Excellent service this morning. I had my two year old son with me and the associate did a great job working with us two get what I needed and he went the extra mile to keep my son involved!

Their location in defiance is a joke, if its not on a computer screen forget about it because they have no clue. One would think being an auto store they would have basic knowledge of parts...nope. bought a part from them that was missing a crush washer, told me they would have to order the part and take next day. Over a basic maintnece item they couldnt find it on the computer. So I walked over to the shelf and found with their drain plugs crush washers and all 3 including a manager looked at me like I was an alien. Over a simple crush washer nobody had any clue what I was talking about it even tried to help me just stairs at the computer and if its not there sorry cant do it.

You might pay for a lifetime warranty but its well worth it . As long as you own the same car truck Jeep vans, they have all your Auto parts needs

Part showed in stock on their website for my local store but was not in stock according to clerk. Not his fault, seems like a website issue that might need addressing.

I was recently in Defiance from Columbus visiting family. I needed to replace a 5yr old battery I purchased at this same store. Joey Z got me the battery I needed and even put it in my car for me! I have a 2012 Ford Focus, which has a very inconvenient battery location! But he came out and carefully and patiently swapped the batteries. Now I am ready for the cold Ohio winter. Thanks a bunch!

Autozone is an awesome place. they have a couple guys in there that just know there cars. Im not saying everyone but a couple every time I go in there they help me find exactly what I need. a lot of times I dont know exactly what I need. They get the parts as fast as I can. I always try to save you the most money. And they do return super easy.

Battery light was on, employee told me that my battery that charges and holds a charge was shot. He said it was the original battery that came in the car and was really old and tried to sell me a new battery. when I took out the battery it was only 2 years old and was perfectly fine. I just had a loose wire. Glad I didnt listen and spend and unnecessary $150.

AutoZone staff are the friendliest people in the world. They should have different stores compete against each other, to find out who has the best employees. My bet would be on this stores location. Seriously, these employees are angels in disguise.They are the 12 apostles, reincarnated as AutoZone workers. These AutoZone staff members are like Gods and Goddesses, walking amung us humans, teaching us how to properly live and treat one another. Praise the AutoZone members!!! Did not have what we were looking for.

Tried to get a part for my Yukon. Gentleman at counter was rude. Tried to tell me what I asked for was wrong and argued with me about what I needed. Obviously fancied himself some kind of expert. Once I convinced him to price what I told him to, it was 20 bucks more than it should have been(about double normal price). Went across the street to Advance Auto Parts, they were much more helpful, looked up what I asked for, and the price was better.

Do not go here, they are thieves!!! We bought a battery from them, then the next day we see our card was charged 3 times from AUTOZONE. almost 200 bucks. Took it to then and the manager said oh well not my problem and refused to give us someone else. Needless to say now the police are involved and we will never go here again. Stay far away from these thieves.
