I bought a bath room vanity online. Had it delivered at Home depot and pick it up with the intention to assemble my self. I found out quickly that I would not be able to do it, so I went to Home Depot in Delray store number 6315 where I met Lynn Schaal. Design consultant for kitchen and bath room.I was in a panic because I had to have it installed. I asked Lynn if Home Depot provider this service to put the cabinet together. He said no. I guess he saw the concern on my face, I can help if you bring it to the store now. I could not believe what I what I was hearing. I went home brought to him in the store. In less than an hour he was able to put it together. he was amazing. Still cant believe there are such good angels out there. He was my angel today. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot. This is the personal touch that you will not get from amazon. This sets Home Depot apart when you have employees like Lynn Schall who goes above and beyond with customer service .Val.

We spend over $150k-250k a year at this location with a professionally managed pro desk account. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The issue is not the store, it is the DELIVERY OF APPLIANCES. I order close to 25 sets of appliances per year. The delivery company, Ralph Transport has an automated dial system which calls the buyer of the appliances 24 hrs before a delivery is to be made. The issue is that they dont say WHAT property they are going to! As a landlord, property manager, and owner of real estate in the area, I have asked for a change to this policy for years. This past week we ordered 5 sets of appliances. They would call the night before saying YOUR DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW BETWEEN 10 am and 2 pm never did they say what delivery, what address. In summary, our deliveries would show up and nobody was there to accept them. Total waste of time, effort, money and energy. The worst experience I have ever had with appliances. When a business has a PRO desk ? You expect some kind of profecionalism in that department. Not a girl eating with her mouth open and talking to you at the same time.
