While the wait times are not sometimes ideal its still the best place i would pick to get an oil change and tires done at all the techs are very helpful aswell as the greeter and members of their management you cant beat the prices and deals they have like their road hazard warranty which covers flat repairs and a new tire if it cant be repaired. I recommend this place to everyone togo to when they need that stuff done

Didnt seem to want to do the work on my car. No one answers the phones. Only giving one star because there was one helpful gentlemen present AFTER I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.

DO NOT come here unless you want to leave with worse problems than you came in with. These guys are friendly, but absolutely clueless. After waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple tire plug (I was the only one in the garage) an employee told me “they’re both new back there and they need help haha it should have been done 30 minutes ago.” I had to come back twice to fix what they messed up. Heard a lot of “well I think you do it like this” While I was waiting and also heard them argue about which one of them messed it up the first time. Again, they are nice guys but completely clueless. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere and pay a little more.

Went to get oil change. When I got vehicle back the hood latch was broke. He told me that he was going to put a report in to come back in a few days. When I returned he was on vacation and told someone else to tell me that they could not do nothing about it.Would not recommend getting any work done there!!!

I like Walmart okay, but when I called about getting a battery and they said they had one and I said I was heading straight out when I got there he said it would be about a 4-Hour wait that was not a good thing for a 5-minute battery change

I have been using this Walmart service center for ten years and I have never had a bad experience with them. It seems that only Walmart haters are the ones that review.Yesterday I stopped in with hopes of getting 4 tires installed and an oil change but they were very busy. I understood and made an appointment for the following morning which was today.Upon my arrival I was greeted with a very friendly counter person and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Three other customers were there also.I shopped for a few items and went back to wait. Exactly one hour after my arrival the car was finished. I paid the bill and took it out for a spin in the pouring rain. A while later I took a peek under the hood to check the fluid levels and also checked the tire pressures...All was okay.I gave a 4 star rating only because the carpeted floor mats were a bit dirty. Not a big issue.I only wish all those people that I saw there the last two days would review their experience.Thanks Walmart Auto Care Center!

Incredibly slow service. Stood in line for half an hour just to get a tire plugged just to have them tell me they couldnt do it. Asked for a tire change instead, said the wait was four hours. They closed in 3 hours, so not sure how that was even possible. Tried to set up an appointment the following morning and said they couldnt do it. Absolute joke. Never go here

Avoid at all costs. Was told it would take 1 hour to do an oil change. Three hours later the department called and said that my car was done. the lady at the desk sheepishly told me they werent able to change the oil after all because they didnt have a specific tool needed.This comes an hour after they told her my car was already up and draining. She admitted that they must have lied to her. She apologized and said that a manager would call me. No one ever did.I called two weeks later, where the manager stated that they dont know if they can actually service a specific car model until its turn comes up, which could be hours. He offered a discount on a future oil change, but admitted they couldnt service my car until they get the tool in.I took my car to another local shop who got me in and out in 45 minutes. They said they had no idea what specific tool Wal-Mart was talking about.Save yourself the worry and headache and go somewhere else.

Went to get oil change at 9 and tire rotion and at 11 they said they couldnt do my tire rotion bc they couldnt get the lug nuts off never said sorry about the wait I was the second person in and to me it shouldnt took 2 hours for a oil change not happy

Its about the slowest places around idk what ppl they have working for them but there auto center manager that has been there ten years is really rude told me an another customer itll be three hours before they could get could even look at my car. Then they had another manager tell me it would be a hour Ive been here since three an its seven. Dont recommend it too anyone else wal mart isnt about cars so do t waste your time ppl all Im saying

Would not mount and balance tire that was already off of vehicle. Waste of time going there.

Called ahead of time and they told me hours, get there and the say they were booked. Co store manager was rude and combative, bring commercial vehicle and personal vehicle. Will never again Shop or bring in vehicle.

Took 3 and a half hours to do an oil change. Will not go back.

Slow service, thats if they can seem to find a spot in their fully packed empty bays.

Theyve got 8 employees working and tell me my oil change will be 15 to 30 minutes, here I am an hour later and they have not started my oil change and theyve got the employees doing everything but getting the 2 cars they have in the garage done and getting mine in. Very unimpressed.
