Joe is the bomb. He truly takes care of you. Doesnt over sell, gets the job done right all the time. I dont take my car anywhere else. Y family has been going to him for 20 yrs and will continue to always. Best in town. Honest, reliable and just a great guy.

I showed up in an emergency because my car sounded horrible they told me my caliper was falling off my car and would replace my rotor for 40 but I left the rotor at home. They then took my husband to the house to pick it up and shortly after had me up and out and did an amazing job!!!! I will be back for more business!!!!

I was passing through Defiance, as I do often, unexpected engine/coolant/hose issue. And now broke down with 3 grandchildren in tow. Walked to the auto store, they called this shop, followed me over. They were very busy. It was the best break down Ive had, (and with kids) Highly highly reccomend. And we loved Christian Based. That meant a lot to us.

They recently repaired an problem with my door locks and they went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. Their rates are the best around! This is the greatest auto shop I have ever worked with. Joe, the owner, is the most honest mechanic Ive ever known and will never overcharge for any work. If there is an issue that he or his employees find while working on your vehicle, he will call immediately to let you know and give you an estimated cost before he does any further work, just so that he doesnt hit you with any surprise costs. Oil changes are also less than $20! I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle, and Joe has been the best help (especially better than dealerships) with actually resolving my cars issues. I cant praise this auto shop enough! These people are fantastic, and I very highly recommend them!

Kieffer, is very polite and straight forward. With out a doubt a for the people kind of guy. He fixed my ram in a timely manner even with his full schedule. He truly values his word and his customer. Reasonably priced for the average income based driver. His quality of work, customer service, and curtousy of his fellow man, is far worth more than what your quoted in price. He is someone you want and need to bring your vehicle to. Ive had 2 auto services done by him and I will definitely be coming back for a 3rd and more.

Joe (the owner) worked on my truck for years when he worked at Integrity Chrysler (now Vision Auto). He always performs top notch service and is a good, honest person. Once, I needed ball joints and they only offered the entire control arm assembly at the time. Joe made some calls and got me just the ball joints, saving me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in parts and labor. You will be very satisfied going to Auto Servant.

It has been far to long to find Auto Servant. For me they are true real servants. Took my car in needed alit of work. They gave a quote and stood by it, they are what we call honest men who give true meaning to integrity, professionalism, kindness that is real!These men do not tell you one thing then change it, they are again real servants in take pride in doing an honest job for their customers.They do not pad the bill they are kind explain what needs done. Far to long in a small town as Defiance have we had a business that does excellent work with honest pricing. Yes they need to make money but not at the cost of stealing from their customers. One word to me when I think of Joe and the other servants is trustworthy, which can not be said for many of the other businesses in town.If you need work done this is the place to go they keep their word to quality stand by their work and will if need fix what is needed not what is not needed.For me Joe and the other servants didnt just fix my car in time of need, they put a keychain on that reminded me daily looking at it that things would be alright.
