I have been going to Quality Oil Brakes Auto Repair for over 2 years. I highly recommend this shop... whether it’s for regular maintenance or major repairs it’s the place to go. I have gone to the shop for oil changes, light replacements, strut replacement, brakes, diagnostics, and even my car computer chip. Really great and trustworthy auto repair shop! They always call before doing anything that wasnt explicitly mentioned previously and go over the exact cost of everything they are doing. They are always quick and very helpful with breaking the issues down, especially since i dont know much about cars or the issues im having.

Long overdue on.....well... everything car related. Got caught behind after adjusting to my move down to Florida and since moving my job requires a largee amount of driving. I neglected my car for sure. Called a few places, everyone was nice but ended up here after speaking with Adam on the phone. Very informative call, answered all my questions without rushing me, was understanding of schedule and set an oil change/tire rotation up for the next day. I also noticed a Groupon online for them as I was talking to them and unfortunately my car didnt qualify but he still gave me a promotional first timer discount. Awesome.As I knew, I needed other work done and definitely needed new tires. They gave me a quote, a list of things, and a list of priorities to get them done (didnt have the money to shell out to fix all of them at once). Adam and Geoff were amazingly friendly and personable, and both in great moods early morning (both days) which I always appreciate.Long description short, awesome place, fair prices, great customer service, and quick to get you in--recommend coming in early morning as they get busier throughout the day.

The worst place to go too! All these bad reviews I believe are true because I had the worst experience by far. I choose to ignore all the bad reviews bc the first time I came in for an oil change Adam treated me well, nice and I put my guard down and was actually looking forward to the next time I came in but recently I had my car break down due to a computer issue and had it towed to his place for a simple estimate....well he had my car all day I called back and asked him specifically to give me an estimate before touching my car the next day goes by i still dont hear nothing its around 12pm Im thinking hes working on my car so I call back and I he finally gives me an estimate and tells me I have to pay him like 300.00 I immediately hang up and go to his shop when I try to resolve things, even called a cop to not let the situation get ugly, then finally just gave him 80.00 which in my opinion I should have not played him 1 cent! Hes a ripoff, he comes out like a nice guy but the man is just the same as every scumbag mechanic trying to overcharge you or get some money out of you! He even took my battery out and had hidden it behind some stand and I had to tell him to put all the pieces back in my car bc he took out the computer and several other parts. Worst experience by far!!!

I found Adams shop by chance. I needed an oil change and the AAMCO was closed. Adam was helpful and honest and just about the nicest guy youll ever meet. Well, when my car started making weird noises, Adam was the first guy I called. I brought the car in, and Adam fixed it up! He is the only one I trust to give me an honest view on diagnosing problems, and his prices are the best. I was sold after one visit. I will never bring my car to another mechanic again.

Good service fair price

He tried to charge me over $600 for spark plugs and new ignition coils. Every other mechanic that saw his estimate was shocked. I was disappointed too because at first I really thought I found someone honest. As a woman, its very hard to find honest mechanics who wont rip you off.

Very honest people. I thought I needed new breaks and rotors due to some slight rust from my car being used up north. They told me everything was fine and didnt try and upsell me. I got my oil changed and it was an awesome experience. Will come back here when its time to change my breaks

Adam is a great mechanic and a nice guy. He does much more than oil changes. He replaced my AC compressor and belts. His estimate was accurate. He gives a one year warranty on all his work and sends an invoice by email.

Over charged had to go back twice .....after they fixed something they charged me for but never did......also to use your atm card you get charged a percent fee and they never tell you about it until after you pay.....

Ive been here many times, never had a bad experience till today. Jeff was changing my oil while jose sat at the front desk. When I got my car back there was oil on my light grey seats so its not like it wasnt noticeable. Of course they apologized but when pointing out the areas where there was oil jose said are you sure they werent there before 😲😲 Are you serious its my car that now has black stains on it! Jose said they were out of liners so i guess that means its ok to stain people car seats.

Wow what a shock to have such service at a great price. These guys rock. Forget the rip off at the dealer go here you wont be sorry. They did a complete check up. Told me that some stuff needed work but not now so no upselling for un needed parts or service. These are not the guys who will forget to put in a new crush washer or over tighten the oil drain plug or under tighten the oil filter.

They CHEAT and LIE and Sell you things YOU DO NOT NEED. DO NOT GO TO Quality Oil Exchange / Auto Repair. They lied and sold me things I did not need for my brakes. I drove out and had to buy something else for my car and they sold me brake pads I did not need. I took them to other brake place and found out they were still good. Adam, lied to my credit card company and said I did not want my brakes to work because i had no money. LIE LIE LIE. Then he said my car had a grinding noise. They never drove my car and there was NEVER A GRINDING NOISE. I have proof.DO NOT GO THERE - especially is you are a woman. They are nasty and they cheat and over-charge and sell you things you do not need. They let me drive out without brake master cylinder. I took it to another brake shop right away and was told exactly what i needed with a legal invoice. ADAM did not even write down what I needed and what he sold me.DO NOT GO HERE. You will be sorry
