I was extremely pleased from the minute I walked in the door. We were looking for decorative pool tile and had been to several other places1st. We were actually getting pretty discouraged until we arrived at pools and surfaces. Every other place we went had a minimal selection and the sales people wanted nothing to do with us they would rather sit around and play with their cell phones. At P&S we were greeted by Gama (Manager) and by far had the best selection of tile that we had seen in one location..We explained our needs to Gama and he could not have been more helpful he is very professional and knowledgeable. We selected a tile that what we thought would work and he gave us a sample to take home and it was perfect. I called two days later with the quantities he gave me a discount because of the quantity. I paid for it over the phone and my daughter and I went the following morning it was all ready to be picked up. Gama personally loaded her car and we were on our way. Overall great experience. The showroom was very impressive and open to the public without an appointment. They also had a wide variety of pool tiles to select from. Gave a 4 star review because we were on a time crunch and the tile we selected were not currently in stock so we had to wait a couple days to complete the project.

When I walked into the showroom for the first time 2 days ago, I was greeted politely and given my space to look around. I was then attended to by the Sales Manager, Gamaliel Garcia, whom was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me in the right direction and boy was I thinking about my project in the wrong way. Not only was his insight a better plan of action for me, but it turned out being much more cost effective for me. He offered me 2 samples to take home, so I can show my wife and compare the samples throughout the different light conditions of the day and night.I did so, and we have decided to go with the Blanco Ibiza tavertine pavers. This will really let the bright blue pool color pop as well as the green synthetic turf we will be installing.Meeting Gamaliel and his staff convinced me to stop looking around for other businesses like this.
