They have a great food selection! Deli is a bit slow. The place is very clean and organized. The staff is always smiling, very helpful, and they are always treating me, my wife and all my kids with kindness and respect. Produce is always fresh. The Bakery is amazing! Seafood section is also great!

The staff here is the best, always helpful and friendly. If looking for a product that will be there to help even walking you to the aisle toxins it sometimes.

Generally well stocked and fairly tidy. There are plenty of fresh fruits, but the leafy vegetables area needs better attention. I rarely find fresh kale, cukes, or broccoli sprouts.

Very clean and organized, well stocked and nice employees! Almost always stop when I visit my sister, we have to get our footlong Italian sub and we split it oh I have to mention the 5 grain bread, absolutely delicious!!! Always baked fresh!! I love it!

Almost never a smile or hello by check out personnel. Many times talking to baggers without any acknowledgement to customer. Have had it. Going elsewhere.

Do not waste your time shopping at this Publix. The “manager” Angelina Frongillo, who previously worked at the Boca Raton location off of Clint Moore Road, she makes fun of people with disabilities and it actually brings her joy to see people upset. Specifically the young man who had tremors who she wrongfully accused of stealing and then smiled, laughed and MOCKED him and then proceeded to record him for her own pleasure. Again, do not waste your time OR money at this location! SHAME on Publix for not handling the situation correctly the first time!!!

Had to return a bunch of stuff I bought. When I got home, I noticed they were all way past the good by date. Months not days.

Everyone was nice, store clean, everything was great, food fresh, taste good, well prepared.

I shop for elderly residents. Yesterday I used online deli ordering twice. In the morning I showed up 45 minutes after ordering, still not ready. In the afternoon, I ordered 1/3 lb. and they filled it with 3/4 lb. What is the point of ordering online if they constantly screw up the order. I spoke with store manager both times.

Deli is beyond slow. Waited for 15 minutes for the girl to make ONE sandwich. Ended up just getting a premade sandwich as after 15 minutes, as she was still working on making the SAME sandwich. Checkout clerk has clearly never even heard of customer service. I asked how her day was and she responded with fine then upon leaving I told her to have a wonderful day, which was responded with mmhmm. Publix... You need to teach your employees the value of good customer service; cause this was an absolute joke!

6 pm and the deli out of bread for subs. And they tells you that after waiting for a long time. Looks like they have no rush.

Went there specifically to get a hot Deli pork meal, the pork was so dry it out it look like it been there all day and all of the sides the rice the mashed potatoes everything look burned and when I asked if there was any fresh product the deli worker gave me an attitude not a good experience

I really dislike this Publix. Its crowded, with narrow aisles and constant shelf-stocking. Low cellings, claustrophobic aisles and a poor selection = go to another Publix. ANY other Publix. Try the one on Linton and Jog. High cellings, wide aisles, good selection. A HUGE improvement worth the drive.

The redesign and update was much needed! Everything about the store is excellent, from the staff who are always friendly and helpful to the enormous selection of different food varieties. The store is also kept extremely clean! The on!y reason for the four stars and not five is because of the prices at Publix, which we all know gets costly.

I love Publix, but this is honestly the slowest and unfriendliest customer service I’ve ever received. Arguably worse than the dmv. The lady at the deli counter take over 30 minutes to serve you, then starts spitting on your sandwich as she’s chatting loudly with her coworker.

They were out of meats. I think they were dealing with a leaking cooler. So in and out we with the quickness.

The selection of food is great. The people who work there are helpful,friendly and understanding. For example, I was in a motorized scooter and I knocked down a display when trying to turn into an aisle. The Publix worker came over to help me. She wasnt mad. In fact she kicked all the cans out of my way and even offered to get the item I needed off the shelf for meThey plenty of motorized scooters, with large baskets, for people who have trouble walking. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. I always have a great experience there.

I adore Publix. The only bad thing I have to say is when I went to the deli the other day the gentleman making my sub took close to 10 years to make the most simple sandwich. When I got home and finally ate it, the bread was completely stale. I feel like just by touching the bread someone could have noticed how hard it actually was. I can’t believe I was actually served that.

This Publix Bakery is awesome! I called this afternoon asking if I could get a cake the same day (last minute due to me forgetting my parent’s anniversary). The employee that answered the phone (didn’t catch her name) very nicely informed me that they were very busy with orders but that she’d try her best to accommodate my request. Not only was she able to complete my last minute request, she exceeded my expectations by far! The cake was beautiful! 😍 So beautiful that my parent’s didn’t want to cut into it! Lol! It was also delicious as always! Thank you ma’am! Whoever you are... You definitely made a family very happy today! 💗

I’ve been to this public on & off for over 15 yrs. Everyone is helpful, usually. My real complaint is the deli dept. Oh boy!! There are employees at the sub sandwich section that smile. They let you stand waiting for cold cuts to be cut and no one offers assistance. Really! You could stand there for 15 minutes before someone begins to help you. Someone in a higher level needs to instruct the deli clerks on how to cut & package cheese. My 1lb of white American cheese was too thin, crumbled & pkg every which way, then folded. When I got home it was a crumbled mess! Please Publix supervisors-have more help in deli dept & teach your deli clerks how to slice/pack the cheeses!

Nice supermarket with fresh produce. Aisles tend to get crowded during peak hours, as well as the deli. Sub sandwiches made with Boars Head products tend to be popular here. Friendly, helpful employees. Offered to help me to the car with my groceries. Good feature for seniors.

I was waiting behind a person who I guess was doing multiple WU transfers and the customer service clerk, Erika who was helping him had a whole nasty look on her face of annoyance and I knew by the time it was my turn I was going to get the brunt of it. So when it came to my turn, she indeed had an attitude. Mind you, I did the whole transfer online and just went to the store instead to pay for it because it was cheaper. So she wasnt going to do much besides process the payment. Publix needs to teach her customer service skills because that was highly unprofessional and unacceptable! It wasnt my fault that the person in front of me was doing multiple transfers and therefore, she really didnt need to give me any attitude. Nor is it my fault that you hate your job, which is evident in the way that you treat customers.

Terrible service at the deli department. Took the lady 27 minutes to make three sandwiches. Could not find the condiments for a chicken sandwich or the meat for the ultimate sub. Had to listen to people in deli Dept dropping pans on the floor on four separate occasions while waiting. The other two customers with me were just as irritated. The one customer joked that his friend had probably gone home and finished his sub by the time he received his. Always super slow here..the employees seem to resent waiting on us. Wonder why?🤔

My experience at each Publix store is always a pleasure. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The produce is fresh and items are easy to find. If there is something I have overlooked and can not find someone is always there to lend a helping hand.
