The lady that works their is terribly rude and disrespectful. She leaves the door open when the bitcoin machine is getting worked on. And gets mad at me for walking in. So I tell her next time lock the door. Then she flicks me off. Real classy 👌. Cant fix stupid I guess.

Carmelo is wonderful and always friendly. I was in there alittle while ago and some guy was way out of line yelling and cursing at her it was really uncalled for.

I’ve frequently visited this little spot, my first few visits I was greeted by a very sweet older man who was so kind... however, my last few trips haven’t been pleasant by any means. There’s an older woman who works here and will ignore you and then be super rude and passive aggressive for absolutely no reason. I understand we all have bad days but at this point, she should probably get a different job because She clearly ain’t happy in any way.

Cute store, but could they be anymore rude? Says they close at 11 PM. We got there at 1020 PM, and the guy said Are you ready? Were kinda closing soon. He was very snarky the entire time. We were excited at first to discover this place in our hometown,But definitely wont be going back.

It would be nice if this bodega did what it could do - provide neighborly customer service & convenience. The staff are pretty rude, though there is one older man who is very kind. Its a drive thru but half the time nobody comes to your car. Once I bought a pack of cigarettes, opened them, & realized they didnt have filters. I asked for a return but the guy working the counter was very patronizing. I get it - they were open & couldnt be resold. That being said, Id spent allot of money there over the past few months so customer service can really go a long way in places like that.
