Every thing is too sweet as if they want to get everybody who shops there to become diabetic.Their sandwiches are good and I like the chicken liver. But they have to cut out the sweets in everything and use other flavors.

This is your average Kosher market with a decent selection of produce, meat, fish, dairy, poultry, baked goods and prepared foods not to mention a good wine selection and deli counter.They seem to me to be way over priced for the level of quality offered and the meat seemed too red. Some customers were discussing the possibility of red dye being used but were unsure. Almost nothing organic; however I was able to find an organic turkey that was priced around $125. Some younger people left when they were unable to locate anything organicIll check this out again but for now its ok but you might want to check online for organic Kosher products at a reasonable price.

This supermarket isn’t too far from my parents place. They have tons of essentials and even more like a really nice wine department. Everything is fully kosher and the staff are very warm. Also, very easy to find parking. Great prices too♥️

Spacious clean kosher market with a lot of prepared foods and much more than basic necessities. Plenty of parking space and very helpful staff. If you cant find something, ask for Issac, very helpful.

Love their selections and the flavor of thier prepared dishes BUT the prices are a little high. Always fresh and appetizing to look at. And SOME of the staff is nice too!

Things are not the same as with previous ownership and is no longer Glicks.. I bought two pounds of brisket with gravy to take up to NY for Passover. Usually, its gobbled up and delicious. This time not so. It was nice to receive a compliment that mine is better but to spend a fortune and not pass muster, is not a good sign especially since it was 62.$62. Never again. Gefilte fish is still delicious but, once again, very expensive.

While I loved this place in years past, the food is great, this year I was taken aback at the lack of social distancing and lack of covid responsibility.The employees especially dont care if they push next to you. They dont maintain social distancing nor do they care. They think nothing of stocking shelves next to you, while youre trying to shop at a distance.The checkout lines have no spacing and the impression is they care nothing for their customers. Very disappointed, not sure if Ill go back when this is over. If they care nothing for your safety it probably means they are not taking safety precautions with your food, cleaning or surroundings.

This is a good place to get kosher foodThey try to accommodate special requests.There is a good supply of frozen meats and poultries to fit any need.They have cooked selections as well and a kosher deli section.There is also a wide selection of groceries.I shop here whenever I am in Florida.

Not happy with my experience at Glicks today! No price on the shelf for an item I was looking to buy so I asked a manager standing there. Was told it was either $2.69 or $2.79. I took the item went to the checkout where I was then charged $6.69! The item in a regular market is very often a $2 buy one get one free. After much discussion the manager finally admitted that she might have told me the wrong price and took the item off my bill.

Very expensive for non prepared food items fresh and frozen. Prepared food items are priced well and very delicious.

This kosher market is similar to the one my mother and grandmother used to shop at in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn NYC. Rows of Kosher products from all over. Family Favorites from childhood brought back many memories. Full Deli counter and a large assortment of fully cooked items for take out. I believe they also cater. Easy access and parking... and persons with disablites friendly. Yep, just... like mother used to buy.

This is where my wife buys the majority of our kosher meals and products. I enjoy the premade meal meat dishes that I can cook when I am left to fend for myself I truly enjoy a lot of the soups especially .

I usually love Glicks but went in yesterday and bought carrot salad, macaroni salad, chick pea salad and Mediterranean salad. Tasted all the salads and had to throw away 3 if the salads as they were sour. I suggest you dont shop on Monday.

Extremely Disappointed!!!! I have been a regular customer for at least 10yrs. I purchased a pack of baked chicken for $17.99. When I went to serve it several days later it was covered in mold and I was disgusted and forced to throw it out. I contacted Glicks via email and nobody gave me the courtesy of a call back. I believe they must be changing the sell by labels so they dont get stuck with outdated food. Beware of their prepackaged food. I will not be back again and intend to tell all of this. They stuck me for $18.00. I will now shop at Aroma in the future.

I worked in this store as a butcher and chef back in the 90s when Jimmy Harrison owned the business. It was always a clean operation back then. I was there about 6 months ago and was disappointed with how it became rundown and not kept up. Saw a couple of familiar faces back in the meat department. Overall they still have a good selection, but the deli was not up to par with its presentation or cleanliness. Ive spent the last 25 years in Food Safety and Regulatory compliance, and a certified auditor. They need a lot of training!

Good location. Shelves are fully stocked, ready made foods, clean. This was our first time there. We always shop at the Kosher Market in Boca but, we were in Delray so we decided to stop in Glicks / The Grove in Delray on Atlantic Avenue. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the Store did not have a bakery . We wanted to purchase Rye bread but sadly Glicks didnt carry any. Other than that, nice store. Will go back when in area.

Yesterday was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the great food and booze and with the decent payment. We will definitely visit there again.

I was there yesterday and bought beet salad, chick pea salad. Both of which I had to throw away. Also had three other problems with over charging. Ive shopped there for at least 10 years and am hesitant to go back.

The manager and one cashier were not wearing masks properly..they did not cover their noses..when his was pointed out the manager got nasty and defensive. I wont go back until the pandemic is over!They require customers to wear masks to enter the store, but do not feel the rule applies to them!

Been going to a Glicks since the early 80s in Canarsie and now living in Florida past 15 years have continued. I drive almost an hour from Weston but it’s worth it. Great service and quality at fair prices.

Ive been a Glicks customer for about 15 years and I live nearly 40 miles away. Buying large orders has always been worth the trip. Today, a friend and I went to check out prices, as wed been told the store was sold and prices were higher. The result: We bought absolutely nothing. Glicks youve lost loyal customers. Very good prepared foods. When you buy an entree you can add 2 sides & a quart of chicken soup + matzo balls at a flat rate. Some might find their food a bit salty. You can find decent priced items, but many are overpriced. Most of the staff is helpful, but some are surly, maybe its nostalgic for NYC?

The store is run-down and has a dirty feel to it. The food is subpar. My kids would not eat the Mac & Cheese and the prepared Salmon was gross. The pizza was OK but had almost no sauce. Worst of all, the service is rude. The cashier left her station twice while I was waiting to pay and she was consistently complaining about how tired she was, how she was crashing. Since she was the only cashier I had not choice but to wait on the line. Basically Glicks has a monopoly on the elderly Orthodox community in Delray and the store is managed as monopoly---high prices, low service, no investment in infrastructure.

Despite a little bit more expensive..always a good healthy selection.

If you are willing to spend double for the same food item... This is your place.Clean and organized otherwise.

As usual its quality was up to the high standard that I expect which Im very pleased by. The staff is great, the food is great, and Ill always love those samples.

I came over there just to drop off some brochures from a Chabad Center. As soon as I walked in there one of the cashiers was very welcoming and she dialed in the manager to come to the front. The manager did not show up so she personally went and got her for me. Afterwards she was kind enough to assist me and show me where to place the brochures and constantly kept a smile on her face. She also was very kind and welcoming to all the customers. I had a great experience and Ill recommend this Supermarket to anyone.

I absolutely love Glicks. They haven many new take out items that are delicious. Whenever we are visiting from NY we always come here, especially for ready made food for Shabbos. Staff is great, very helpful. Prices are what you would expect for kosher food.

While the food usually great and the workers are great, the place leaves a lot to desire in terms of cleanliness. As a retired senior vice President of a large restaurant chain, when the front of your house is filthy, one can only wonder what the back of the house looks like and what their policies are concerning cleanliness.

Quality of the prepared food has gone down. I go mostly there for the prepared food and each time I go there is something spoiled in my large family purchase. Usually we just throw away and now I am finally reviewing.

Have been going to Glicks for about 15 Years, I have to drive about 25 miles from West Palm Beach, The selections are good, I am in and out usually within 10 min with a order of around $160, I know what I want so its easy, but I have noticed lately that there prices have gone up considerably which is not good. I understand Kosher meats are better tasting and more expensive but taking advantage of Jews who is kosher and really no other kosher market around is unfair.

If you cant get to Heaven, believe me, Glicks will suffice. The foods are fresh,delicious with deals (Buy 2 get 1 free). The staff is cordial and dont forget to get a sample from the Deli Counter. This is the place to get both veggie chopped liver, remarkable soups and every entree known to men AND WOMEN. I travel 45 miles each way to stock up on individual and family sized Bubbie style food. I find it light and healthier without the loss of flavor. Hey, you dont have to be Jewish or Kosher.....enjoy.P.S. They didnt bribe me, I love this place!

We still laugh about the orders we got in the past from Glicks. We were supposed to get lean ground beef. We got home to Tampa about 5 hours away. My Dad called Mr. Glick after cooking the meat with about three inches of fat and he said Glick you F—ed me Glick you f—ed me. We went back to the store and he gave us a couple hundred dollars in beef at no charge.They are the best!
