the tires balanced with the 12k mile oil change which ultimately created a ton of vibration and shaking at high speeds. It was awful! I called the service manager Jonathan a few days after after my appointment and driving around town and he brought me back later that week, did a road force balance on my truck, gave me a loaner car for the day and when I returned for pickup, my truck was back to perfection and ready to be driven how it’s suppose to be…FAST!!!Jonathan communicated with me in my frustration, assured me that the issue would be resolved one way or another and took the time to show he cared. That is something I have never experienced until now from this company. It is so refreshing to know that I was more than just a number but a long time, paying customer that was in need of someone like Jonathan to turn my frown upside down. Thank you Schumacher service department and Jonathan for your timely response and taking such good care of me!

I brought my jk to this dealership 3x and they could not fix my misfire issue. They told me first that it was my ignition coils which by the way I replaced not even 30 days prior to bringing it into the shop. I said no it cannot be this as they are all brand new Bosch coils, I was told no this is the issue. I reluctantly agreed and of course after I picked it up the misfire happened again, after the second time in the shop I was told I have a few collapsed hydronic lifters, they fixed this issue so they say, btw we are now $1k into the issue, I drive it home and of course it misfires again. I bring it in for the 3rd time, I was concerned that they were not looking at the vehicle so I put 2 zip ties on the engine cover to see if they get removed, 11 days later after dropping it off I’m told they cannot fix the Jeep, I go to pick it up and I ask them did you actually look at the Jeep? I was told of course we did, I opened the hood in front of the service rep and said no you didn’t! Look and showed him the unbroken zip ties! All he did was look at me and say I’m sorry! Do not wast your money or time with this crooked dealership! I told the tech to have the manager call me, of course no call ever came!

I called the main line today and spoke to Brianna about my Ram 1500 steering suddenly malfunctioning. My son was coming into town from Va. to go fishing on my trailered boat. I was attempting to get my truck fixed quickly so my son and I could make the precious memories with the rare time we have together. I explained to Brianna I was fearful to drive my truck but needed it badly. A service appointment was unavailable for several weeks. Brianna understood the importance of having my truck available to pull my boat and called the service dept. and explained my situation. Brianna said Benjamin would be calling me. About 20 minutes later Benjamin called and told me to bring my truck in and he could at least do a computer diagnostic test and possibly determine the nature of the problem. When I arrived at the dealership shortly afterward I was greeted with a enthusiastic smile by Benjamin. After doing the diagnostic on my truck Benjamin showed me the results which indicated my truck was safe to drive. I was so relieved, as I now could without worry go fishing with my son who I see so rarely nowadays. Brianna and Benjamin coordinated their efforts and went above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank them enough. Their communicating and coordinating of customer service efforts should be noted by Schumacher ownership and management and used as an example as how to treat customers. I will definitely return to Schumacher for service and to purchase my next truck when the time comes. Thank you Brianna and Benjamin. Mine was done at 4700 an told the spare was to big to rotate. ( they did rotate tho, np) Then they did oil change the same time. Go ANYWHERE, and I mean ANYWHERE but here for service, even factory authorized warranty work, I promise you will be very disappointed. Worst run service department I have ever had the displeasure of utilizing. “Frantic chaos” is the best way I can describe the unorganized disaster that is Schumacher’s service department. Will never return. Its ironic because I was reading the corporate mission statement in the showroom and they couldnt be further from delivering on the stated mission. You call and call and call and call and call and no one answers, they missed service items that were agreed to when I dropped the car off, I waited ALL day, and I mean all day to have a door handle fixed that I waited weeks to get the very first appointment of the day for (7:30am) and then your car just sits there regardless of when you drop it off. At the end of the day I called twenty times (literally) to see what was happening with my car (no status updates at all from service). There are good people that work here but they are so out-of-their-minds with chaos, disorganization and mis-management and apparently so overbooked/overworked and stressed they make a lot of mistakes and make for a horrible experience. Ive been here several times for service recently and this is the rule,not the exception. Now we can queue the copy paste response from the “concerned” customer service department that is pure baloney.

If you drop off your car for service don’t expect for another week. Don’t expect to call you and give up any updates and do expect when you stop by to ask for any status they will try and get for more money and more parts without even fixing what you came for. I cannot reach anybody and not from the boss to the person I’m working with. I can’t speak for all but don’t work with Cindy if you want your car to be worked on. No one is ever by the phone but they don’t work on the car so what are they doing. I put In my part of the money but they still can’t realize my car until their pays and they won’t have that cleared and it’s been over a week.

I found a nice vehicle which was priced slightly higher than even the current inflated market. I was ready to proceed with purchase figuring that a reputable dealership will stand behind their vehicles and will not play the games found at sleazy used car lots. Alas, I was soon to find that these guys play those same games, but at an Olympic level.Shadowy used car dealers often inflate their profit margins by advertising low and then tacking on extra profit in the form of dealership junk fees. Let me tell you, these shops are amateurs compared to Schumacher. A $1,000 dealer fee, a $400 dollar e-filing fee (which costs them about $10 dollars), a battery fee, etc. Then they have the further gall to tack on fees for all the stuff a title clerk would normally do for tag, lien, etc. processing. I asked what the non-negotiable dealership fee covers and was told it is for their processing costs. Huh, you mean the same processing costs that you are also charging me for separately at a huge markup? The only other justification was that, all dealers in this area do that.Fortunately, I did not need to purchase a vehicle at this time so I walked. Your experience may be different.IMHO, practices like these are what give car dealers a bad name.

I went to Schumacher to turn in my leased 2017 Jeep Wrangler for a new 2021. I left the dealership with what I thought was a great deal. My salesman said the dealer agreed to pay my disposition fee of $500 to get me into a new car.30 days later, I received a bill for $500 for my previous cars bank for the disposition fee. Turns out they went back on their word and did not pay the fee, A huge factor in my decision to lease a new jeep with them. After countless conversations with my salesman who insured me multiple times that they will take care of it, they never did. In the meantime the previous bank that held my lease put my bill into collections.When a group of salesmen, including a dishonest sales manager and dealership manager look you straight in the face and lie without even blinking an eye, you know youre dealing with people of very low quality .Because of a simple $500 bill on a $50000+ car they will lose a customer forever as this will be my last Jeep.As an owner of a successful business for over 30 years, I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Agreed to have my own dealership buy a used vehicle from them since they did not want to work with me via online. I understand because I’m in a different state so I’m not upset at that. What’s upsetting is we agreed to let my dealership purchase the vehicle so I would still be able to get the vehicle. We agreed that we would send one of our drivers with a check from our dealership. We flew the driver all the way to them and what happens when my driver gets there? They deny letting us get the vehicle. I mean honestly, how can you call yourself a business when you go back on your word for allowing us to purchase the vehicle. All documentation they asked for verification was provided. Very shady of a business to do. Tread lightly when going here, they may change their mind on you as well.

I had oil change at this service center today. It’s the second time I did oil change there. I left the dealership after it’s done. A few minutes later, the oil change alert came up. The same thing happened the first time I had oil change there, their technician didn’t double check and didn’t reset the system. Now the second time. I called the service department to report that, left a message, no one call me back. Very frustrated!

The people here are the nicest, but the service department is incompetent to say the least. For five months I have been dealing with replacing peeling body moldings and a faulty gps unit on our new 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X. After speaking with service reps and managers everything finally seemed to be in order. I confirmed 3x the parts were in and would be replaced while we were away. Well....apparently only some of the parts were in and of the ones that were, 1/3 were incorrect. What a disaster. Then they can’t replace the moldings they took off because the technician is off. They apparently wanted to keep the car for weeks without providing a loaner “because their fleet was taken away”. Unfortunately this is what happens when you only spend $50k on a vehicle. Never thought I’d yearn for the high price of maintenance on a luxury vehicle again.The point is, I’d consider driving to another dealership for your service needs. I’d prefer effectiveness and efficiency over a handshake and friendly smile.

Three for three terrible service experiences.1. I had a blowout, had the jeep towed to Schumacher on Federal off Linton in Delray Beach. It took them 3 days to replace the tire.2. fuel recall on and off took 2 years to get the part and get me done.3. excessive oil consumption recall - they had my jeep 4 weeks, requested loaner, no loaner given, no communication, no transfer to manager, had to go in person via Uber twice just to make contact with my advisor. One day and check engine light, 2 weeks to schedule service. Avoid at any cost.

I purchased a vehicle less than 48 hours ago from Schumacher, Delray preowned car lot. This being my first ever dealership purchase, you can be sure I had worry and reservation about trusting the process. I was sooooo disappointed. The vehicle had supposedly had brake work and undergone a safety inspection. First drive and….. No brakepad…metal on metal. And, questionable mileage and history. And they don’t want to refund me? Did I mention I lived in Delray for 25 years and now a ton of people? I’m In shock…and expecting a call immediately from someone there.

Negotiated and agreed on a price for a “new” ram pickup with the salesman. Was then told the new vehicle had 1k miles on it. Renegotiated the price accordingly sales manager approved new price. “Send me credit app and I can put down a deposit on credit card now.” The response was “not necessary” will do it tomorrow. The next day sold the vehicle to someone else obviously for more money using my price as leverage. Standup people and the exact reason people don’t trust dealerships.

I only got my car fixed here but just from how everyone treated me and made sure everything was taken care of I will be a life long client to this dealership. Best in south Florida amazing staff, quality work and awsome communication. I would give 10 stars if I could. Never been to a garage or dealership as professionals as these guys. They won’t try to take advantage of you and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I am not keen on dealers as I have been let down to many times however Schumacher of Delray has an amazing employee who goes above and beyond for the customer. Cindy works to check the vehicles in and is basically the face of the company. She does an amazing job, she is polite, courteous and above all knowledgeable. Schumacher is lucky to have this employee. I am sure many people return because she can be trusted and seeks to provide a quality customer service with every interaction. Great job Cindy thank you.

Terrible service experience. Went in with an appointment, told them I probably need an alignment because theres a pull. Two and a half hours later, I was texted (keep in mind, I was waiting right next to service in the customer lounge) I was texted (not told in person) that I need an alignment and the car would need to be there for about four more hours and they could get me a ride home. I let them know Id need to come back another day (because I had to get home to work). I asked them to bring the car around to me, it took about another half hour to get the car back. I was told the tech who had my key wasnt around so they couldnt find the key. I repeatedly asked for the printout of my alignment results, I was told the techs printer was broken and Id be sent a picture of it to my phone. I followed up three times over the last two days since I was there, - still no alignment results. I would never go back here and I would never recommend this place. Really disappointed.

Terrible service. My car was towed in(closest dealership) because i had a flat. Chrysler didnt put in a spare to save room. I had them do a few warranty items while it was in. They had my car for almost 2 weeks. I had to fight for a loaner. They told me to get one myself initially. When i finally got my car back they fixed one warranty item and did nothing about the other issues. Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disappointed with this dealer ships parts department. I was doing business with this company for a real long time, lot of years 10+; but lately it seems as if no one can ever answer the phone, it will just ring off the hook and then when someone does they put you on a long hold, in the past when my sales guy John D was working, I always had great service, answer in timely manor and if I left a message he always called me back, now If I leave a voicemail no one calls back, no one answers the phone, especially if in the afternoon, forget about it, I am so discouraged so have been using other dealerships and may continue to use some one else, I mean can a parts guy at lease answer and say, hi we will be with you shortly, nope that is too much they rather let a customer leave and do business else where.

Jonathan Pankrez has made a significant impact on the level of service in the Delray location. I have taken my punches and had issues with service in this location for years in the past. Based on geography, i want to do business with this dealership, yet there were always issues with lack of communication, leadership, followup and over quality of experience. I will look forward to his leadership providing a turn around and consistency, moving forward. I hope upper management and the owners, fully understand the pain of the customers, and give this Service Director the support and backing he needs to turn it around. I Usually don’t bother with reviews cause in today’s world time is precious!! I feel compelled to do this one because there was an amazing group effort from the service department. So the the story starts out with I purchase a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and because I live near the dealership I drove straight home through local streets. The next day I am driving to work and when I am on the Highway my steering wheel was shaking and I can feel it in my gas pedal area. I Call the dealership on my way to work and they told me to drive it back to them as soon as possible. On my day off I bring it back to them and they balanced and road forced my tires. When I picked it up I went home and did not go back on the highway till the next morning again and it was better but it was not perfect. I was just gonna deal with it but then it bothered me too much so I called up and the lady set me up for another appointment service with my service advisor Benjamin. I got there in the morning and there was a master technician name Ed Who has been a tech for more than 30 years waiting for me along with the service manager Bill DiGiacomo and Service Director Jonathan Pankrez. They were all ready to discuss the game plan on my vehicle to make sure I was going to be taken cared for and come up with a happy result. Jonathan the service director immediately got someone to get me a loaner car in the service manager Bill DiGiacomo asked Ed the master technician to take a ride with me and see what we can do to fix this. Ed and I took a drive on the I95 and he concluded that there is a shake and he will take care of it. When I got back to the shop they had my loaner ready and said we are taking your vehicle right in and we will call you later. This was around 9:30 AM and when I got the call at 3 PM that my vehicle is ready from Benjamin I went in and Ed the master tech was waiting there with Benjamin. We went for a ride and just like that my Jeep was fixed. I want to say the whole group made me feel that they cared for the customer to be happy. Thanks again to Benjamin my service writer and Bill the service manager and especially Jonathan the service director and a shout out to Kelly from service but most of all to Ed the master technician.

Well, I went in for a tire repair or replacement on my 2021 Compass. 5 hrs later I find out the service was done. I had a 8:30 am appointment. It was completed 2 hr earlier. When I went to and asked what was taking so long Kevin tells me did I look out in the lot to see if its done. I saw the service manager about this. He apologized gave me a free car wash.So, I get in the car and drive away. I notice that they over inflated the supposedly new tire. I get out to drop the tire pressure from 39lbs to 32lbs. I notice 2 things. 1. No valve stem cap on the tire. I also notice the tire isnt new. I will be back but, not today. I will be checking on this tomorrow because, after waiting 5 hrs, I need a break. I have insurance on the tires. Standby.

Everything up until I signed the sales contract was good. Thats when it became clear that my sales consultant, Gabriella Alves, no longer cared if I was happy or not.She told me that she would personally deliver my new Trailhawk to my home between noon and 2pm the following day. Also, Kahu was not working and it was supposed to be fixed while it was sitting at the dealer waiting to be delivered. Timing was very important because I was taking a trip to Seattle and leaving the morning after the scheduled delivery date.I called around 11am on the day of delivery and she said everything was on track. Around 1:40pm I called again and she said that she was about to call me because they were on their way with my vehicle. She was also no longer personally delivering the vehicle like she said that she would. They arrived at my house around 4:30pm, 2.5 hours after the latest stated delivery time. I am confident that they would not have delivered it by that time if I had not been contacting them about it.Kahu was still not working though. After talking to Kahu customer service I was told that the transponder needed to be replaced. Why didnt the dealer do this? They never even looked at it. It took me 5 mins to find out myself. I bought a brand new vehicle and paid several hundred dollars for a service that is still not operational today, 6 days after I bought it.I have sent Gabriella a few emails and she has not responded to any of them. She only cares about her commission. I will never do business with this dealership again after all of the stress they caused and the lies I was told.Update:I also just received a letter from FDOT notifying me of 3 outstanding toll violations from the guy at the dealership who delivered my vehicle. I took delivery around 4:05 PM on November 13th and the violations occurred between 2:52 PM and 3:18 PM on November 13th. I will be contacting Jeep about this now too and I have reduced this review rating by another star.

1 Star is too many for this dealership. From the salesman lying to the disgusting service department lack of customer service. I am not one to write reviews on bad experiences, however you should know before you come here for service to your car. I dropped my car off a full day prior to my appointment. It took then 2 days to even look at my car with an appointment. When they finally did it was only a fuse which was causing the problem. I called several times to get an update but nobody would give me and answer or return my calls. I had to drive up there to speak to someone to get an update on my car.

Avoid this dealership!! Went on their website to see what was available for new trucks. Found a truck and was given a price and payment. Filled out and uploaded our docs to avoid delays. Made the appointment to go in and once we got there we were told that the price we were given online was a typo. It was a $10,000 typo to their advantage of course. We have had issues with the service department at other visits with other vehicles and had to go to another dealership to get the truck fixed. The only good experience there was the salesperson, Jessica. She did what she could and unfortunately for her we walked without a deal for her. This was just another example of dealership with false advertising and wouldnt even come close to honoring it. We were simply told that there is a disclosure that states this offer may contain typos. Poor business and I will never buy a vehicle from a dishonest dealership like this.You are way tooooo late. We are already the proud owner of a 2021 RAM Big Horn. I would not recommend anyone to your dealership we will send them to the real thing.

Jobs not done when they said they would be. clearly false excuses made to cover their ineptitude. My husband and I visited the showroom yesterday and just wanted to look at the Jeeps on the lot. We were not really in the market, just looking and upon our arrival we were greeted by Adrian, an extremely polite, professional, very helpful Agent. Adrian really spent some time with us and went through all the “ ins and outs” and was very helpful and full of knowledge. We were looking to possibly buy a base model to later have is customized, but low and behold they had a beauty in the showroom already customized. The entire process and the entire team from Adrian our sales agent, Evan the Manger, Jayson the custom builder, to Lorenzo the Finance Agent were all so very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and curious. We feel like we have made new friends and trust that we were treated so very well. Not to mention the facility and showroom itself all was amazingly clean and sanitized. Dropped 2013 srt8 challenger off for service after I broke down on the alley, was paired with Cindy Billock and I couldn’t be happier! I purchased the maintenance package when I bought my 2020 Ram Rebel and today I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They said I had a recall for floor mat and wiper blades... 3 and a half hours later, 3 and a half hours later... still waiting for my Truck. Never purchase a maintenance package. I’m convinced that this is why a job that should take less than an hour is still not completed, 3 and a half hours later........ did I mention I’ve been here for 3 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Awful.

Had a great car buying experience with Adrian Flores. He made the process easy from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and didnt try to sell me something else.
