Dr. Sandy is wonderful, policies need improved!

Both of the doctors are knowledgeable and polite. I am very happy with the care they give.

I recently went to an eye exam with Dr. Sandy and could not have been any more impressed. The exam itself was probably the most thorough I have had in years and I could tell he genuinely cared. To no surprise, I required new glasses. I was unable to catch the name of the wonderful blonde woman who helped me pick out my new pair however, she was excellent at her job and very easy to talk to. This was by far the best overall experience I have had with any optometric visit and I will definitely be going back!

Just because we cant leave a zero we are leaving a one star. At first we thought we were just misunderstanding the personality of the employees of this group. But now after a couple years finally finished with ever visiting them again. We cant spend money with extremely rude and unhelpful employees. My husband showed up for his appointment today to only be told someone canceled it. He in defense said well it wasnt me. Instead of the employee trying to fix this, she said, he would have to reschedule. Well since once again it was the offices mistake and once again we are asked to just accept it. So he said no ty your fired I will find another optometrist. So I called to double check what had happened and as usual it was not a mistake of this employee. Well hopefully you can read this and decide for yourself what you are willing to accept if you chose to go in here. Dont take our word for it.

I have been going to Dr.Sandy for over 25 years. Unfortunately I will not be returning. The communication on cost, what procedures were completed and generalized customer service has depleated drastically with new staff. It saddens me to see faithful patients who have invested thousands of out-of-pocket money into this practice be treated poorly. I hope they get back to what’s important.... the patients.

Always a pleasure to go here. The staff are all very nice. Its great when the Dr. comes in prepared and knows you. We love the personal service we receive and the prices are great!!

The office runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Coming in to get my eyes checked is a very POSITIVE experience. The personal service and attention to detail are very much appreciated. Thank you!

Always a pleasure to go here. All the staff are so nice. Its great when the Dr comes in and knows your chart already and doesnt sit there reading and asking questions that are already answered on paper, He knows my eyes before he even comes in. For the personal service I get here the prices are great!!

I have been a patient of Dr Sandy for over a decade. I absolutely adore him, and I like the rest of the staff, which is why this one star review breaks my heart. I made an appointment last week and was informed one day before my appointment that they stopped accepting my insurance last year. No one told me about it then, and the worst thing is, I dont like my insurance and wouldve changed it last fall, had I known I wouldnt lose one of my favorite doctors. This really makes me angry because I really needed new glasses and new contacts. I almost cant see out of my glasses anymore and I spent a week when I couldve been finding a new Dr or going to Walmart (which I dont want to do, Id rather go to a local Dr.)

They got prescription wrong. The staff is rude. It was a terrible experience all around. The positive reviews are probably fake. Not recommended!

Ive been going to see dr stein for yrs..scheduled an appointment with her over a month ago..go in for my visit today & they inform me they no longer take my insurance..what kind of place would not notify there patients that ahead of time..I couldve got a different dr if I wouldve known..place is worthless...never recommend this place to anyone...
